My order arrived on time and the delivery driver Valerio was professional and kind. Loved the pizza too

Very bad atmosphere and bad behaviour towards costumers and delevery partners,food taste was not good ,if u eat onece u directly u promoted to hell..!!

Order a collection online, website told me to collect in 15 mins got a call to say they we busy and to collect in 45 mins. But the guy made my order to collect in time as I could not wait. Pizza was great. Like the pizza hut remember growing up. Will use again.

The Word pizza is used often by this shops with no ties whatsoever with the actual pizza. Oily and bread taste of the so called pizza is what you get on this Pizza Hut point. Staff non prepared, and the menu is confused and there is no price exposed for the costumer’s. Over priced and not worth the try.

My favourite Pizza Hut branch! The staff always recommend the best deals for you, take orders efficiently, and ensure topping changes are always correct. The pizza is always 10/10, as are the nachos & cookie dough. Wouldn’t go to any other store.

Been a long time since i opened a pizza box & said wow. The deep pan base is incredible, not a big fan of the sauce. Fast & HOT, good delivery.

Where do I even start. Food arrived at around 22:30, and the man who delivered it was the sweetest man ever. Valério gave the biggest smile, seemed so happy to deliver our food and was such a gentleman. He even offered to close the door when my housemates hands were too full!! Such a lovely man. You need to give him a raise, I'm being serious the loveliest delivery driver I’ve ever had to be honest.

Food is great, takes a little time but not too long, Valerio delivered tonight - he was super kind, polite and a real delight!

Give it a miss, we ordered a large pizza, two sides and a drink on Thursday (26/09). No dips, food turned up cold, poorly cut and very late. We ordered at 18:25, estimated delivery time was 18:49-59. We rang at 19:15, told the delivery driver was just leaving and would be 10 minutes. The driver turned up 35 minutes later (19:45) and in between that time we called again, which was ignored. When I asked the driver if the food was hot because it was a lot later than 10 minutes, he shrugged and said "they're very busy". No communication from the restaurant and the tracker wasn't updated. In my opinion it wasn't worth the money, if a business can't fulfil orders they don't deserve your custom. Go out and pick up your orders if you must order from this restaurant, otherwise try a different place in Peterborough.

Great pizzas, friendly staff! I get takeaway as it's better value. £10 for any large takeaway pizza. If not for that I wouldn't be able to go. I always get the supreme and change a few toppings and the staff are very accommodating. Super nice and pizzas are always fresh and tasty ☺️

I recently ordered from Pizza Hut and was impressed with the service! The delivery was fast, and the food arrived hot and fresh, just the way I like it. The driver, Valerio, was particularly helpful—he even went the extra mile by closing the door for me since my hands were full with pizza and drinks. The front desk person is very rude and the pizza which I ordered and what he gave me is completely different. Pizza hut should take strict action against the employer hospitality before recruiting people into the job.. Pizza hut has great legacy and trademark. Food wasn't nice, chicken strips could have been cooked abit more as they were anaemic. Pizza had barely any sauce on, cheesy bites were smothered in the garlic drizzle. Delivery was amazing! It was fast and super easy.

Oh my goodness! SUCH a RUDE worker, as I was trying to order my food, they told me to SUCK MY MUM, and when I tried to order again, they HUNG UP on me. The AUDACITY to even do that! And the pizza was half of my SAVINGS! I decided to try one last time, and finally I wasn't hang up on and they listened to me for once, over all terrible experience, would NOT recommend buying here, the pizza wasn't even wha I ordered! And the STATE of the interior was honestly SHOCKING! And it wasn't even cooked! Do NOT come here for the best.

Can't order pizza if you don't answer the phone...

They don't answer phone, I'm trying from last 3 hours. It's not today only, many times before it happened to me, then I have to go to the store to order pizza. Whats the point to give number on Google if you can't answer.

Food took over an hour and a half and when it finally arrived half of the order was wrong and there were substituted items we hadn't even been told about. Not helpful when people have food allergies. Won't use again.

Our delivery was estimated at 35 minutes but turned into a 2-hour wait without any pizza in sight. Frustratingly, there was a complete absence of communication from the driver or the restaurant. Despite our attempts to reach out to the restaurant, our calls went unanswered, leaving us in the dark. We ended up going to bed hungry and disappointed, having received no service from a brand we had previously trusted. This incident has sadly soured our perception of Pizza Hut, and we're left questioning why we didn't pick Papa johns tonight instead. A disappointing experience to say the least.

Ordered 2 large pizzas Margherita and Veggie Sizzler, now they have instructed drivers to keep pizzas flat, we are much happier. We think this pizza hut makes the best Pizza Hut pizzas in Peterborough, but everyone has their own expectations.

Fast & reliable with quality food

We ordered at 6:10pm online and were told it would arrive between 6:45pm and 6:55pm we tried calling for half an hour and got not answer ,while waiting received an email saying that the order had arrived when it had not. We have now been told it will arrive at 8:10pm. 2 hours for 3 pizzas. Very annoyed

Never received my order, waited 2 hours, I rang them to be told it was 5 minutes away, my dad rang them 30 minutes after being told it would be 5 minutes to be told the manager cancelled the order at the start as they don't accept cash! Will never order from here again
