Years years ago I had nightmare experience with them! BUT they changed the owner and NOW... They best fried chicken in Southend

Always great food! Fast delivery. Some items were missing but this was rectified and re delivered within 6 mins! Really great service!

Delivery showed 15-25mins for 20:30, once ordered time kept changing after an hour and half phoned to complain. Shop blamed Just Eat driver said food was there waiting. I told them not to bother. They then called at 23:50 saying delivery on way.

the restaurant was really helpful at taking the call and helping with delivery. the driver apparently took the food but did not update to say it was being delivered. The food was stone cold by the time it got here, and our oven is currently out of action, so it had to be thrown.

Food delivered hot and and on time. Would definitely order again.

I always order the fillet oh fire meal the problem is and it's not everytime instead of giving me a fillet oh fire burger they give me a normal fillet burger I don't get it

Some food was missing from my order which is disappointing. Also the chicken was cold in the middle and grey and had no flavour whatsoever. The chips were overcooked and had no salt nor was any salt packets put in the bag not even pepper. The bbq ribs had no flavour even though it's bbq ribs?. The only thing that was good was chilli cheese bites and the delivery drivers manners!!. won't be ordering from this restaurant any time soon

Cold and driver was rude didn't follow instructions on note and told me he knocked twice when he never has I was standing at the door

Delivery driver had a bad attitude. Wanted me to collect. Hung up when I said no. Handed me food and said nothing just walked up handed it and walked off. Worst I’ve ever seen. And I consider him a representation of the restaurant.

The lettuce in the fillet burgers looks old. It's a brownish colour and slimey.

Food was lovely, however didn’t receive large fries with an order so got a refund for this missing item. Great food otherwise and delivery was fast. Beats KFC with delivery and taste most of the time now

Whenever I'm in Southend, I only want to eat chicken and chips at this place. The chicken is always succulent and fresh. I highly recommend this place.

food was good, chips a little cold and needed heating up. main complaint was trying to follow my order on the app. told me that my order was delivered to a completely different address and I was ready to complain when my order arrived. that's not the restaurant's fault so no complaints about the food or service from the restaurant.

Food was amazing and I asked for it to be left outside and not to knock and the person who deliver my food waited for me to answer the door to make sure no one took my food

Must be the best chicken we had in a long time! Food arrived on time fresh hot amd tasty.... chips are delicious. YES! highly reccomend and 100% will come back for more. Extremely pleased with my order.

Ordered a delivery at 9.15 by 10.45 nothing! called up to chase, got staff on the phone that had poor English, finally understood that they had no driver and we wouldn't be getting our food, if we hadn't called we would have been waiting forever so it seems. By that time we were left with hardly any option to go anywhere else. We only order around 4-6 tkeaways a year, it should have been a lovely occasion not to cook. Won't be ordering again from here!!

food arrived nice and hot, generous portion sizes, however we did have the delivery time changed twice whilst awaiting delivery. Ordered at 18:25 and at one point we were told we'd have to wait until 20:50 for delivery, as it was, food finally arrived at 19:50 which was disappointing to say the least.

fillet burgers have shrunk they was tiny, and I orderd 3 pieces of chicken extra and I only recieved 2 which were small drumsticks with hardly any meat

Every item of chicken was pink, and watery. The battery of the fillets were soft, we ordered six meals none of the chicken was edable we threw it out for the foxes. Never will we order from here again

What can I say. By far my favourite fast food restaurant around. The chicken is always cooked to perfection and the staff are friendly too. The chips are amazing too. Just make sure you eat at the restaurant rather then order take away. The food is cooked fresh as you wait.

Second time running my delivery was rate, still waiting!!

This restaurant is inconsistent. One day, the food is amazing, and then when you order again, the food is nasty. The wings weren't seasoned properly at all, so I was just eating fried chicken and grease The fillet fire burger was mediocre at best and the chips were like cardboard. The chicken was cold in certain parts. Very disappointing!!!

Food was cold, app told me order was delivered and hadn’t even left restaurant, was initially 35 minutes, then extended to 60 minutes.. ended up being 95 minutes

Food was correct and hot, can’t fault the restaurant however the delivery was shocking again! 40 later than the latest estimated delivery plus I had to ask for a update from the restaurant because the app had said the food had been delivered. Come on just eat this is terrible! One more late or wrong order and I will just go back to Uber eats.

the man on the phone sounded like he didn’t want to be there and didn’t care for the customers. He gave me a poor attitude and was just rude over all and he put the phone down on me!

Food was good but double fillet was a single and wings were swapped for normal chicken thighs other than that food was 10/10
