UK Fried Chicken & Pizza in Peterborough

I ordered grilled chicken and that was burnet actually Waste of money

I am a regular customer for nearly 2 years as I can ask only drumsticks for fried chicken from this shop although the taste is just normal, even salty side. Sometimes they made me upset by giving other pieces such as breast or wing etc. Today, the shop answered in an irresponsible way just to contact Ubereats for their wrong order. I don’t know whose fault for this even as the delivery guy also acted as normal for wrong item and just cancelled my order. I waited for one hour to eat after work and it turned out this shop& delivery guy behaved this way to customers. No apologies and no empathy. I won’t order anything from them again.

The pizza was very impressive, but the cheese let me down . The chips were good as well. There were places you could dine, but the chairs and bench were dirty and rusty.

Normal takeaway bar. Standard British Christmas dishes. Kebab and chicken with fries. 🙂

I went to eat at this disgusting place today and I am also a food delivery person, and the staff has treated me very badly as a delivery person and customer, I ordered a chicken wrap and there was hair in the meat, I had to go outside to vomit. The tables and the place are also very dirty.

Came in midnight, all tables dirty, and ask to clean them, but they gave me a couple napkins to clean myself. The food was horrible, not tasty at all.

Very bad service I ordered one pizza they gave me 20 minutes, I waited half hour they make one pizza wasn't main .

They treat customers badly and the meat is rotten and tastes very bad, there were hairs from the cook in my food. I do not recommend anything to people who go to eat here🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Lovely pizza . The mayo was a bit off and didn’t taste nice and chilli sauce was abit too spicey but I love how they are not stingy with toppings and there pizzas are rlly heavy and u can get stuffed real quick !!

Quality for the UK fried chicken & pizza has really drop down..we always used to get pizza from there now aboustley rubbish... when we eat the pizza now it seems like they have been cooked 8 hours ago...is not even worth complaining to any of the staff over the phone cause they don't understand anything..

Wings can be really spicy to Hella perfect.. amazing pizza, base is how takeaway pizzas should be.. condiments are tasty too.. ( some places are just gross) get fresh chips and they banging. Donner meat.. by far best in pboro.

The pizza is good i am a 9 years customer of pizza but one time it was not fresh enough my be cooked for another customer but as the customer was not show up it was the same thing the was giving it to me Other than that I am happy.

Food come very quick and unusually hot which was good. But I got two of the worst pizzas ever. The Hawaiian had a horrible after taste like goose grease. I understand it's not ham I don't eat pork but that was on a new level of yak!! The pepperoni pizza better but still had a smoky cardboard taste. First and last time ordering here.

DIRTYY disgusting place. Saw a staff member drop a knife on the floor, then picked up and carried on using it. It was the tall guy that looks like he goes gym a lot.

Tasty food but DIRT EVERYWHERE!!!,old oil and general mess in same places for over the last decade at least (in past they could probably get away with it but now it's unacceptable!!! Get yourself sorted pls!!!) boys at kitchen No hair nets or even baseball caps,long waiting time. Won't go there anymore as dirt and old oil residues puts me off!!! Good cheap food but you've ruined it

This is a good place for fast food. The food is ok and reasoably priced.

The service is a tad slow it is friquent that your request is not fully satisfied but the food is of good ish quality

The food itself was nice, the chips were cooked nicely and I like the idea of giving free sauce (unlimited). The pizza tasted alright but the cheese topping was easy to peel off exposing the contents underneath which doesn't look good in terms of presentation. The customer service the first time I went, was lovely. The barista even made a joke but the second time I went the barista (different) seemed pushy and sort of annoyed with his job. it wasn't a pleasant customer service. some of them need to try and learn to work under pressure but at the same time keep the conversation at a nice tempo. overall, it's a nice and I'd recommend it. It's a nice cheap alternative to Chicken Palace.

Absolutely disgraceful service ~ ordered through just eat food came and it was the completely wrong order, rang to complain told us they only do collections and don't do 10" pizzas, put the phone down on us and then wouldn't answer.Food was absolutely vile, cold, not cooked correctly.
