Pizza Hut in Norwich

Do not use this Take away. Very poor.... Wrong order completely, and 10 minutes late after the revised time. Original time 13.20 - 13.30, revised time 13.25 - 13.35. Actual time of receipt 13.45. Phoned the Norwich Grove Rd store to tell them the order was wrong, explained that we had 3 pizzas which were all wrong and that 2 of them were supposed to have meat. Person I spoke to pretended not to understand initially and then said that he'd cooked it himself and that there was meat and that I wouldn't be able to see it as it's hidden under the cheese!! Pictures of the wrong pizzas (you can clearly see no meat !!) and my daughters plate with veg removed. Have been using for years but gone downhill and will never use again.

They charged me for my order even though it didn't arrive and now they arent picking up!! This was from the Norwich grove road pizza hut so if you're thinking about ordering from them - don't!

Ordered 3 large pizzas, 2 with cheese stuffed crust, for £32. Phoned in order and picked up. My 2 kiddies and missus are really fussy so the order wasn't that easy, but the fella at Pizza Hut was excellent in his patience and recommendations. Very good service and the pizzas were very much enjoyed. Papa Johns would have cost £50-£60 for the same so this was great. Totally recommend.
