Family friendly and dog friendly well priced for food and drink and evening entertainment saturdays in season

All though it's a bit dated on the inside we found this place by accident and had a really nice Sunday dinner there. We will go again when we are in the area.

Just dropped in for coffee, friendly staff, and customers. Would happily drop in again.

We been visiting heacham for 6 years and this was the first time we ventured out, amazing night, the entertainment was brilliant had us all dancing, the food was excellent the service too! Also good value for money. We will be back for sure!

Funny little place right on the edge of the beach, friendly, welcome, good service, reasonable prices for drinks, bit rustic but facilities clean and tidy. only had drinks later in the evening but the menu looked reasonable. thank you x

You don't need atmosphere when the sun is shining. Very helpful staff and one of our favourite places for lunch.

Good for a quick bite and a beer

Yep this'll do me down here, old Americsn throwback, not a theme I think its just how it is, probably not touched since the 1980s...complete with ephemera like blue bros statues...Cheesy to the core but I love it. Beer clean and wet. Didn't try the fud.

Had a roast dinner that was worse than an in flight meal. Pre-packaged beef in congealed gravy with frozen roast potatoes.

Food was excellent and the atmosphere and entertainment was excellent 👌 will certainly be going there again and very reasonably priced🤩

It's a pub next to the sea! What more do you want. Basic good food, larger and beer on tap (not draft that I noticed). Atmosphere excellent in the day time, if you want a rest from a nice sea walk . Dogs a plenty, even children allowed.

Popped in with my wife and the dog. We initially stopped for just a cider, but enjoyed the atmosphere in the beer garden with other dog owners so had another couple of beers and walked back, it was a really nice place to visit. No complaints.

Lovely place for a pint and a bite to eat..

Pleasantly surprised by this pub just off the North beach in Heacham. It has it's own little car park but we were walking from Hunstanton. Everything in Heacham itself was closed for food on the Tuesday after Easter at 1430. Had a lovely late lunch, prawn salad with a generous portion of prawns and tuna mayo baguette with side salad and a few crisps, all beautifully presented and tasty.

Quirky and unususl place on the road between the beach huts and a big static caravan park. Unfortunately you can't see the sea. But it has a nice relaxed feel and a great place for a break if walking the coastal path, maybe with your dog. Has a bit of a social club feel but very welcoming Some free parking at the pub. Paid parking nearby Closes out of season

Popped in for a beer, served straight away, friendly welcoming bar staff. Will definitely be back especially as dog friendly.

Loved it here when we stayed .. very friendly and welcoming.. dog friendly.. like most places in norfolk people love the dogs more than people which aint far wrong.. food is plentiful and good pub grub .. prices are good ..I wld recommend this gem to anyone visiting the area 👍

4 of us sat down to what we thought would be reasonable fayre considering the price. It was far from reasonable. The fish came from the bargain aisle at Iceland straight into the overheated deep fat fryer leaving it crispy on the outside and soggy in the middle. The wholetail scampi was far from wholetail and the mush that masqueraded as the delicately flavoured seafood in the middle of the.... Breadcrumb/batter combo tasted of....not very much. I am reliably informed that the half chicken was overcooked and thus dry. The rump steak (priced at £24 and requested rare) came out cooked grey throughout and tasted grey throughout. No amount of ketchup, salt or pepper (no sauce normally found with a steak could be found) could revive it's bovine ancestry. Dessert? Didn't dare.

Great staff and great atmosphere with fantastic memorabilia on the wall. Food was economically priced, but quite dry unfortunately...we had chicken chips and peas...peas we're cold, chicken very dry... chips ok. Would go back to try a different dish as the atmosphere makes it worthwhile.

Been coming to Heacham for years and never been here before. We've been missing out. Kind of old fashioned but in a good way. Good beer and good food, exactly what you want for a good price. Will definitely be coming again. Ham baguette was yummy.

Lovely place and staff, we had tea while watching the king’s coronation for half an hour while on our walk. Lots of movie memorabilia photos decorate the walls and a stage with the blues brothers.

Visited today for the first time after walking past so many times for a drink and a snack midway through a dog walk. The outside area wasn't pleasent! Old drinking straws wedged in the fence weeds growing everywhere and dirty ashtrays. £5 for a bowl of chips and expensive Luke warm soft drinks is also a complete Mickey take. I appreciate things are tight in business but a bit of effort in outside maintenance would help a long long way!!

Nice little pub just off the beach

Nice simple well cooked value food & decent beer & coffee but in a bit of a music decor time warp, but not the only place in Heacham & Hunstanton.

Great bar, right on the coast. We stopped by for a drink while walking along the beach. The beer was really good and they had plenty of snacks to choose from. The place has a fun 1960s theme, 1960s songs playing on a music channel, lots of black and white photos on the wall. Doesn't look much from the outside, but nice indoor with loads of tables. Dog friendly.

Does not look much from the outside, but the food was absolutely brilliant. The best jacket potatoe with prawns I have ever had. Prices are fair, and my grandson really enjoyed his sausage and chips. Good friendly service, and we will certainly call again to eat.

I had a pint of beer and i put it on the money machine as i thought it’d be alright and safe so on top of the money machine where you put coins in and it fell off cause there and it was on a slant which makes sense and but and the woman I told this too said it’s not and then she proceeded to give me a dirty look afterwards

Pleasant seaside bar/cafe. Sadly no tradicional ales but tried hobgoblin ipa on tap which was god.

We called inon Sunday Sept 25 for roast lunch very disappointing a luke warm tasteless meal carrots not cooked and the rest of veg was poor quality and under cooked too. we asked the waitress for horseradish sauce her reply was just no.there was no salt or pepper onthe tables also . Very poor! Glasses from the bar were filthy my partner ended up drinking from the bottle. we ordered a prawn baguette. The prawns were chewy and the baguette was also very chewy. Ordered my son pizza and chips. A fly was served with my sons chips. Clearly the fat fryer oil is dirty with flies in as the fly on the chips was cremated. My 4 year old had to go with out his lunch. My partner ordered a steak baguette which came out cold. Oh and there were dead flies all over the window sills! Avoid at all costs! 😡
