Food is really nice will be coming back

Sent the driver to wrong address got my order wrong & the food was inedible ! I don’t understand it’s been ok until now maybe a different chef but I’ll not be going back a complete waste of money

Unfortunately this is the third time I been and food is worse and worse Beef curry cold and full of onions so onion curry and chips burnt and cold in side hot on outside

The first time I’ve used this takeaway it’s really good the food is excellent and the service is very good it’s took me a while to find a good Chinese takeaway but this one is brilliant

Having lived just round the corner from Jade Garden since Dec last year, I’m suprised it took us this long to order a Chinese takeaway. And I think we have now found our go to moving forward. Bright colourful vibrant food arrived. Flavours and taste was amazing throughout. Arrived hot and empty plates marked signs of an incredible meal. Highly recommend 🫶🤩

I’m disappointed to be honest Asked for pork and mushroom with no onions or veg or garlic / when it arrived its was oily, garlic in it Ordered a egg fried rice and it arrive with no egg in it I phoned up to complain they were friendly but said I would have to pay £7 delivery charge (again) which was not fair So my partner now not able to eat because of the garlic worst £29 I have paid

Fantastic food and delivery! Food is always hot on arrival and well prepared, the dumplings are very VERY good!

Really bad service! I ordered food asked for curry sauce separately but was put all over my food and squeezed in the container, all of the food I ordered was vegetarian I asked for vegetable spring rolls and received rolls with a dodgy red/grey ish looking meat inside, soggy chips, called up and was told they’re sorry and they will remember next time. Bad service, awful customer service. Wouldn’t order again. Wasn’t offered a refund just an apology!

The food was absolutely AMAZING!! Piping hot on arrival, and probably the best dumplings I have ever had! Sadly 1 item was missing which has been refunded. But I will still give 5 stars as every other dish was out of this world! Highly recommend!

Ridiculous prices for such small portions. Food quality not good and mainly filled with chips. Very disappointed an shocked of how much was payed for what we got. Day light robbery at its highest!!

Delays for over 2 hours, avoid this restaurant if using delivery. No option to cancel order.

Absolutely terrible service waited over a hour and half for them to tell me it was still being cooked and id have to wait another half an hour to receive my food and still not been delivered hours since I ordered food. Will not be returning shocking service.

Very Rude Women.. Greetings was What after the children had called her twice. Told me there would be a wait when i asked how long she replied I don’t know i have app orders,i then ordered and wanted to pay catch and she became rude and stressed again saying she didn’t have any cash for change (£8.90change)I explained I hadn’t brought my card to which she just glared, I then left frustrated. Shame as i have used a few times with no issue……

Food is disgusting and unhygienic most probably it arrived late and I had to pay a separate delivery charge. Don't order here overpriced and food is disgusting

Food is so filling and very tasty, my go to is King Prawn with vegetables and its the best I've ever had. Love the staff very polite, free prawn crackers always a bonus and good prices

We ordered few items but didn’t liked the taste very much. Other Chinese take away shop are better in terms of taste. This is my personal opinion. Food colouring was added to give the food a tastier look.

Ordered for the first time today, I’ve always been sceptical ordering from a place I have never ordered from before but I’m so glad I did. This is one of the best Chinese I have ever had. The delivery was super quick and the food was amazing, hot and tasty! Puts others to shame.

This takeaway really is the best chinese takeaway I have ever had in norwich. Good prices. Fast delivery even on a Saturday night. Food always turns up hot. If you haven't tried this one yet. Then what are you waiting for!

Ordering via an app I rang before I placed order because of allergies woman said it would be ok so placed order them she changed her mind I then had to wait for a phone call back from her she told me I had to cancel it via app but by that time to much time had gone by and I ended up no food no money will never use them or app again

Very nice meal from Jade Garden. The Hong Kong style sweet and sour pork was lovely with loads of stir fried veg too! Can't wait to try their Korean food on the menu
