Our work had a function where the caterers failed to show! We called this team and a lovely young man took our order, along with a lady whos sadly name i have forgoten where absolutely tremendous! they got our order together in impecible timing! and it was massive i mean about 20-30 ish pizzas, they had incredible communication. and nothing was to much! such an incredible and helpful team with great delicious and fresh pizza!

Wrong dip called store was rude said to collect my pizza as was going cold refused and said just make a co.plaint so poor customer service this was the o e at sugar way Peterborough

From ordering to actually receiving my food through delivery took 1 hour and 10 minutes and I live 5 miles away. Not like the food was coming from Paris, no apology for the wait or reasoning or compensation as to why the order took such a long time, 1 pizza, 1 side and a drink, I could have made my own pizza from scratch by the time I ate…or actually just gone to Paris for lunch. I just think that’s a completely unacceptable waiting time.

When i visited the Establishment, for my informal Job Interview, i was Greeted and Welcomed by a member of who was very Friendly. I was interviewed by the Recruitment Manager Samir, who was Polite and Courteous. We got on very well. I was very Impressed how Well this Dominos Francise was very Efficient and Repeat Customer Service from past Experience when using them, for ordering Take Away Food. I would use these people First choice and i would always Recommend them to my Friends and Family. Very Lovely people. Thank you very much for inviting me.

Ordered Pizza for collection, it was overcooked, called the store to complain, been told it should be like that 🤣 When I've explained that it's burned I have been told to get the pizza out of the trash 🗑️ and bring it in to the store and they will remake it. ARE YOU SERIOUS??? Your Pizzas cost pennies to make and if your product is overcooked you need to apologise to the client and sort it out. AVOID

Did a pick up, service was prompt, but the pizza was seriously over salted. Saturday night, busy night, fast food, so quality goes to the bin. You walk in and look at the people making pizzas with bare hands, doubt that is very hygienic with their nails. Who is to say they where they rub hands when not making pizzas? Really off putting, would avoid this place if I were you! Chucked the pizza , bare hands off putting, put some gloves on!

Not happy with the service. Ordered a pizza they got it wrong and saying that I was laying. I told them no ham and no sausage

This is our local pizza l, but over time, seems to have gotten worse. Our 12 year old went to buy pizza yesterday and was told they didn’t accept cash. When did cash stop being a legal tender? Plus surely this needs to be put on the website and displayed in the store. Shall not be returning.

Useless, don’t awnser the phones, phoned 4 times until they picked up, to check everything was okay, got told tough luck gonna have to wait, girl on the phone needs a attitude check, or sacking, foods awful compared to other dominos

Our pizza looked ok but didn’t taste as nice, we both commented on eating it that it seemed like it had been reheated, five days later we are still suffering with food poisoning, we won’t be ordering again

Meat Pizza ok. Vegan pretend cheese spoils veg pizza. Website was utter rubbish and messed up the order making us fo it over again.

Absolute trash on the phone where they fail to deliver a order.

Honestly can't fault the service. Always arrives fast, fresh and super hot. Any time I have a problem (which has only been twice in 4yrs of frequent ordering) they are so friendly and happy to help, and will genuinely go the extra mile to ensure an order is fulfilled. Tonight they delivered the wrong pizza and had just closed when it arrived, but without fuss or complaint they were happy to restart the ovens and fix it. Blew me away. Genuinely my favourite customer service of any service period.

No record of my order. Bank account confirms I paid. Refused to help or try and fix when I went for pickup. Avoid.

food as always tastes amazing with great customer service skill if served by kim, always smiling when she has served me, I understand most times everyone is busy trying to get orders so its a quick heres your order thanks, but she always gives a friendly wave and positive attitude when ever shes in. as for the rest of the team always great work never had any prolems with miss orders or late delivery. always a 5 star service good job team

I will, under some duress, admit that this is food. If you twist my arm further, i might even go so far as to admit that the "cheeseburger" topping is interesting and tasty. However, i will forever draw the line at calling anything that hasn't seen the inside of a stone oven "pizza".

Could do with a lesson on customer service and getting things right first time. Too often pizzas are delivered wrong, either tomato sauce when it should be BBQ, or the other way round. When you ring up to sort it the management sound like you've made the story up and try to wriggle out of replacing the wrong pizza by offering a free pizza next time when I'd rather have the pizza I paid for to be delivered right!

After spending six weeks on a no-dairy and no-gluten diet the first food item my partner and I wanted to indulge in was Domino’s pizza. Thankfully Dominos had a buy-1-get-1 free deal on their pizzas, otherwise we might have had to have ‘slummed’ it with an inferior brand. Delicious steaming hot pizzas were soon ordered and picked up, all within 20 minutes of placing the order and they were truly delicious, even on Day 2 and Day 3 (we made sure to take advantage of their deal by ordering four pizzas!) as Domino’s pizzas heat up very well in the oven. The pleasure in seeing the steam roll off a stack of pizza boxes in the cool night’s sky was palpable. Every time we went to the fridge it would release more of the delicious pizza smell that was almost drive us into a pizza-feasting frenzy. We always make sure to tailor our pizzas, opting for the most meat laden ones and then removing onions and ground beef in favour of olives or smoky bacon and the Domino website allows for an easy recall of past order so we can quickly reorder past pizzas. The takeaway site is easy for us to access and the staff were quick and courteous. The only reason that this isn’t five stars is because I tend to reserve that for gourmet experiences, truly superb value or staff helpfulness that goes above and beyond.

Classic Dominos. I got a deal with 2 pizzas, garlic bread and cookies. Unfortunately my wife is allergic to cocoa and they wouldn't let me swap it to something chocolate free like the cinni dippers or whatever. The manager there was a little rude and after 5 mins on the phone trying to explain the simple problem he asked (sarcastically) if she is allergic to cookies and offered no help but I could have a chocolate pizza instead. He didn't understand at all. Too bad, I had to eat all the cookies myself. 😋

Pizza seems to be not always so good and drivers are to lazy or sorry to say not clever enough to find correct adrress even though they are in front of the building. It is not that hard because every other delivery people have no problem with that. As result I have to go downstairs and get my own pizza. Not a big deal, I know but: I paid for the delivery and not very cool if it is already late and I need to get dressed.

Normally ok but after the night I had I won't be eating here again. I got food poisoning, this is the only thing I ate the whole day and at night I was so sick I struggled to even feed my baby. I drank loads of water to keep hydrated, I've been sick/really bad number two's/dizziness and tummy pains. When I phoned the man made an excuse and said it can't be that and to see a Dr about it, :/ I am a nurse thank you I know what food poisoning is. Never will I eat here again the potato wedges was hard very under cooked and the chicken was cold. I've eaten here so manytimes and it was terrible on more than one occasion

Ordered online to collect arrived but part of the order was missing. Had to wait nearly 10 minutes but was offered a free ice cream as an apology.

Pizza is always good from here but the delivery guy was extremely rude telling me to meet him closer because it's more convient for him. Also he was arguing with me because he was afraid of my dog who was at the door and greeted him. If you don't like my dog, I dont like you. ...also good wedges.

Ordered stuffed crust, no stuff crust sent although still charged for it. Ordered chicken kickers, sent chicken strippers. Phoned to complain, was lied to that they tried to call me. Asked for refund was told no, even though some products not supplied and some replaced with unwanted items!!! To make worse both my wife and I got food poisoning from the pizza’s. Service is a joke. This is 3rd time they have messed the order up. Will NEVER USE AGAIN.

I order at least 3 pizza's a week from this store, admitted i am not to adventurous and always get a large mushroom pizza. but always i will be lucky to get one small slice of mushroom on each slice of pizza, i believe one mushroom is cut so thinly and placed on my pizza, i do not have this issue from any other domino's, yes the pizzas are nice and better than pizza hut but if they cannot start to fill my pizza topping i will not be returning as this has happened on so many occasions.

Ordered two different pizzas but received two the same,called to Dominos Pizza explained the reason why Im calling and they said that they cant do anything if order has been made online ,after asking why we cannot get what we ordered after long silence they decided to bring pizza we ordered but we must give back the wrong ordered pizza ,so we had to wait another 45 minutes,starving,staff wasnt helpful at all

quick and easy dinner option. always arrives on time and freshly made. quite a busy store too and often does offers which makes it even better

Pizza is not something I often choose but traveling back home along Oundle Road I decided in a spur of the moment decision, to stop for Pizza. Freshly made with lots of toppings meant this was a good choice.

Placed my order before hour and 30 min but still dont have the pizza...before 30 min spoke with someone from the shop and he sad that the driver is near me...So very bad experience,lets see when will actualy arrive...

It doesn't matter what time of day, come rain or snow or heat Domino's pizza is always extremely fresh and always on time, we love this pizza service.

Not sure if it was becase we ordered around 6 or not but our pizza came in 20 minutes! So fast ! We have often been impressed with Dominoes South ! Great service. :)

Dominos Pizza are tasty and there are plenty of offers making them good value when you just don't feel like cooking. Cant fault the Pizza what you can fault is their advertising practices with human billboards standing at junctions distracting drivers, and even stopping their car on the highway to unfurl a large posters from the trunk. This type of distraction doesn't make you think oh I need a Pizza ! But makes you question the advertising.

This is our local Pizza place and we use it when we are feeling too lazy to cook. Although they have never made a Pizza to rival my wife's they are none the less very good, quickly made and hot. We always go on their web site or phone the order through and then go and pick it up, it's always ready when they say it will be however busy or quiet they are. Good value for money if you use the offers.

Called at 3 pm was advised it would be at least a 1 hour delivery time. Not good service
