Pizza Hut Delivery in Norwich

Food- The pizzas are average when compared to the actual standards. Service- They are reasonably good in terms of their service. The atmosphere is not welcoming as it’s not a dining restaurant and they only deal with delivery and take away orders. Hygiene- I found the place to be bit unhygienic. There was plenty of dirt and waste underneath the main oven and it looks like it’s not been cleaned for ages. I feel the team should give more importance to hygiene when it comes to food because it ultimately affects the people’s health. Update - December 2024 I ordered a large pizza and two sides from the Pizza Hut on Grove Road with an estimated delivery time between 19:08 and 19:28. The delivery never arrived within the promised timeframe, and when I tried to contact the store, no one bothered to answer the phone despite multiple attempts. I was forced to visit the store in person to find out what was going on. When I arrived, I was told the delay was due to “high demand”—a laughable excuse considering the staff was standing around, joking, and clearly not taking their work seriously. They didn’t bother to apologize for the delay, and the phone was ringing non-stop in the background, completely ignored. This location is consistently terrible when it comes to delivery service. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and the store’s hygiene standards are appalling. I will never order from Pizza Hut again and strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs.

Rude man on the phone, order late so called to check was told “what do you expect its Friday night”

Pizza order arrived 15 mins late for a start. Pizza then arrived wrong. Ordered half tomato sauce half bbq sauce, came all bbq. Ordered Hawaiian on both sides, didn’t receive any ham or pineapple. Called branch, claimed they can’t do half different sauce base though website allowed and admitted pizza topping was read wrong and confirmed it was a mistake I’ve then said I want a refund, he’s then said he can’t but can send a new pizza, as it’s over an hour after I’ve ordered I’ve declined a new pizza and he’s said I can have credit on branch, again declined. He’s then said he can’t refund which is against trading standards policy. He was rude and argumentative the whole phone call and said because we had a pizza and wanted a refund we was contradictory and even if head office told him to refund he would not authorise it. You can note that I also told him they can collect the wrong pizza they sent as it’s going straight in the bin. He was the most disgusting man I have ever spoke to and if this is how you treat your customers for your mistakes I will never ever order anything from you again. Vile and outrageous. Have made formal complaint

Terrible service - avoid. I placed an order which was supposed to be delivered by 7.30 pm. For some reason they chose to deliver by Uber and which was picked up at 8 pm. Tracking shows 10 mins but uber driver was going all around Norwich probably delivering 100s and delivered at 8.35 pm. Icing on cake - nobody bothered to pick my call on store. My friday dinner was ruined.

Really good fresh pizza. And they deliver in time and always answer the phone. Best in Norwich. Edit: Usually order from here but disappointed by the service I’ve received this week.

Got the chicken fajita pizza, deep pan. Was brilliant, great taste and prep. Service was friendly and the shop was clean.

The order was very late, food order completely wrong, rang up the store - Norwich South (Grove rd) to say order was incorrect and was told by the contact person that he was the chef and he'd cooked it and that I was wrong !!! II said that the pizzas we'd ordered were meant to have meat and no vegetables and the chef said the meat was hidden under the cheese !!! IVery cross and disappointed, never had problems with Pizza hut before over many years but will never use again.

Rude staff and the most awful pizza I'd ever tasted. cold and flavourless. Never will I be eating pizza from this place again. Don't waste your money

Staff literally hide until 11pm and then tell you it's too late to order, even though they're meant to be open until midnight.

it's not ok, the staff takes it with their hands (tomatoes, cheese, ham, etc.) it's not normal and not at all hygienic, I don't recommend !!!

Was sent the “pizza ready” email and when we arrived it wasn’t ready!! Bad service

Picked up pics after 15 mins of ordering, very nicely made, loaded with cheese and ingredients , not like our local papa John's in chatham or pizza hut in rochester kent. Recommended

Pizza was only ok to be honest. Kind of chewy/rubbery texture to it. It turned up in good time though.

Food was 2hrs late. Would be helpful if you can track the order. The chicken was very rubbery and hard and my stuffed crust tasted like the cheese had gone off, all my pieces of sweetcorn was burnt and the pizza as a whole tasted like burnt cardboard. I don't recommend this place.

Pizzas were uncooked and I had to put in the over for a further 15 minutes! Cheese hadn't melted and the meat was damp and pale. Toppings didn't stick to pizza base. Picture is of wet mush that was the dough!

Phoned to complain about a no show deliverly over heard some one in the back ground say "it's ok I spit on his pizza anyways" won't write my response but avoid at all costs.

Great place to get a pizza the staff are friendly and fast and the pizza tastes loads better from this groove road store then the Aylsham Road store which tends to be a bit greasy. So I highly recommend groove road

I don't splash out often on take away but I must say Pizza Hut is a favourite comfort food! Overall pretty good however I do have 2 bug bears ....1) I usually have BBQ sauce on my pizza and on several occasions there has been far too much sauce...literally drowning in it yuck! 2) The substance Pizza Hut sells as coleslaw is manky! C'mon a massive chain like this surely you can invest in some better made, better tasting and better presented coleslaw rather than the slimy, foul tasting mush you currently serve from your delivery centres...The one in house is slightly better but still...

Pizzahut on grove road is absolutely brillant! food tastes good and the staff are funny and good customer service. I would definitely recommend it :)
