Very poor customer service, we ordered an got the food delivered very late, and they served the drinks too early- the table runners was not friendly and welcoming- they dont even respond to when asking for,

Two delicious meals and one yummy dessert. The staff are excellent and we chatted to people who dine here on a weekly basis.

Spoilt for choice in Hunstanton ,there are a few fish and chip shops here,and we tried a few,this was clean inside,service was great,food was good,large portions and fresh,came with tea and bead butter,superb value for our money,most reasonable we found in Norfolk while walking. Decore is good.

Looks lovely place to eat went for bite to eat before going to Luminate coffee cups very nice but food disappointing Quiche was over cooked and greasy no filling salad was just leaves . cottage pie came in a bowl with roasted veg in another bowl no plate weird way to eat a meal . Won’t be returning

The restaurant is very popular and the staff are welcoming and helpful. However I was disappointed by the food. The Katsu chicken was just a piece of chicken breast covered by a thin layer of crumbs, with a deepfried kale leaf which tasted oily. My dessert was described as saffron poached pear in white chocolate ganache. It turned out to be four thin yellow slices of pear stuck down with a thick gluey sauce... I think this recipe needs altering . I am coming again in a few weeks time so I hope the cooking improves.

Amazing brunch and an event better Guinness! Tremendous staff and vibe. Excellent outdoor seating for an evening session.

Seems now to be known as the Baytree restaurant within a garden centre and homestyle complex. There was quite a wide menu and we were happy with our choices (1 salad, 1 sandwich). Service was prompt on arrival and reasonable for food. We were there on a Monday lunch and there were a reasonable number of others there at the time though with space for many more. Handy lunch stop on the way home.

Baytree Hilgay provided some excellent friendly and attentive service on a hot Friday afternoon and came through with an excellent and generous ploughmans which was just right for the two of us. Loved the enthusiasm and charm which served to erase much of the memory of a walk around Wisbech.

Stopped off here on our way to the coast with our dog. Really friendly pub in a lovely village, I had steak & frites and my husband the gammon and both went down a treat!

Attitude stinks The lad serving has no manners or respect. Should try to learn the words pleas and thank you. And as for just throwing the receipt on the counter just topped it all. Lovely fish and chips but the staff definitely need a week in charm school

Great food and drinks. With a good selection of home cooked food for everyone. Well worth visiting. You can eat indoors or outside in the pleasant garden which has a raised platform where you can watch the sunset over the sea wall. Will definitely return again.

We’ve been regulars at Nandos for over 13 years and have never had such a bad experience as we had this time! We both ordered a wrap as there was no chicken butterfly available, along with a portion of chips and coleslaw. The food arrived promptly but was well below standard. There were hardly any chips and the wraps were padded out with loads of lettuce ( which had seen better days) and a few tiny strips of chicken! Nando’s is not cheap these days so to be given a sub standard meal is not acceptable! The toilets had not been cleaned either , there was paper and rubbish everywhere. Needless to say, we won’t be bothering to visit there again in a hurry!!

Sunday roast lunch.2 of us were vegetarian and our nut loaf was a sliver of a dry crumbly salty option,very poor.The roast itself was good but infomation was poor and we were told it was vegetarian wellington that we were having but it wasn't.
