I have been a regular customer since this takeaway opened recently I had been noticing that the food has a strange smell to it but today it crossed all lines the rice was stringy gluey and smelly clearly food gone bad don’t order from this takeaway unless you want to be sick…

Chicken tikka wasn’t cooked no sauces were given no cheese in burger small portion of chicken tikka very bad customer service the worker ended the call on me twice and was very rude and its third time the order was wrong and every time they dont give sauces

Worst place and none of the item you get what you ordered and worst service. Food taste below average i dont see less then one star to be given

Best place in all England price is cheap food portions are large. I eat here every day, at home I don't remember when I ate :)

We have been regular customers at medina and today their service and food was awful,called in and got a rude response back ,their so called chicken nuggets were not what was ordered,chicken piece was very cold,burger bun and chips were as hard as anything!!!! Won't be ordering from this place again

Curries were very oily and spicy also salad wasn't fresh and the service was very bad as the staff can't speak fluent English and are rude. Portions are small and over priced NEVER AGAIN

I ordered 2 chicken baltis as part of my order and selected “mild” as the option of heat due to health reasons. The order was placed through Foodhub. The order arrived on time but on tasting the very first mouthful I could tell how spicy it was and called the takeaway. The first person I spoke with was very apologetic and said he would replace the curries and I agreed nmrhat I would return the curries I had received in return for mild ones that I had paid for. A few minutes later I received a call from a second person who said he was calling from the takeaway and would not accept the curries were too spicy! He asked me to check the food for green chillies and claimed that there was absolutely no way I was right! He was rude and extremely unprofessional and would not accept that the food was too chilli even though I offered for him to taste it before he decides. I would genuinely not recommend this place to anyone after this experience! As someone who regularly cooks and eats curries I am well aware of the difference between spice levels and I was only asking for the food I paid for but did not receive. I won’t be using this place again and hope my review will help others make an informed decision before ordering! If you want a mild curry and the option to get one is available, you should be able to receive what you ordered.

Pre ordered food 2 hours before. Food was meant to be delivered by 19.05 and half an hour late after ringing twice driver was at the takeaway and did not even leave. Guy on the phone does not know what he is doing

I have ordered chicken kebabs in Nan and the Nan was burned, the chicken tasted off, and the food was very cold when it go arrived very disappointed

Burger meals were fine come down to the curry large one was told there was about 6-7 small piece of chicken loads of gravy worst curry tasted in a while on top the naan breads were like paper so hard on the middle thin saving money worst ever Worst thing was the chicken rice the chicken looked out of date tasted it also and re cooked I will not be going back here again worst food I have ever had and on top ever things were small and looked like they were trying to save money going the cheap way not up to standard of other restaurants in Peterborough

Food is good. One kind advice it is no harm to have a bit smile on face and be polite to your customers.

Food was very expensive and the chips were soggy. The guy at the counter was staring whilst I was eating. My friend had a crush on the guy at the counter.

I usually try to be as positive I can in reviews but unfortunately I can’t give this place any higher than a 2* and that’s literally due to a half decent pizza which I’ve attached an image of. However, I also got grilled chicken and chips which is the main reason for the poor review as the chicken was undercooked and the chips were old and stale.

I will not order from here anymore they use old food there food is not nice at all 2 times my food was old and smelling so bad that I couldn’t be able to eat no good quality

We order 2 large kebabs and wings.Does it looks like large kebab it was proper old is well does it look fresh defiantly no. I rang to them and they said whenever I will call next time I can get replacement for free.I rang them today and they said that I need to order something to get free box of kebab.Excuse me? I need to waist more money to get replacement?Avoid this place food was also cold.If you don't want to waist your time and you don't wanna stay hungry.Disgusting.

They do a decent peri peri chicken and the nan sandwich is probably one of the best when they manage to get it right. Just a shame the food quality isn't consistent.

I ordered a whole peri peri chichen with chips and rice. The chicken was ok, there was water at the bottom of the salad which is disgusting; the rice didn't feel that fresh ; the chips definitely were not fresh, they were microwaved because the box they came in melted due to the heat. Do not reheat the chips, it's not fair on your customers ; we are not paying for reheated chips , and non-fresh food. i am so disappointed.

One of the best chicken on town

The pizza is amazing but the staff are stressed out due to the heat of the grill. When you go there don't ask for extra sauce and anything. You might get beaten up in the bottom end of Peterboroughs gang land.

Don’t eat or order anything from them as their food is unhealthy, I ordered nan sandwich I don’t know might they given me yesterday food, food was very cold and I just ate one bite and left it.

Avoid the pizza, its awful. Also the staff needs to listen properly instead of standing around staring at you like a bunch of scarecrows. Pizza had only meat no other toppings. How can you miss out 3 veg toppings.

I been order all the time the food and the forgot to add what me I’m asking. And when I call the the talking very rude and the cut the call in my face . After the send the driver and he starts talking ugly and tell me I must to learn good manners. If I pay for that food normal I must to call and ask but don’t talk with me like this

Excellent palak lamb and Tandoori roti

Very disappointed. Always used this as my go to takeaway and my food has always been delicious. However, this evening I ordered this and waited over an hour for my food. When it arrived, the extra toppings I ordered were not on my pizza, my drink had not been delivered and I was given the wrong kebab. I ordered at 19:14 and it's now 20:47 and I am still waiting for my correct kebab and drink to arrive.

Honest review- service , produce and price have all changed for the worse. Gentleman that covers the till is really grumpy, everything is a chore for him. Old owners were much better. Would only return here if I was absolutely starving!

This is a hidden gem, thankfully not too well hidden! Fantastic food is truly an understatement and it is also complimented by a wonderful and warm welcome which in turn promotes my 5 star rating. So to put it plain and simple the Marina grill is so far the best I have eaten in Peterborough and I’m looking forward to trying my way through the menu! I mean why wouldn’t you want great food, great value and a friendly environment!

Me and my friend went there, he is a big fan for hyderabad Biryani, but dint match that taste, but it is Ok, if you need to have a biryani in Peterborough..

In Peterborough for weekend ..tried to park at a place further up street to eat in (chinese).couldn't get parked. Had earlier read review of this place but had opted for chinese. We passed this place a few hundred yards along road so tried it. Had large mixed kebabs. They were amazing. Tasty, cooked fresh..full of flavour. Please open a place further north . ..DURHAM AREA.. Went in around 10pm. Ordered a spicy beef burger meal, chix and chips, chix burger and lamb biryani. The lamb burger tasted strange, the fried chicken tasted old and possibly refried. The worst was the biryani. One massive plate of biryani and thats it! No salad or anything. Biryani tasted slimy and bland.

Nahari and haleem were so tasty will try other things soon nice tasty food.

A friend and I had an excellent experience at the medina grill, 1/2 chicken was well flavoured, nan bread and side salad perfect, Staff were very friendly, And must mention food was at a very reasonable price.

Right it may not be the Savoy, but I love the relaxed atmos and had a great time here with my family Mam, Dad, Wife and Son. Staff are friendly and the food was excellent. Looks can deceive. People don't go here for the decor they go for the consistently nice food. They do Chai and Mango Lissy too. Lamb chops were excellent and cofte Kebab was wonderful. Fresh Naan Bread was great. The staff seemed happy. This place has heart where some very expensive places don't. We left thinking we can't wait to come back to our little new favourite restaurant. We all ate for £35 total and took some home. This is a little chilled gem of a place.

We ordered lots of kebabs in nans for our big family from here. Was really good and happy that they kept them all fresh for when we came to collect it. Will definitely come back

They serve really good lamb curries, a variety with very flavoursome taste. They have recently improved the overall dining experience. And moreover, very nominal charges too. We are one of their regular customers and definitely recommend it!

One the best if not the best takaways in peterborough the only place to get authentic punjab tasting food ive tried nearly everything on the menu and never been dissapointed! fresh food cooked while you wait staff are welcoming and the prices are fantastic for the quality you get! a must try!

Was starving as I'd arrived in Peterborough to collect a car. Was directed towards madina kebab & grill house when I asked a stranger on the street 2 miles away for the nearest grill house.. Soon as I walked in some baby chicken had just been prepared. Look yummy & tasted even better. Served neatly with salad & sauce. Manager very welcoming. Definitely will visit again next time I'm there.
