Ordered on Just Eat, Waited over a hour for our order online to be told its been cancelled, phoned up to ask why to get met with some guy talking absolute nonsense having a pop at us for using a service they advertise on?...

I held my partners 40th birthday at the weekend and everything was amazing, staff all very helpful, they even reserved a room of which I could decorate, thank you so much. High recommend The Raven, best pub in ipswich

Brilliant service from Stuart and Kyle. I had the 12 oz gammon which is £9 on a Monday. Best gammon I’ve had by far! Compliments to the kitchen team

very quiet when I went but staff were friendly and welcoming, food was nice and fairly good value, place was also very clean!

This place has closed down. Food went downhill. It has been replaced by Ravenswood fish and chips which was good quality wise but very expensive. I will have it again but just some fish and chips twice with a couple of cod roe on top was nearly £30.

I arranged to have my partners surprise 40th birthday party at the Raven on 7th September, Graham and all of his staff went above and beyond to make this a special occasion for my partner, friends, family and myself, staff were extremely helpful and even helped with putting up all decorations, nothing was too much trouble, I ordered the silver buffet for this event, the food was of excellent quality and definite value for money, all staff at the Raven were polite and friendly and I would not hesitate to hold another event at this venue !

Awesome experience ! Had an issue re another worker forgetting to put a dish to the kitchen, she was a little snappy also but the lady who took over from her was amazing ! She apologised and went above and beyond to help us and resolve the issue ! She changed it to a pleasurable lunch and treated us like queens ! Her name is Nicki and she deserves a pack on the back. She was friendly, kind and did her utmost to make us feel welcome . The other lady could take a lesson from her !!

10/10 customer service. All staff on shift around 2:30pm 24/9/24 were so helpful my friend was sick and they were all so understanding. I really want to thank them for how they behaved.

First and last visit i must say. Husband ordered us two sandwiches which are put in the toaster bit into my one cheese and mushroom barely warm outside and inside cold so gave to husband and he found his one the same which was cheese so took them back to be re warmed up, I had a bowl of carrot and coriader soup that was hot as i asked would they make sure it was, Finally had a coffee barely warm was the milk in it which made the whole drink cold. Daughter who was with us said it has gone done a lot here you get better food and drink over at the David Lloyd Gym opposite, On way out used the disabled toilet by the lift that was dirty with paper all on the floor yes said report it but could not be bothered really as feel although they state toilet checked regularly it is like a lot to do with Waitrose it states one thing but the reality is another, They should have staff going in these toilets every half an hour to inspect them not rely on customers to have to find a staff member toreport it ,

Ordered through Uber eats. Was told delivery 20 min, kept going back and back. Took 1.30 hours in the end. The order was wrong, we didn't get our gravys, they gave me a chicken burger, not a Zinger Tower burger and the drinks were wrong. The food was cold. So after waiting 1.30 hours and got less than we paid for. We were bitterly disappointed. Now trying to complain but they dont make it easy!
