Lovely place for dinner and drinks with friends or family or love ones or lovers.. Reasonable prices for good food well cooked.

The restaurant itself is located within a very large conservatory with modern seating and all very pleasant; again no music so the atmosphere with just 2 or 3 people in was a little on the flat side! Meal came in good order and was okay, nothing overly fancy and all hot so no complaints. Staff friendly and efficient.

Great food, service and atmosphere, would recommend to anyone looking for high quality food and drinks. Will visit again

Does pretty good food. Outside is shaded, which is good or bad depending on whether you like sitting in the sun.

Food is average but always arrives late and is warm not hot. Have ordered on multiple occasions and it's always the same. I have allergies and noone answers the phone. I've tried 10 times and that isn't an exaggeration. My food is late and I call and noone answers. Pizza hut recommends calling to resolve issues or deal with allergies but they don't answer. Really wouldn't recommend them at all.

Soya Cappuccinos were foul. Once we'd spooned off the froth we were left with strong and very bitter coffee, full of dregs. It was so bad, we didn't even finish it.

I have used this takeaway since mid-90s. It has been fairly consistent and reliable over time. Since the management changed last year the business has declined noticeably. Last visit a few weeks ago. Premises is shabby and neglected. Employers Liability Insurance certificate out of date. Half the chairs are missing which I guess is no issue now as no other customers at 6pm on a Thursday. The guy behind the counter couldn't be less interested if he tried. The business has reverted to cash only which tells its own story. Food was ok but not as good as before. And they've marked the business on Google as 'permanently closed' so you can't leave reviews. Oh dear.

Christmas lunch. Absolutely perfect from being seated to table service. Food/wine was very good, and well priced couldn't fault anything. Would definitely visit again

This was my first & last time ordering here. We spent over £30 & had a few mouthfuls & had to throw it all away. The pork balls - the batter was so hard it was like eating cardboard, the same goes for the texture of the crispy shredded beef. The pot of sweet & sour sauce was so runny it was like water. Also there were no free prawn crackers. I’ve never heard of a takeaway not given out free prawn crackers with orders especially when it’s a large order. Don’t waste your money!

I highly appreciate the team work and cooperation among the kitchen staff. Berth, Jordan, Kono, Carlin, and all involved. Great team.

Do not use this Take away. Very poor.... Wrong order completely, and 10 minutes late after the revised time. Original time 13.20 - 13.30, revised time 13.25 - 13.35. Actual time of receipt 13.45. Phoned the Norwich Grove Rd store to tell them the order was wrong, explained that we had 3 pizzas which were all wrong and that 2 of them were supposed to have meat. Person I spoke to pretended not to understand initially and then said that he'd cooked it himself and that there was meat and that I wouldn't be able to see it as it's hidden under the cheese!! Pictures of the wrong pizzas (you can clearly see no meat !!) and my daughters plate with veg removed. Have been using for years but gone downhill and will never use again.
