Absolutely sensational food, right on my doorstep. Fantastic, would definitely recommend the lamb curry with 2 plain nans, regular curley fries with a cold can of drink.

Disgusting!! Kebab was soaking in wet slime soaked through to nan bread..1 mouthful and make me feel sick 🤢 chicken balti with no peppers well that's not a balti will.not order from here again AVOID!!!

I'm new in this city. I went so many food place. But this place is amazing. I don't have to word to say. Food is well cooked taste is in the end of level. Staff is so nic and coporative. Now i'm use to order food from them.

Personally, having tried all the take away curry outlets around here, I find Star Tandoori the best as far as the quality and taste of their curries. I travel some 10 miles round trip to get there but we'll worth the time. Portions are still good where some others have cut down on the meat content and upped the sauce. Staff are always friendly too.

Chicken biryani was so dry was hard to eat vegetables curry was no taste what so ever ordered chicken tikka tasted more of a dessert then a curry

i made a mistake and ordered the wrong curry, even though it wasn’t their fault they delivered another curry for me within 20 minutes when they didn’t have to great people👍🏼

Ordered on just eat, curry was wrong (way too hot for me to eat!), rang them, got cut off multiple times. Had to argue to get correct curry delivered, which took over 50 minutes to arrive. I eventually had a very nice curry, with my cold rice and naan bread that had been sat in my kitchen for nearly an hour. My hubby thoroughly enjoyed his burger and chips.

I live right across the road from star tandoori I use this service may be 2 to 3 times a week the food is good prices are OK all in all great place to get a takeaway.

Do not order from this place!! Ordered large mix donner, chicken was burn, small portion not worth this money, and you need to pay for things like salad or sauce that is joke!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!

Thought we would try this place again after so long. Ordered takeaway. It arrived in good time. I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala which was sweeter than a Korma ( Sickly sweet) with no bite all and was bright red. My wife ordered a Chicken Madras which was ok but nothing like a Madras. Never again

Mushroom fried rice was small along side the pilau rice, plus's the fried rice wasn't fried at all. The pashwari naan was tiny, with no flavour at all, really don't recommend at all, the delivery guy was pleasant enough, shame as food wasn't really, I hate giving bad feedback but given the other places within the area this rates quite low!

Ordered a chicken tikka naan came in a tray with out a naan. Called to complain but they weren't interested in helping so I complained to just eat and got a refund. Don't recommend as the food we did get was poor at best and also cold.

Fantastic tikka's, rice, Nann's, kebabs, wraps, scrummy Korma & curry! 5th or 6th time we've used Star tandoori now. I thought I'd try the luxury set meal for 2 with an extra Nann & Poppadoms - it fed 4 adults, the extra was not needed but very much enjoyed! Our fussy lad thoroughly enjoyed it, his first ever Indian takeaway - his new favourite meal EVER. Really puts the stuff we make at home from jars & celebrity chefs to shame!! Star make delicious cuisine. Also ordered pizza & chips on another occasion - chips 3* pizza 4*. The service & delivery is always super, and the Indian dishes we've tried ABSOLUTELY deserve 5*

Brilliant takeaway, munchy boxes are on point, you also get 2 drinks with it and they normally come covered in cheese of you ask for extra cheesy chips too, the curry's are amazing and the naan's are a pleasant complement too and you can get a nice array of different flavour Naan's too.

Food is excellent here at Star Tandoori; they have a great menu with a very wide choice of everything you could want to eat from burgers and pizzas to a wide range of curries. The Staff are very courteous and polite and waiting times are very short. An all-round great eating experience.

Chicken Ceylon isn't cooked with desiccated coconut! It's like chewing a month full of grit!!! It's cooked using coconut milk or coconut milk powder. Totally ruined the meal. Will never order there again.

Probably the most bland meal I've eaten, chicken was tough, veg curry mainly potatoes & the small amount of greens old & bitter. Main course was nothing like it was described.This place used to be good but something has gone drastically wrong?

after a review I made on the website complaining about the chicken korma being watery I received a call from them stating the ingredients had been changed which made it watery we receved from them a free korma which was exalent could not fault it keep up the good work and we will see you Friday

With the 2020 nightmare and tier 4 hell we are now living though. we thought we would see out 2020 and welcome 2021 with a takeaway and a few drinks. Convinced that we wanted an Indian we ordered with Star. The meal arrived after 3 hours and was cold, we had already called them twice to enquire on the whereabouts of our family meal. 10 minutes away boss and the driver has just left where the two responses, it took another hour and 15 to arrive. we launched a compliant with food hub and are so disappointed. If they had been honest and upfront at the time of ordering and on the subsequent calls I could deal with it but crap service and very below average quality cold food has just topped off 2020 for us! When we spoke to the driver and gave the gift of feedback we were dismissed as he was to busy to speak to us. I would not recommend this takeaway

used to be really good until it changed hands now it's about greed and slop shame they all go that way in the end Aldi is better value and you don't have to wait for all the excuses and lack of meat which costs pennies from the whole saler shame it won't be there forever not fit to feed my dog with their rubbish

Four of us decided to have a takeaway, wish we had gone somewhere else. It arrived 45 minutes after they said add it to the time they told us almost 2 hours when we got our food. Wife had the chicken tikka masala most of it went in the bin, full of coconut and added sugar and bright red. Couldn't get the jalfrezi I wanted so got the madras bland and not spicy. Only decent thing was the rice. Don't waste your money go somewhere else. Hope this has been helpful.
