Hai I ordered lot of times but yesterday I ordered veg volcano it’s a worst pizza. NO TASTE ,kickers is not cooked properly. I bin it .

Ordered while on the Aberdeen to London Kings Cross LNER, choosing a time window that we were scheduled to be at Peterborough station (taking the risk that the train would possibly be delayed and we’d not be there for the delivery- which would be our loss). The driver arrived early but when I explained we were still on our (on time) train, he said he’d return as soon as we arrived. Five mins later, we had our pizzas, hot and enjoyed by us all. Great service. Couldn’t really rate the atmosphere overly high as they were enjoyed on platform 4, but it wasn’t raining which was good. Thank you Domino’s Peterborough East, would happily attempt this again!

We ordered 2 pizzas 🍕 meat feast, and pepperoni with wedges and garlic bread. The food was fantastic and ideal for the Premier Inn we were staying at over the road. All I wanted was a loose menu to look at before choosing, which I was told quite abruptly it's here. One sellotaped to the counter. The lighting was awful, and I could not read it properly without a pair of readers. I was on the verge of going somewhere else when a young man stepped forward and gave me a brief rundown of my options. The food was fantastic, which saved the day. The building is amazing, but a little more customer service is needed.

Popped in as passing and enquired about the lunchtime special without receiving a warm welcome or any form of friendly interaction. The response I received was rather curt, as I was simply pointed towards the menu and informed that the lunchtime special options were located there. Determining that I desired a pizza with Peperoni and Jalapenos, I proceeded to the payment counter. However, to my surprise, I was informed that the total amount due was £12 instead of the expected £9.99 for two toppings. When I questioned this discrepancy, I was informed that the Jalapenos were not included in the special offer, but I had the option to add extra cheese instead. Frustrated, I decided to forgo the Jalapenos and paid the advertised £9.99. Upon receiving my order, I returned to the office to enjoy my pizza. However, I couldn't shake off the feeling that it would have been more enjoyable with the addition of Jalapenos and a lot less Cheese. Consequently, I decided to reach out to Domino's Customer Care via email to relay my experience. Promptly, I received a response requesting proof of purchase and informing me that an area manager would be in touch. Unfortunately, my interaction was with the manager of the actual store and his attitude left much to be desired. Rather than engaging in a constructive conversation, he spoke at me in an arrogant manner, asserting that the price I had been quoted was accurate due to the extra cheese I had requested. He then suggested that the misunderstanding was my fault and advised me to be clearer about my preferences in the future. Frustrated by his dismissive attitude, I promptly ended the call. I fail to comprehend what was unclear about my request for a £9.99 pizza with two toppings: Peperoni and Jalapenos. Avoid !!! Again I relayed my experience to Domino’s customer service department . Unfortunately, nothing back. …. To me , it appears because this is franchise partner , (this is mirrored in other 1 and 2 star reviews on this store on Google) Domino’s head office have no appetite to get involved, other than an initial scripted response to appease your initial complaint . Domino’s seem to have no problem with a guy who has paid to display their name above the door and sell their product , Treating their brand loyal customers with contempt .

Twice now I've ordered a plant based pizza and twice I've received regular cheese. Pointless having it on the menu. Vegans avoid.

Lady in there yesterdays night gave me and my partner amazing costumer service was trying so hard to get us cheaper deals and we were so happy with our service from her however we did feel like the 2 blokes in there we’re putting her under a lot of pressure there was no need she was trying her best to help us 🙏

Tried to order a basic change to something I've ordered countless times from Sugar Way branch. Walked 30 mins from College to get this but couldn't be done. Took my money to a competitor instead. Won't order from this branch again or advise people to visit.

Great food... only thing I would say is the pizzaz need to be cut properly..

We ordered a pizza for delivery, gave specific instructions. We live in an apartment complex and have elevators. We’ve had the same dominoes deliver here so many times. Without issue. But the one driver decided to A refuse to enter the building, B refuse to explain why and C made us grab our own pizzas out of his heated bag. Very odd individual and quite shady/rude. Doubt I’ll be ordering from this location again. Order: 548772001

First and foremost, the customer service I received was far from what I would consider acceptable. I placed an order for delivery and called the restaurant to inquire about the status of my order after a considerable delay. The person who answered the phone seemed disinterested and failed to provide any helpful information. I was left feeling unappreciated and frustrated by this lack of concern for a paying customer. Moreover, the delivery itself was incredibly slow. I understand that delivery times can vary, but my order took significantly longer than the estimated time provided during the order placement. This delay was particularly disappointing as I had been eagerly anticipating a warm and delicious meal. To make matters worse, upon finally receiving my order, the food was disappointingly cold. I understand that maintaining the temperature of a delivered pizza can be challenging, but the cold and unappetizing state in which it arrived was unacceptable. It seemed as though the pizza had been left unattended for an extended period before being delivered. I believe in the quality and taste of Domino's Pizza, but this experience left a negative impression on me. I kindly ask that you take these concerns into consideration and make the necessary improvements to ensure better customer service, faster deliveries, and the maintenance of food temperature. This will not only enhance customer satisfaction but also reflect positively on your brand.

Tandoori hot ordered as usual, garlic and herb dip on the side, tasted banging, well needed, good bits.

This Dominos has a small seating area in case if you wish to dine in, than take away.

Absolutely shocking never used to be like this. Pay for delivery but if you live in a small block of flats they don’t even deliver to your door they make you go outside to pick it up. Also it was cold, I ordered extra sauce which was not in there. Never ordering again. Waste of money.

I am appalled by the extremely poor customer service. The dominoes delivery guy refused to deliver the pizza to my door. i called Dominoes Pizza - an indian guy picked up and he was equally disgraceful. Never ordering again! Terrible Experience at Dominoes Peterborough outlet- i have never had this poor experience in any other Dominoes Outlet.

Delivery never came. I left a note on my order to call upon arrival, no one called. Shocking service, the least they could of done is email or contact me if they was not able to find the address or if there was an issue. Took £30 out of my account and have to wait until next day to contact.

The takeaway for easy to get to by foot but can be confusing as have to select the right site online. They have a standard franchise look inside once your in. I also have to say as a franchise, there are too many deals and are confusing to be honest, what is a good deal to be honest. Ordered the festive pizza with stuffed crust but there was no stuffed crust even after paying £3 for it. I’m always a big fun of dominoes but it was not to my usual experience and expectations. Maybe next time I am here, things will be different.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service here. I placed a order unknowing that they couldn’t deliver to my area. The guy took my address 4 times and then the payment. Only then was I told that they could not deliver to my area. They tried telling me that the money hadn’t come out but as I have attached proof… Then when I complained I was appalled by the lack of understanding and communication. Used my last money on pizza only to be told I had to wait 2 days for a dam refund.

Standard Domino's takeaway. Tho they have some seat if you wanna eat in the store. U can park infront of the store I guess for a quick pick up if your had ordered for collection.

This is the second time they are messed up this time the pizza had to much Tomato base so it over powered then asked for extra beef and cheese and paid for it and it looked only single. They didn’t want to do anything about it and said we will do better next time. Then the last time we ordered 7:03pm and it was suppose to be here by 8:03pm didn’t come so at 8:16pm I rang he said the deliver came to my address and knocked no answer then said he went near Perkins I said I live in the other side so he was lying. Then I had to wait another hour for a fresh pizza and all they gave us to make it up was cookies. I have a lot of dominos pizzas so they should know my address as I haven’t had a problem before plus I found a black hair on the pizza but didn’t mention the hair but Now they have lost a customer as I’m sick of the disappointments.

Me and my partner made an order with Dominos. One of the drivers rang to let us know that the order is about to be delivered. My partner went downstairs to take it. The driver rang the second time to confirm the address. After that my partner was still waiting for 15 mins and decided to ring the driver back to find out what’s going on. The driver claimed he had already delivered the order. I assume the driver simply lacks a basic geographic knowledge if he is so sure he found the right address when we got nothing. That’s totally unacceptable! “Thank you” for such an experience.

Bought pizza had too much tomato sauce and I asked for double cheese and double meat and they did not do it I rang them up and all they could say is we will do better next time . I spend over 100 pound a month and usually ok but twice this week had bad experience.

Such a bad experience about this branch one of them delivery guys is rude and incredibly unprofessional always have problems with him.

Don’t often mess up but today I ordered my pizza without cheese... a devastating discovery. luckily as I was Impatient and hungry, I discovered the missing cheese very shortly after leaving the shop / rather than already making the journey home before opening the box. This gave me the opportunity to return. This was completely my fault, I somehow remove the cheese from my order. And whilst the cooks looked busy, throwing pizza bases and obeying COVID rules, they were keen to save me from my cheese less nightmare blessing my slices of happiness with the cheese they always needed ***** 5 STAR

Don't think about working for the company and staff are two faced horrid place to work

Received a text to say 50% of pizza at Peterborough East online. Could not access the offer online so called the store expecting them to honour the deal. Staff were very rude . Manager called Fritz just directed me to Customer Services. Customer Services were not able to do anything, explaining that only the fanchise would be able to help. Called Fritz back at the store and he said he was only able to offer 30%. Shocking. Went elsewhere. Exceptionally poor customer service during this difficult time. Will never be calling this store again.

Placed an order while at work for myself and colleagues, watched the tracker on app and said out for delivery 25 mins later hadn't arrived so called told would be 5 minutes. 10 minutes later still hasn't arrived so called again to be told he couldn't find us! Bear in mind it's a company building and we left a contact number!!!! Was told driver back at store but would be another 20/25 minutes ended up cancelling the order and going elsewhere !! Wouldn't offer money off order even though we had now being waiting over an hour when it said would be with us between 24 & 26 minutes! DO NOT USE!

First time I'd been to Domino's and I really enjoyed it. I had a pepperoni stuffed crust which was lovely. What made it standout was the quality of the pepperoni, it wasn't the cheap stuff it had a real depth of flavour to it. The two people I was with really enjoyed their flatbread pizzas as well. I had cookie dough for desert which I've never had before and I enjoyed that as well. The staff for really friendly the prices were good. So if be happy to go back and recommend it.

I love domino's definitely some of the best pizza on the market, you can never go wrong with a safe bet from domino's. Thinking about trying papa John's, don't bother. Domino's is the best pizza delivery place with record delivery times and food that's cooked to perfection. No complaints

Worst dominos branch And worst customer service I’ve experienced by far! The store manager Nadeem (so he tells me) was extremely unhelpful and rude when I called up the branch telling them they had overcharged me. Instead of being apologetic and trying to sort it out straight away, Nadeem was trying to intimidate me and was speaking to me in an extremely aggressive tone telling me that I ordered the pizza online and that if I called up the store the deals would’ve been better and that it’s my mistake for ordering online. Never been so insulted and belittled in my life and let’s not mention how disgusting the pizza was after all that chaos. Will not be going to this branch ever again. Also just a note for customer relations or anyone senior at dominos; please consider putting Nadeem the store manager of bridge street branch in some training or consider his job role. As I am not the first to complain about poor customer service from the staff at that branch. If the manager is that rude can’t begin to think what the staff are like there.

Wow cannot believe how rude they are in this store. Got my order wrong twice, were incredibly rude on the phone to me anyway and when I explained I couldn’t come back for a 3rd pizza because my lunch break had finished they said come back later and we can refund it. Got there and they denied the refund and accused me of lying, and said that they repeated the order and I agreed...I’m not stupid! I wouldn’t agree to a pizza I don’t want. My friend is vegetarian so why would I order a chicken pizza! Never met such rude and unhelpful staff. Try listening the first time.
