Norwich Pizza & Kebab in Norwich

Ordered on Just Eat and was missing half of our food, called the establishment 3 times before they finally answered. When they answered they were rude and started speaking in another language, they then hung up without helping us with the food they never gave us. We tried contacting them again and they never picked up. We never received the rest of our food and the food we did receive was poor quality for the prices we paid, it’s not worth eating here.

I went there for food, was offered if to buy alcohol beer which I said yes- because of the stay (drunk) I was on I was charge can of beer over double of its original price.. food is terrible/ just look at how oily the place is even outside don’t know how the place still achieving a food hygiene rating standard

Diabolical food! This was the second time in a row I've been here with a bad experience. Last time got the order wrong and had to re do it. This visit got the order wrong AGAIN! Despite explaining 3 times what I wanted. When I ordered my two large kebabs and a portion of chips, I thought it seems really expensive, then when my food was ready, they gave me 3 kebabs, not what I ordered. Eventually done my order again, despite saying "we've made it now"! Ended up refunding me some money for the mistake. After all this the food was virtually cold and awful! Won't be going back, despite using this place on and off for years.

This place has been my first choice takeaway since I moved to Norwich. My favourite food there pizza or wrap never get wrong. Delivery normally is faster than predicted and most importantly all itimes delivered! Thank you guys!

Not going to lie every time I've walked in here I've been drunk but they can easily rip me of and they always made sure I ordered the right thing at times even asked 3 times to make sure its the right order amazing staff and amazing team

Absolutely unbelievable! I ordered through Just Eat. They didn’t turn up and we were sat by the window waiting for them and when I contacted them to ask them what was going on his reaction was that he would charge me anyhow! Luckily, I paid him credit card and just disputed it through them. Really short at this level of behaviour

Food is very decent for the price, the chicken nuggets are soft with a nice texture which can be difficult to perfect with my personal sensory issues. I'd definitely reccomend it to someone who prefers softer textures! The chips are always nice and hot. The delivery driver is always nice too. :)

I ordered the super spicy shawarma, it was the best I've had in Norwich. Huge and very tasty for a very good price.

Chips are spot on which is the main part for me, the chili sauce is really nice and flavoursome and hot but not unbearable. The hot wings aren't the best, a bit too much breadcrumbs for my liking but I've had far worse for more money. Staff were decent and friendly enough. Will come again and try something else

One of the most disgusting meals I’ve ever had in my life, I ordered chips, cheese and chicken meat and it was absolutely revolting. I chucked it all away even though I paid £8, and the service was terrible. The food was terrible, I would never recommend ever again. I’m pretty sure their food rating is almost negative one, do not go here unless you want an early death. Absolutely revolting.

Honestly the worst kebab I’ve ever had, I don’t understand how a KEBAB can taste of nothing. I ordered a large and was given half a handful of chicken and a tiny pitta. When you think of a kebab it’s a big pitta, stuffed to the brim. Mayo tasted “funny”, salad was soaking wet, everything was stone cold, bland and a complete waste of £40+. Especially when you now have to put your whole food order together yourself. How disappointing when the only thing good was the can of cherry coke.

Nice kebab although the lamb was a little tough.

The kebab meat was cold. The Garlic sauce was weird to the taste and for some reason had cheese in with it. I have had nice food from here before, just for some reason it is not as nice as it once was.

Food was terrible, Mayo tasted sour and I’d avoid at any cost. No matter how hungry you are do not use these! Absolutley fuming 😡

I love these kebabs. I eat them all over the UK and this is the best by miles! Great quality meat, fantastic homemade chilli sauce (not out of a bottle), and perfectly marinated cabbage. Wow!

Halal good quality food in Norwich. The mix kebab is good portion size for two people.

Had the munchies at 0030 after a long session in the pub. Fancied a pizza and was rather tasty.

I ordered mix doner and chicken kebab last night on the way back home. When I opened it couldn't find any doner meat just shredded chicken which was awful and salad was bitter! Will never use again!!!!

I ordered the most basic food other than chips, a margarita pizza. Do not eat however much you have had to drink or how hungry you are. The sauce you get with it is the best part. I don't know how it can taste so bad. When only cheese is the topping. Please avoid.

Wanted something quick and unhealthy walking home from the city. Ordered a mixed kebab and a pepperoni pizza. The kebab was decent and a good size, and the pizza was tasty, although possibly the greasiest pizza I've ever had! Exactly what we wanted at the time!

Took 2 1/2 hours to deliver whilst providing very unsatisfactory quality food - after being told “30 minutes for delivery” and having ‘5 phone calls’’ surrounding this matter of delays and lies; *proof if needed*, only the toughest of chips and roughest of meats were given to us whilst provided cold and in-subsequent of quantity to feed a child of 2 months. Very little to say other than i am very dissatisfied with this company.

Food tasted nice but my girlfriend found a dead fly in her chips and I found a hair in my shawarma. Won't order anymore from there until they improve their hygiene rating.

Ordered a pizza meal for 1, my pizza looked like it had been held sideways so all the toppings had slid off. Called up and straight away I was told they were making another and sending it off straight away! Was very nice on the phone and threw in 2 free drinks also! Will definitely be ordering again from here, the service is so quick also 👍

Very disappointed with the service as asked for a burger meal and two wraps got the burger deal and one wrap when went back they argued to the point and said that we hadn't ordered the second wrap what a load of bull and is very dirty place

Was rather disappointed with the chicken kebab I had from here. The chicken was a bit chewy and on the whole it wasn't very appetising. That being said, it wasn't a complete disaster as it was still edible. Unfortunately I won't be using this establishment again.

Best pizza on this planet, the way the cheese melts is incomparable, recommend to every human on earth.

A perfectly cooked pizza! The crust was crisp but not burnt, the cheese had browned and the toppings were plentiful! Usually I order a pizza with mushrooms and struggle to notice any but this pizza had plenty of mushrooms (and the other toppings). Thanks!

Kebab made me feel ill, not using this again

Came here recently - £35 Order. The food is pretty poor. More designed for drunks and degenerates. Chips unfortunately shocking.

Got order wrong, refused to give us the order we payed for, and used violent body language. Drove off and muttered things under his breath and tried to make us pay more. Childish and will not be using again!

Food turned up cold the service was terrible and portion size is terrible we orders large chips and turned up small poor quality

Orded food today and was missing cheesy chips and cheese garlic bread and can of Dr Pepper. So ring up to see where the food was I have paid for and they sent out drinks but no food still missing our chips and garlic bread how hard is it to get the food I paid for to my bloody house bloody rip off

They havent got a number to call them from just eat. The pizza arrived cold but burnt the cheese and chips came in a tiny container and only half full your kebabs shops a joke. Wont be ordering again

I love this kebab shop really kind and friendly and supportive and they are nice people who look after there customers the place is all ways Clean and don't miss out on customers the try to searve whey one who comes in to restrant and the bin is always clean and is not always over hanging and I love the hours they work.
