Food is great, takes a little time but not too long, Valerio delivered tonight - he was super kind, polite and a real delight!

I ordered at 16:11 and got my order at 17:05

Give it a miss, we ordered a large pizza, two sides and a drink on Thursday (26/09). No dips, food turned up cold, poorly cut and very late. We ordered at 18:25, estimated delivery time was 18:49-59. We rang at 19:15, told the delivery driver was just leaving and would be 10 minutes. The driver turned up 35 minutes later (19:45) and in between that time we called again, which was ignored. When I asked the driver if the food was hot because it was a lot later than 10 minutes, he shrugged and said "they're very busy". No communication from the restaurant and the tracker wasn't updated. In my opinion it wasn't worth the money, if a business can't fulfil orders they don't deserve your custom. Go out and pick up your orders if you must order from this restaurant, otherwise try a different place in Peterborough.

Great pizzas, friendly staff! I get takeaway as it's better value. £10 for any large takeaway pizza. If not for that I wouldn't be able to go. I always get the supreme and change a few toppings and the staff are very accommodating. Super nice and pizzas are always fresh and tasty ☺️

Our delivery driver was Valerio for order 7036. He was very friendly and delivered it on time.

I recently ordered from Pizza Hut and was impressed with the service! The delivery was fast, and the food arrived hot and fresh, just the way I like it. The driver, Valerio, was particularly helpful—he even went the extra mile by closing the door for me since my hands were full with pizza and drinks. It’s the small things like this that make the experience even better. Definitely a five-star delivery!

The front desk person is very rude and the pizza which I ordered and what he gave me is completely different. Pizza hut should take strict action against the employer hospitality before recruiting people into the job.. Pizza hut has great legacy and trademark. Please dont spoil it with recruiting people without proper DBS check Thank you

Food wasn't nice, chicken strips could have been cooked abit more as they were anaemic. Pizza had barely any sauce on, cheesy bites were smothered in the garlic drizzle. Delivery was amazing! It was fast and super easy.

Quick 40min - Monday delivery today. Order correct and Food arrived hot. Deep Pan Pizza and Garlic Bread not as crisp as before this time though.

Oh my goodness! SUCH a RUDE worker, as I was trying to order my food, they told me to SUCK MY MUM, and when I tried to order again, they HUNG UP on me. The AUDACITY to even do that! And the pizza was half of my SAVINGS! I decided to try one last time, and finally I wasn't hang up on and they listened to me for once, over all terrible experience, would NOT recommend buying here, the pizza wasn't even wha I ordered! And the STATE of the interior was honestly SHOCKING! And it wasn't even cooked! Do NOT come here for the best.

Can't order pizza if you don't answer the phone...

They don't answer phone, I'm trying from last 3 hours. It's not today only, many times before it happened to me, then I have to go to the store to order pizza. Whats the point to give number on Google if you can't answer.

Food took over an hour and a half and when it finally arrived half of the order was wrong and there were substituted items we hadn't even been told about. Not helpful when people have food allergies. Won't use again.

Just had 3 Pizzas and a Tear&share they were excellent the best We've had by far this year. It helped that the pizza was piping hot when I collected it. Great staff and fast service too, well done all 👍

Our delivery was estimated at 35 minutes but turned into a 2-hour wait without any pizza in sight. Frustratingly, there was a complete absence of communication from the driver or the restaurant. Despite our attempts to reach out to the restaurant, our calls went unanswered, leaving us in the dark. We ended up going to bed hungry and disappointed, having received no service from a brand we had previously trusted. This incident has sadly soured our perception of Pizza Hut, and we're left questioning why we didn't pick Papa johns tonight instead. A disappointing experience to say the least.

Ordered 2 large pizzas Margherita and Veggie Sizzler, now they have instructed drivers to keep pizzas flat, we are much happier. We think this pizza hut makes the best Pizza Hut pizzas in Peterborough, but everyone has their own expectations.

Awful Pizza.! greesy, stodgy and overcooked dry ingredients. Not what i expected from the Pizza Hut brand..was more like a 2nd rate kebab shop pizza.! Definately will not be using again.

Fast & reliable with quality food

We ordered at 6:10pm online and were told it would arrive between 6:45pm and 6:55pm we tried calling for half an hour and got not answer ,while waiting received an email saying that the order had arrived when it had not. We have now been told it will arrive at 8:10pm. 2 hours for 3 pizzas. Very annoyed

Gr8 delivery driver tonight. Punctual, Friendly and honest!! Food arrived earlier than expected. Tasty topping and crunchy Deep Pan Crust (Like you expect).

Never received my order, waited 2 hours, I rang them to be told it was 5 minutes away, my dad rang them 30 minutes after being told it would be 5 minutes to be told the manager cancelled the order at the start as they don't accept cash! Will never order from here again

Poor service!! I called them twice for my order they said it will be with you in half hour and then I waited and guess what I never even received the order!! I called them 3 times no one answered!! Took my money and never got my food!!

There was a pizza missing from the order.. No answer from restaurant. The pizza certainly didn't taste fresh . And 2 cookie doughs were missing. The driver wasn't over friendly because I missed his phone call as I was on the phone trying to track down the order. So dissapointed and so where my kids with the cardboard tasting pizza that did actually arrive. Won't be ordering again...

Food took over an hour to arrive. Called the store 3 times and even had the phone put down on me. Was told to look out the window for the driver but driver was nowhere near my house and had to go down the street looking for him. The driver even argued with me where my house was. I know where I live. I wouldn't mind but directions to my house were on the receipt because I left instructions when I ordered. There's 30 houses in my street so not that hard to find. Refused me a refund for the cold food so had to make my complaint online which took over a week to resolve. Would never use them again.

It said approx 20 mins for delivery but took well over an hour. When food arrived, it was cold and tasteless. The only thing warm was the pepsi max.

This place is probably the worst pizza hut I've ever had the pleasure of. Pizza was not cut was cold and order too 1hr 48mins. Order is missing all dips and desserts too. I've tried calling the restaurant while waiting over 15 times and just rings out. I gave up after that. What a joke DO NOT USE PIZZA HUT PETERBROUGH
