was late and when it finally turned up ot was cold

Delivery took ages, driver arrived at the wrong address as well. No delivery updates available either.

Come up tonight and it was just pile of grease and the staff I was served by was rude, I have photo evidence everything was so poor and were regular customers.

‘Large’ chips are very small Ordered at 6:00 didn’t receive the food till 7:50 and I’m only 15 mins away Excuse was because they wanted card payment instead off cash on delivery but has the option to pay cash on their website The food is alright just could do with better portion sizes

Very nice food and very, very warm. I recommend everyone to come and buy fish and chips from here. It’s really good food and their package so well and it stays warm when you get your food

Food was very very good plenty for 2 to eat delicious

Good cold on arrival. Still I got stuck in I was hungry. Half way through the fish and chips I felt dodgy! Had to run to the kitchen sink and I threw it all up. Never had this before unless there was something wrong with the food. First time ordering here, and I won’t be ordering again.

the app didn't inform me that it was on its way it's supposed to let you know it's on its way it's the second time this has happened in the last couple of weeks very annoying.

Visited from America and loved this restaurant. Fresh food and great service. Place is very clean. Highly recommended!

Ignored clear instructions to give me sauces separately and I ended up with a sloppy mess. I go here regularly and they would know who I was, clearly states at the top of the reciept please can I have sauce separate.

Order was late. On the just eat app it said enjoy your food! We hadn’t received it never mind enjoy it. I phoned them and was told it was on its way. We finally received it but it was cold and not at all nice. It was New Year’s Eve so we expected a delay but the food wasn’t very nice, we will not order from these again

The food arrived and the 2x pots of curry sauces hadn’t been sealed properly and therefore spilled all inside the bag. Spent 15 minutes trying to clean up the mess before we could actually eat our food. Very disappointed.

I ordered the large fish and medium chips. I had very good portions unfortunately I couldn’t eat the batter on the fish because it was so greasy.

pie was still fridge cold and the rest wasn't hot either, we had to microwave the pie to be edible.

Bought a chicken wrap, didn't expect it to be so big. It was pretty good.

Great quality food, only downside was we got the kids nugget meal instead of the 4 wings meal. However we have ordered here several times and this is the first time we’ve had anything wrong

Unfortunately, I cannot give a good opinion about this food. Dried fish and wings, potatoes with cheese, boiled and not fried. I won't order more.

waited way too long for my order and 2 people who came in after me with similar or bigger orders got served first waited over 20 mins for my food which was only fish and chips and fish cake too. ordered curry sauce cost me £1.20 and it was tiny won't be returning.

Amazing portion sizes - biggest fish I’ve ever ordered. Chips were fab not greasy at all and really tasty curry sauce - proper curry sauce not fruity and sweet. Very happy customers

I was driving through the area feeling hungry so stopped here. Had a medium cod and chips, which was £9 something - but for a medium the piece of fish was massive, it was more like two pieces of fish. Very tasty and the chips are nice too. They also have two nice tables inside, which will seat for people each, so room for 8 to dining altogether. The staff are friendly and the place looks very clean.

Food order was late, when it did arrive the Ben & Jerry’s ice cream was missing. It then took another hour for that to arrive. When it did. It was obvious that it had been defrosted and then refrozen as it was full of ice crystals. And had defrosted to almost liquid. Not a great experience to start my weekend.

Order delivery via Uber Eats and delivery was super quick. Food hot and decent portion size. Nothing else you can ask for really.

ordered fish for partner, sausage for me.. they packed the sausage and fish together.. fish was for someone who doesn't eat meat. phoned up and was told fish is meat and that they don't do refunds

Ordered via Uber eats, poor service and poor food, took over 2 hours to arrive and was soggy and horrible when it did, was told by staff it was on it's way then took another hour after that

Chips were dripping in oil and buns were stale. The chicken was chewy and rock hard while the burger was piled in salad.

My friend and I walk in and the staff must of heard our tummies rumbling, brilliant size meal each and very tasty! Staff are brilliant, and made us feel welcome! Definitely becoming back soon 😁

Rumbles fish and chips... decided to get an order from just eat this evening and was flicking through just eat and remember rumbles of old, nice food, and filled you up. The offerings tonight have ensured I never go back there, the chips were basically potatoes dunked in fat for seconds, the sausage was undercooked and I'm surprised the USA didn't declare war on them for the amount of oil on their food, and the pie was probably hours old, could have thrown it at someone and possibly killed them with how hard the pastry was, the gravy was like a lepers bathwater.... watery with christ knows what floating in it 🤢. Absolutely disgusting, and will most definitely never be going there again.

Was lovely fish and chips but didn't receive my coke

This order was not complete as a portion of chips was missing from the order hence the fish has gone cold. This is. the second time something was missing from the order. When the missing chips turned up they were stone cold, As this is the second mistake we will not be ordering again from this fish bar. We had microwave the food to make it edible.

Kebabs was dry cheese on chips tasteless not very nice especially for the price paid

Food what got had a hair in it but I still could never drop these legends a star bloody love it can’t get enough and the food is a bloody bargain love it guys and they stay open later might have caught the guy spraying the donner with bleech when trying to clean the machine but could still never drop these guys a star love them

Horrendous food, soggy batter, chips covered in grease, curry sauce very watery, tired to give feedback and a get a credit for next time but was met with an abusive/arrogant male, the slop is here if you want to collect it!
