Tried ordering from here everything we asked for they said they didn't do even though it was an option on just eat he kept changing the prices of the items and the total amount all together we then said no and tried to cancel the order and practically begged us to accept and resorted to texting me saying I can pay what I want. Very disappointing for my munchies 😭😭😭😭😭

American pizza was the worst pizza I ever tried, after 1 slice thrown it to bin, couldn’t eat even being hungry and needed to go car park because looks like driver didn’t want walk… never again

Chicken has a lot more spicy than normal which is good for spicy food lovers but over powering for me, chip not an crunchy as normal but on the soggy side but over all was edible

so upset with ordering and not receiving.

Offered a refund but did not complete

I’m really not very happy about my order you described a 4 layer chocolate fudge cake? What was priced at £5 It was 2 layers?? Why wrongly describe something and be misleading for something you’re selling? I ordered 2 expecting 2 of your ‘so called 4 layer cake’ and only got 1 cake that wasn’t even 4 layered and was a tiny slice. Disappointed about that if I’m honest, had better expectations. Maybe take a look at your descriptions. Delivery man miserable and rude and to my partner. I don’t think that’s really acceptable to be honest.

Great food chips were lush big portions order again.

for those that order here, there’s a good chance that just eat will say “enjoy your food” while your food is still on its way or still being prepared by the restaurant and is expected to take a lot longer then usual. I had to wait an hour more but their food made it partially worth the wait.

Great food, the zinger rice box was especially tasty.

The food came an hour and a half late, the restaurant didn’t answer the phones and we had no idea if it was going to turn up. When I did get through on the phone the man was very nice saying they were just too busy and couldn’t cope with the amount of time orders. He asked me to wait a further half an hour, so instead of it arriving before 19:15 it came at 20:50. Nice food but not happy about how long it took it get here, will think twice about ordering from here again.

Place has gone downhill. Paid for extra doner meat with burger and chips. 2 tiny pieces in burger. Chips dried and shriveled and hard Seafood pizza tasteless and missing ingredients. Used to be good, been a customer for yearsbut not going to use them again after disappointing food last 2 occasions

The best kebab around!!! These guys never miss!!! Been using them for years and will never go anywhere else! Food is always hot and good!!!! Thanks guys!!! We will of course be back!!!!

shocking, 4 layer fudge cake was only 2 and dry as a bone!! food was cold!! the driver was so rude! told me not to order so late and £19 worth of food wasn't worth his time... absolutely disgusted especially when have ordered from them several times before

First time user. wow had massive meaty burger with chips . Best meal had on just eat for long while.

Arrived an hour late even though apparently the driver was on the way 30 mins before. The quality was terrible, basically a kids portion of a squashed cheeseburger and chips. They're good at creating cool names for burgers but are woefully underwhelming. Although it was hot, the chips (very small portion) were luke warm, dry and pretty sad. Shocking to be honest. Never again will I order.

Order aint here or come on time. I got told it was delivered but I didn't see a single bit of it.

Oh my God, I’m so pissed off I order for collection I collect my kebab and quarter pounder cheeseburger. I came back to Home to start eating kebab and there’s just a chips and salad. I called them back. Ask about my doner meat they told me they put meat, chips, salads, and mayonnaise lying, never again, I’m gonna order from this Plaice

good quality food...arrived late...original price £17.99 not worth it..I wouldn't call it a monster munch box...I'll get more meat in mixed Donner wrap some other places...maby should call it a monster fries box...plenty fries...tiny bit of salad in separate container...and the end of it food arrived cold like i said it will bcs was late...shame BCS when I reheated in microwave food tasted very nice...not like other cheap Donner places...burger very nice...because service I can't give it 5 ⭐

Pizza and kids meals were great. The meat samosas I will definitely get again. The spicy chicken wings were a let down though; hardly any chicken and almost entirely coating; and there was also no spice to them.

Quality of food has gone downhill over time. Chicken tikka naan was too salty and quality of chicken had changed. Naan bread was too thin and chewy (overworked dough?). Pizza base was very soggy and didn’t taste good. Won’t be using again until they improve

The items I ordered from the menu looked totally different from what I actually got .. it shows a quality burger in a brioche bun ...this was something you’d get from your local burger van .it was absolutely horrible ...I want my money back 😡

I am never ordering from there again they were in a hurry to get my off the phone they missed some of the order they very rude to me on the phone I spent 35 pound & when I rung up about the rest of my order plus they wanted me to pay other 4 pound of part of my order I told them I ordered 2 of them & on there menu says 3pcs of meat samosas I only got 2 not 3 of them

Haven't had a bad meal yet! Repeated customers and even when ordering for the kids as a treat or just for me and the missus, the drivers are always happy to the door and their customer service is spot on!

Food arrived, yet we were missing both drinks and 50% of our food, so out of £30 we got about £15 worth of food, that being out pizza garlic bread and chicken

I’ve been ordering from here for years now and unfortunately I have noticed a change in service over the last year or so. The food is spot on apart from the last time I ordered a donner wrap (which they don’t seem to have on the menu anymore), the wrap seemed to be pancake like ….anyway, everything is wonderful, the guys who work there are top lads. There does seem to be a longer wait in delivery times but that could be down to how busy they are at that point in time. But perfect food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really not satisfied with the amount of food and having to pay £7 for it. Total order was for over £30 tonight and at least 2 of the meals were insufficient.

Chicken tikka masala 10/10, excellent as always. Unfortunately the chicken tikka Jalfrezi was really poor, way too greasy, the container was full of oil and very little actual sauce of any description.
