Subway in Norwich

I recently had a delicious tuna mayo sub from the Subway based at this petrol station, paired with a warm mug of hot chocolate. I chose to enjoy my meal in the dining area while it was still hot. The staff, especially the server Nikhill, was very friendly and accommodating, which contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely return when I’m in the area!

Couldn't provide 2 subs got told mid order only 1 of our subs would be available ,no other sub was available, dur to no ingredients available , not able to refund my card, only in cash, terrible beyond poor

Very slow service in this subway today. They have new screens for ordering (like the ones on mcdonalds) and subsequently the staff were refusing to serve anyone who wanted to order at the counter or were struggling with this technology. This made everything take much longer as the staff weren't doing anything whilst waiting for customers to figure out the new system. We ordered a cup of tea which took 10 minutes to make... and was only 2/3rd full. Unfortunately you could tell the two staff working today did not want to interact with the customers, wouldn't recommend.

Awful experience, ordered a sub asked for no peppers (allergy) was told I had to have it because it was mandatory. Yet all other subways happy to cater for this. Spoken to rudely saying I have to have it like that. Told them to keep the sub and walked out. Do not use if you have any allergies as it’s mandatory for the allergy to be added apparently.

The food was great and good for what it is. Sadly, I don't find a service station to have the best atmosphere

Such rude staff same 2 people everytime! No respect for the customers at all. Forcing every customer to use screens even though you cant order what you actually want on there. Found hairs in our food. Worst subway by far.

Would be nice if you could read the delivery instructions I now have a 17 quid sandwich I can't eat. Nice one 👍

Absolutely perfect! Couldn't knock anything! The freshness of the meat and salad were delicious! A big order today and they remembered every single item which is always essential to 5 stars. Service was amazing, when we do visit the store and we do often it's always very clean and they take great care with serving your food.

Good subway with optimal standards more customer centric

I had a great foot long sub yesterday in italian bread containing: 10 slices of salami, 10 slices of pepperoni, melted cheese, sliced tomato, iceberg lettuce, a handful of jalapenos, a helping of black olives, a few pickles, some chopped red onion, a couple of diced red peppers, a small amount of cucumber topped off with a lathering of ‘X-spicey chipotle’ sauce. Absolutely delicious!

Ridiculous management they haven't change the time we went from far away they says it closed at 9:00 O'clcok while google shows 9:30 ...what they mean ? To waste time of customers?

I always come here twice a month, No Hot Drink & eggs?? This subway is the worst one I've been to, and the guy dont speak English very good.

The worst subway I’ve ever had, the bread was stale and inedible, three meatballs, tight with the salad and unfriendly service. Extremely disappointing

Ordered a veggie delite and received only bread with spinach in it. I understand that items sell out, and if that was the case I would have much preferred if they had contacted me about my order and told me they couldn't do it instead of thinking an empty sandwich was acceptable. A shame as I've ordered from this subway before with no issue, but this is very disappointing.
