Burger King in Peterborough

Brilliant service! 5 stars for me. Food was served fresh and hot! Customer service was top notch too as I got table service.

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The burger was tasty and well put together with fresh bread and that great smoky edge to it. Fries were fresh cooked with salt on the side to add as you want.

I haven’t received my order. Never delivered!

2nd time i have ordered both time it was cold and salad soggy , had plenty of bk's with crispy onion so why is it rubish from here

So clean!!! Billion times better than mcds. The toilets have a code, they actually smell nice and are spotless. Food is hot, served with a smile and what you actually ordered... it's a revelation. Definitely will be back. Thank you😃

The order was not delivered despite the driver declaring it as delivered on the app. It was attempted to be delivered to my neighbours house and when they stated they did not order it, the delivery driver took the order and left.

When i visited this Incredible branch of the Burger King chain of Restaurants, i was very Impressed. I walked inside and went up to the counter, i had a very Good conversation with the Professional Customer Server. I ordered a Double Whopper with Cheese and a Side Salad, with Large Fries. I also ordered a Large Root Beer to go with my Food. I paid the Server for my Food and Drink, i went and found a table to have my Burger King Feast of Yummyness. The Burger was absolutely Delicious, the Salad was very Fresh, the Chips were very Tasty. My Root Beer was Excellent and Full of Flavour. The Restaurant was really Lovely and people were very Friendly towards me. I really Enjoyed my visit to this Burger King Restaurant near Queensgate in Peterborough. The food arrived 20 mins later than originally stated. By the time the food arrived it was cold and the quality of the burgers was well below what I would expect from Burger King…there was a distinct lack of salad in the Whoppers, which is very unusual…I would not order from this Burger King Again.

The actual burgers were really dry and both meals were quite bland as well as the food was cold. Very disappointed.

In fact, my favorite flavor is Burger King. And the staff friends are very polite and friendly.I want to experience it again as soon as possible.

Went for a treat to bk yesterday and although it was very busy the service was great! The food was cooked lovely and no mistakes considering how many people were there. Well done staff for keeping up with the demand

the wait was ridiculously long, I have requested a refund for every single item as it was inedible. Not just cold, but really really greasy and sweaty. the last order from them was loverly, and that was only 6 days ago. we won’t ever be using them again.

Ironic is not enough to describe the experience of eating from this “fast” food restaurant. I’ve never seen a group of people move in slow motion like that before. Apart from being incredibly frustrating, it was also incredibly unnerving. It was as if the staff were being telepathically controlled by a kind of alien with a learning disability. What made me feel gaslit, like I needed to question reality, was that every staff member moved as if the counter was some kind of temporal flux, where all that was beyond it was an alternate, slower, stupider reality, that I could only observe from a place where I’m shackled, at the mercy of this purchase. In conclusion, go somewhere else so the staff aren’t so burdened with fulfilling their purpose, so those who don’t read this review might not have to write one like it.

The food was cold. Two of the three burgers tasted burnt and the burger that didn't taste burnt had pickles in it, which we asked for no pickles. The chips were stone cold and we couldn't eat them so tried to reheat them in microwave, which made them worse and made them inedible. We were looking forward to burger King but very disappointed in what we received.

the delivery driver was unbelievably rude. refused to enter the building. was rude over the phone and swore at us when we collected the order. we recorded it all and will report him.

It's not often I go into Peterborough, so when I do, I like to get a BK. On this particular day, I went in for an early lunch, about 11am. It wasn't busy, in fact there was no one being served. I go up to the till to order, as I start ordering, the manager comes along side the person at the till and asks if I'm paying cash or card, I respond that I'm paying by card. She then tells me that I have to use the machine, I told her I don't want to use it, and why can't they accept a card payment at the till, she just rudely responds because it's cash only at the till. Personally, I think it's a lame excuse. I don't like using the machines as I find them unsanitary. It's known that some people don't wash their hands after wiping their ass, they then touch those screens. So no, I won't be forced to use them. I ended up walking out and going elsewhere.

I placed this order and it took over 1 hour 30 mins to arrive. This seems to be a common occurrence ordering food through this app. More takeaways are turning up late and some don’t turn up at all. I’m going to drive to the restaurant myself from now on.

Food quick to the table and still hot

The food was outrageous 0/10, in the picture the food looked delicious but once we got it they burgers were tiny and tasted like the heatable burgers from Aldi. My coke didn’t even taste like coke and the chicken fries tasted like they were dipped in the toilet. Please do not waste your money here, MCDONALDS ON TOP!!!

the lady manager came out as loud as anything cursing with delivery driver , not how management works in my books also something spilled on table got my jacket soaked as window seats aren’t lit very bright

Awful place , avoid . Can't get served , told go to machine. Of which it dosnt do plan burgers even when typed in explained this , still told nope use machine! I'm stood at counter , Anna stood other side next to there till , still no 😳 not everyone is a robot or wants to use machines . Will sending on formal complaint. Oh food review is accurate as chips was cold last time i used , a few weeks back , when you could do crazy old skool things , like order at the bloody counter ! !

Absolutely horrendous service. Waited over 20 minutes for food, asked a lady called Oliwia how long it was going to take. She was very rude. I then expressed this and was completely blanked. Seemed to be bossing people about more than helping out. I am aware it was busy as its Saturday lunch time, but other fast food places manage a quick service. I’ve always known them to be slow. The food was just chucked into the bag, with no care at all, and the burger was falling apart. New staff needed I feel!

I ordered a whopper with some onion rings two lots of onion rings and a nice cream and I got double whopper with nothing in it and it was half an hour late

Visited here today to order food to go upstairs to find that absolutely stunk of rancid urine ended up coming downstairs to eat shame we’d already ordered otherwise I would’ve left to then noticed that people behind the counter were chewing gum sorry will not be returning or recommending they couldn’t even get our order correct but soon rectified with apologies.

Food was all cold when we it was delivered, was missing a burger and had the wrong burger sent from the vegan menu.

I was hungry and all I can say that my money was spend well. Hot food at affordable prices and that too with a good speed of service.

Cold, oily and tasteless. Couldn’t even eat it. The delivery guy had such an attitude too. Won’t be ordering again and Just-eat don’t care if your meal is ruined. They’ll refund you with £2 worth of credit to spend with them again! :)

Good food and enjoyed the Ben & Jerry’s cookie dough ice cream. Pretty good fast food location in Peterborough and it’s next to the Queensgate shopping centre.

Got my order completely wrong. My son is now got no food now we have to order from somewhere else I will not accept the order. I want a full refund.

Would not recommend here for customer service. Went in after work (with dirty hands) and needed to wash my hands. Staff refused to let me wash or sanitise my hands unless I bought an item and got a code on receipt. Staff refused to help and were very unhelpful. Customers asking to wash their hands should be allowed to do so before ordering!

It's always one of the best places to get a cheaper meal.

Quick service and foot piping hot, so that's a bonus. Have downstairs and upstairs seating. The only downside is that the toilet has code access. Which is strange. It's upstairs also so having to go back down to ask for the code.

It took a over an hour and a half to be made and delivered and when it finally arrived, items were missing from the order. The restaurant would not answer the phone to rectify the issue.

Very quiet on a Saturday. The upstairs seating was literally deserted. Looking at the menu, the pricing is more than McDonald's. No surprise it's quiet. I needed to use the loo before grabbing a drink. But the toilet doors were locked. We decided to go to McDonald's instead. Sorry.
