Situated on the edge of the town centre. The hotel is what it is, for an older establishment. Free small car park to he rear.

Good value for money. Staff very friendly although some confusion at check-in. Rooms mostly clean and got the basics.

Joshua gave great bar service, very funny and entertaining person, the room (47) is a little tired, could do with a carpet clean, the light fitting thick with dust and mold spits through the bedroom and bathroom, a new shower screen should be installed ASAP as the curtain is failing leaving water to flow on the floor. Dust on the door backs, frames and behind TV just felt like nobody cares enough, these jobs only need doing once per month yet the build up indicates a lot lot longer, pretty disappointing.

Returned from a weekend, can't fault a thing for the money. Great value, lovely front of house staff. Three of us were looking for a hotel to stay at 3-4 times a year and have found it!

I love Peterborough and whenever I come down and visit this is usually the hotel I stay at and the staff are very friendly and always happy to help.

Used for business stop over as working in Peterborough. Queensgate has parking and is fairly central. Not bad value.

Clean room, great shower, only reason dropped room to a 4 star is there was no kettle. The service was amazing, the young man that checked us in was polite, friendly and funny 😁

Stayed here for 1 night during our trip around the UK. The hotel is well located, parking is available on site but unfortunately the rooms are pretty run-down.

Staff are lovely and very helpful. 😄 Handy place to stay to watch 'Posh' play.Handy base to visit Peterborough the Fens etc. I had an enjoyable stay and will return again. Big breakfast, self service. My only complaint is the bed was sunken on one side with a deep indentation. I would even stay again with that poor bed as I slept on the other half. Room 6 good for a person alone. Clean, tidy and affordable. X

Total dive of a place, room was filthy moldy tiles in the bathroom, ripped bed sheets, ripped curtains, BOGGIES on the dado rail. Refused to stay and even the check in guy agreed the room was dirty. Think the hotel might be used as some sort of half way house.

Didn't stay over night. but had a mother's day meal. Was really looking forward to nice homecook roast. But all of it was pre done and tasted like was frozen shop brought. The main part I was looking forward to was yorkshire pudding but they was tough and u couldn't even cut with a knife. 1st and very last time I'd be coming here. Really hope the food improves as you had good staff. Parking was good too. Had few people tell me about being desapointed with food. But thought I give it a go. Had to go shop and get drinks as supplied no kids drinks and a cheap bottle of lemmade and no decent coke zero or Dr pepper options.. Did get some funny looks that had to go to shop to get half the guest drinks. Very disappointed in the food would never eat there again.. Gave 3 stars as food was 0 but the service off the staff was very nice and polite.. And helpful.. And good parking. I hope the management take this on board as the place looked nice. Nice staff and the hotel looked nice. Just let down but the food.

Our recent experience at The Queensgate Hotel & Conference Centre surpassed all our expectations. We were in a tight spot, as we had to find an alternate venue for our Entrepreneurs Circle Networking Meeting in Peterborough due to a last-minute cancellation. One phone call to the Queensgate Hotel, and Joanna swiftly booked us in for the very same day. Her swift action was nothing short of a lifesaver, and her warm welcome upon our arrival set the tone for an exceptional day. Joanna ensured the conference room was set up to our exact specifications. Her attentiveness and helpfulness shone throughout the day, making for a seamless experience for our group of 20. Our meeting was an unprecedented success, thanks to Queensgate Hotel. Venue changes can often be disruptive, but the high quality service and facilitation provided by Queensgate's staff not only mitigated any potential challenges, but enhanced our experience. Given our positive experience, we are thrilled to announce that Queensgate Hotel will be our new home for future networking meetings. Thank you, Queensgate, and more specifically, Joanna, for delivering exceptional service under urgent circumstances.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of our sandwich orders. Service was very good in a clean bar area with nice ambience.

Absolutely disgusting food! I ordered through just eat and food turned up raw or overcooked in tubs of water and no flavour. Barely any meat for what we ordered never again! Would give 0 stars if could as when phoned up to complain it was a London restaurant that answered!
