Snappy Tomato Pizza in Peterborough

I always place my order over the phone for 2 pizzas and it's never ready when I arrive l, they tell 15 min on the hbe but it always takes 30 min

Snappys is by far my favourite takeaway spot. The food delivery is fast, the food always tastes great and the staff are great people. 10/10 keep up the awsome service

Ordered 1 medium pizza and 1 large but recived 2 mediums. I called up Snappys peterbeough and they sent me correct order straight away! Very pleased with the service and food was second to none.

Bring back Mario and Aydon. Absolutly awful. Rock hard chicken, undercooked soggy chips, over cooked crunchy donna meat. And the chilli sauce ! Don't bother. Highly disappointed.

Absolutely rude staff!!! 2nd time I’ve asked for a doner kebab and chips and they have just given me meat and chips! A doner kebab is served in a pitta bread??!! And after calling to complain they didn’t offer to give me a bit af bread to go with it! DISGRACEFUL

Ordered at 7pm arrived just after 915 after calling. No good to me I’m having to go bed hungry as it’s too late to eat and very tired. Thanks snappy I won’t be ordering again

I HAVE USED SNAPPY PIZZA FOR 20 YEARS WENT IN YESTERDAY AND GOT A CHICKEN SHISH AND CHICKEN DONER KEBAB WHICH SEEMED OK WHEN I EAT IT.I WOKE UP AT 4AM WITH THE WORST STOMACH PAIN I'VE EVER HAD AND WAS VIOLENTLY SICK OBVIOUSLY DUE TO FOOD POISONING.I WOULDN'T NORMALLY BOTHER LEAVING A BAD REVIEW BUT HONESTLY YOU CAN'T DO THIS NOT GOOD AT ALL

Well wraps and burgers 🍔 are ok👍 but pizza 🍕 ? Try do it it better is no even taste nice I think the base of that pizza is disgusting 😒 Tryied that one and unfortunately I will not come back till u don't change that base of that pizza . But other food likely recommended!

So... let me start by saying I'm not a pizza lover, but I really enjoyed this one! I ordered potato wedges to be honest I prefer french fries but I can’t find in a menu, to my surprise they were really good and not at all bland, the skins potatoes with cheese after adding a little salt were super good.. but I didn't like the fried chicken was very oily, but given that I ordered shortly before the restaurant closed, so that doesn't stop me from giving it 5 stars. please try this pizza it's really delicious. 🤤

Went in to order, the guy at the counter assumed me and my friend were from out of town, even though we are local, then proceeded to try and charge us over £60 for 3 items and 2 drinks, yh nah no thanx

Very disappointed about their service! Ordering and don't get my order, call them and they had no idea about my order. Had to wait 1,5 hour to be delivered! 👎👎

We got 2 16 inches pizzas they were absolutely rubbish they were so expensive not worth a single penny, No taste at all.

You haven't lived until you've tried this pizza! It's the best in town and I can't get enough of it. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves mouth-watering pizza with unforgettable taste.

Been a Customer for many many years, however recently the food has lost its quality, Donner is oily and chips are soggy, pizza are undercooked dough, people on the phone are no use, very poor English. I suggest they improve before they lose are very regular customer

Certainly not an establishment offering fine dining or haute cuisine. But from time to time, we may crave reasonably priced fast food and this is the place for it! And the delivery service is excellent - for truly fast food…you should consider this place.

Very nice place, I have ordered Beast pizza for birthday party they gave me huge discount. The pizza was wonderful and cheesy and they delivered fast and free. I highly recommend this place.

I ordered because the food was good last time but today was quite different. Chicken kebab disgusting instead of meat skin and gristle everywhere. The sauce is different than always the same as the salad. I do not recommend to anyone. Wasted money

Quick delivery. Tasty hot food. A little overload on the salad, but not too much of an issue.

Food took longer than usual. We usually order from here as the food doesn't take long to arrive. It was over an hour today. Food quality wasn't great. Burgers very greasy causing buns to be mushy and fall apart

The pizza was unforgettable because it was so bad. We ordered the beast pizza from here ages ago and we still talk about how bad it was. It was completely tasteless and all the ingredients were super bad quality. Each slice of pizza had only ONE single piece of pepperoni, but there's another review from a year ago which had 4 pepperoni pieces on each slice and way more toppings in general. People buy pizza for enjoyment. If I wanted something tasteless just to fill me up, then I wouldn't go through the whole process of ordering a pizza to be disappointed after the first bite. I think snappy tomato pizza has given up. Save your money.

Usually I'm happy with the pizzas but is a grand total of SIX coins of pepperoni (one per section) on a 10" pizza acceptable? I think not!!

It's a shame that Snappy continues to burn the cheese black on top of their pizza's making them impossible to eat. Also a lack of tomato sauce on the base, last few orders have always been overcooked, doubt I shall order again.

Chicken shish was good. Potatoes not so much.

Food was nice as always, but delivery guy was very rude and scary. He tried to flirt with me, asked if I know where he from, if I have kids, husband, do I gonna have dinner on my own. So bad and scary.

We were recommended by one of the taxi drivers. Best food we ever had in Peterborough, but delivery person from just eat was disgusting, swearing and calling names to customer. Avoid just eat delivery order directly and I bet you will get better service 🥰

I ordered a chicken donner kebab with fries, I received a chicken donner in pitta bread

Absolutely awful. Waited over 90mins for it to arrive two phone calls to the store got told two different times so I cancelled it. It finally turned up the guy told me to take it anyway it's awful very greasy and cold. Contacted customer service to get a refund as apparently they can't do it a refund in store. I won't be using this company again. You obviously don't take your complaints seriously it's been over a week and I haven't heard anything from you. Finally got a refund after I emailed them twice again.

Burned to coal wings, salad is literally half an onion, for over 50 pound order expected at least few pots of sauce. Food was cold too. Shish kebab comes dry with pita bread, thats all, no even option for salad or sauces. Disappointed

Pizza didnt have great taste, and was a little overcooked, wings very greasy, garlic bread very hard by time got to us.

My Pizza tasted like washing up liquid..

Ordered the Giant Pizza that states clearly on the menu that there are different toppings on every slice. Was excited to see the kind of toppings we’d get and seemed like a good option as everyone eating it wanted something different and had different tastesWhen the pizza arrived, it was actually just a big pizza with toppings everywhere. Every slide has mushrooms, pineapple and jalapeños which are quite an acquired taste and what we thought would only be on a few slices was actually on them all. It meant most of us were picking off the toppings we didn’t like. Disappointing really, whilst the pizza tasted generally ok it’s nothing like you think it will be.

Pizza was missing from my order, food acerage aswell, pretty sure standards has dropped, not gonna order from them again

The chicken donner meat was to die for, the donner meat was disgusting tho. I also got half a portion of a large box sized cheesy chips.

The food you can’t complain about, it’s just the timing of the food is never when it should be. When it’s a dinner for all the family including children, to be on time would be better than to be late cos then the children are eating late and going to bed too late too. But for the quality of the food. Best kebab place so far.

Great food, need more sauce / larger portions and a receipt when ordering - need my VAT receipt to claim part through work.

Always top class food from snappys. Ali's a great character always happy to see us and must ask to do our delivery, we have a bond like no other delivery driver 😂 seriously though, the chicken fillet burgers are hands down the best in peterborough much less anywhere else for that matter. Keep up the good work, we always appreciate it!

My food still hasn't arrived I rang the store to which I got told by some bloke that didn't care that the driver was knocking despite me being sat in the kitchen about 4 foot from the door not impressed I want my money back

Food was ok but I ordered garlic bread with cheese and got plain garlic bread, pizza was doughy and asked for normal Mayo and got garlic Mayo.

One of the worst pizza i have ever had in Peterborough no flavour at all . Chicken was dry and didn't taste good. I couldn't eat it. It only looks good. That's all. Taste absolutely disgusting. Never ordering again. Wasted my money.

Costumer service was the worst I’ve ever seen, waited 45 minutes for the rest of my order because they can’t manage to bring everything at once, no point ordering from here
