The best restaurants in Central Peterborough East of England

Went for an early dinner before catching the train. The bar staff provided a friendly welcome. I had reserved and noted a wheat allergy (there was no coeliac or gluten option). When we went to order the food we were told they couldn’t guarantee anything was gluten free as the kitchen was small. If the website said as much, rather than give allergy options, we wouldn’t have booked. We parked at the car park next to the back of the pub and it looked grubby, overflowing with rubbish. The bar smelt of rubbish; a smell which lingered. We had to eat as I had a long train journey. I had the massaman curry. It was quite tasty but the meat was stewing steak, so I imagine it was re-heated. I then felt sick for all of my 4 hour journey home. My partner had Pad Thai which she said was nice. Overall, it felt quite unpleasant to be there and not relaxing at all. The staff were nice though which is why the review isn’t lower.

Brilliant service! 5 stars for me. Food was served fresh and hot! Customer service was top notch too as I got table service.

Did not have a coffee, so I don't know what it is like, I just waited to be served, but they were intent on serving regulars who arrived after me.

The worst Chinese i have ever had. The curry looked watery and over all the food was not very tasty. This is the first and last time ordering from here. I payed by card online then they try to get me to pay again on delivery.

Todos disfrutamos de un almuerzo de personas mayores de dos platos. Menú limitado, me gustó la carboniarra y mi pareja disfrutó de lasaña. Buena relación calidad-precio y la comida estaba caliente y sabrosa. Servicio de mesa ligeramente lento, aunque no estaba ocupado. El restaurante está bien situado a solo unos minutos a pie de las tiendas y la catedral

El ambiente es pobre. Fuimos temprano y no había mucha gente alrededor, pero el entorno es más como una sala de cenas de la escuela que una casa de curry. No había calentadores de alimentos y la comida, servida en platos de metal, era capaz de ser mantenido en el had fácilmente. El arroz Pillau parecía una especie de desastre gris y pegajoso y a pesar de que me pidieron mi nivel de calor y le dije al camarero Mild, me pareció lo suficientemente caliente como para que fuera incómodo comer. Nos reímos ya que era noche de citas. La comida estaba bien - ish pero ciertamente no lo suficientemente caliente. No volveremos. Simplemente no es muy bueno.

Plant based protein was raw and soggy. Chips undercooked .Rainbow salad terrible. Customer service disgusting

Nothing much to say, other than the AW continues to put-on the best Sunday lunch in the area. The home-style food is cooked to the highest standard of deliciousness...you get a whole gravy boat each - brilliant! The young serving team are totally focussed on giving you everything you need to enjoy your lunch. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Best pizza delivery in town. Always decent quality. Good going guys.

Bad service chicken not so spicy can't really taste the spices its really bland the salads are only lettuce and the red chilli sauce is like dipping into like a drop of chilli . Bad attitude on the phone and customer service very bad . Lots of complaints we have done but nobody takes notice .

Entré en un oneills muy tranquilo como es soleado y todo el mundo disfrutando de él. Pedí comida sin alboroto, faltan un par de artículos pero me siento con una pinta. Dardos en y pidió comentarios para ser dicho No es jueves - los dardos es el jueves? Pregunté el nombre de la señora que alzó la vista de su teléfono para decirme Beth. Debió saber que iba a dejar una crítica negativa después de preguntar su nombre y escribir furiosamente, así que vino y se ofreció a ponerlo en una televisión diferente. De repente, los pubs observaban los dardos... sin s**t sherlock. Mala actitud. Soy el supervisor de 12 Geordies aquí abajo durante semanas, pero voy a buscar en otro lugar

Nos encontramos con Rico ayer por casualidad mientras visitaba Peterborough en una excursión de fútbol de día libre (Wycombe). Tomé la sopa y mi marido desayunó todo el día. Desde el momento en que entramos nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos. Nos sorprendió la manera eficiente y alegre en que Kevin trató con nosotros, y todas y cada una de las personas que entraron después de nosotros. La comida era excelente, de entrega rápida, caliente y sabrosa. Nos fuimos sintiendo que podíamos haber pasado todo el día allí solo viendo a Kevin (y el resto del personal que era agradable y sonriente) tratando con la gente, ordenando las comidas, entregándolas y asegurándonos de que todo funcionaba como un reloj, que era. Kevin, nos alegraste el día en tu trabajo y mi marido te lo mencionó cuando nos fuimos. Fue un hallazgo afortunado para nosotros. Rico tiene suerte de tenerte.
