10/10 customer service. All staff on shift around 2:30pm 24/9/24 were so helpful my friend was sick and they were all so understanding. I really want to thank them for how they behaved.

Went for dinner with my 2 year old tonight and I have to say the customer service could not have been better. One lady in particular really (young girl pink hair from Essex) looked after us, was so friendly & made a fuss of my toddler which really helped me so much. Also another lady blonde hair who also sounded a little Essex was also so lovely and was so helpful knowing how to deal with a little one (so sorry I didn't get either names but I hope you know who I mean). The food was lovely and customer service made it even better x

Terrible experience this evening with a takeaway order. Ordered food to the value of £75. A wings meal with 2 sides, a burger meal with 2 sides, a full platter with 4 sides and some extras. When delivered, the only complete meal was the wings meal. Everything else had something missing or incorrect. Burger meal was incorrectly made, despite delivery receipt stating ‘no sauces + halloumi as an extra’. This was inedible to the person. One of their sides was missing. So they ended up with just some chips. Of the full platter; we received the chicken and 1 mash. Promptly called and directed to a call centre or such like. First operative cut the call off. The second wanted to issue me with a refund for the missing items and the incorrect burger, totalling £30; explained to them and subsequently to their manager that I was not prepared to pay £45 for edible food to the value of £20. An hour I was on the phone. They refused to budge. Never mind I had a hungry family, told them they could come and collect the chicken they did not want to refund me for etc etc. I didn’t expect anything over and above or any special treatment, but I certainly do not expect to be out of pocket. Offered them the opportunity to just send the correct food which they also said they could not do. Rage has destroyed my appetite and I’ve settled for a bowl of cereal after we eventually agreed I could also be refunded for my now cold and inedible chicken. Eventually, I’ve only paid for the £20 worth of food that was delivered and eaten. What a painstaking experience. An awful example of customer service and being accused of fraud 🙄 Nando’s really need to step up their customer service experience. If delivery is THIS difficult, then don’t offer a service you cannot carry out with either accuracy or empathy when it does go wrong.

Came here with my mum and my little 7 year old sister, got given some crayons and colouring my sister poured the crayons out and there was 3 pills in the crayon pot, we told the manager and she did apologise but this is a huge safety concern, if this was a baby they could've put it into there mouth and the effects could be damaging. Staff need to be checking everything before handing it out to customers and children.

Well today's visit to Nandos Ransome's was a let down. 1) Tables are uncleaned between customers unless you point out it's dirty. 2)Today was told they don't give discount for blue light cards yet past two visits they have. 3) With our sons Nandinos meal we were told it's either a drink or a pudding yet past two times he has had both included with his meal. 4) Didn't get my ordered starters then couldn't get a refund to my card. 5) When asking for carton for bottomless yogurt was greeted with an attitude. 6) Older staff were to busy talking & having a laugh with each other rather than being attentive to customers & clearing dishes. Overall they attitude stank. There were two positives 1) The food was nice & what you expect from Nandos. 2) The two younger members of staff were more attentive & happier to help.

This weekend we went into Nandos at the Euro park as safe to say it wasn't worth the money or time. I ordered a sunset chicken burger which was tiny; smaller than my hand. The chicken on one side was burnt to the point that it has form a hard crust on one side. It said there was meant to be 2 chicken thighs in the burger, there was only one. And that didn't even fill the small bun. My other half had the fino pitta and there wasn't any halloumi in this either and barely any onion relish. Overall very disappointing and slap dash.

The WORST. 45 minute wait. The patty from the beannie pitta was in small bits and didn't look compete - way less filling than previous ones. Leftovers by any chance? Wife's meal cold as they on iously forgot about mine and hers was left out. We had a one year old as well yet we had 45 min wait for all our food. Awful. Not going back to this shambles.

Have eaten here - eating in and takeaway! and after many many second chances we wont be returning. Everytime we get a takeaway there is always food missing, food is never ready on time - it got to the point where we had to write a check list and check the foods ourselves. Then on the last occasion when eating in, we sat down and ordered about 45 minutes went by and our starters and mains never arrived - we didn't complain at first because it was a Saturday night and was fairly busy. However, a few tables got their food and we realised that they got seated over half an hour after us so i decided to ask where our food was and the lady came back to say our food got taken to the wrong table. Then they cooked our food after another 15 minutes - but still no starters (halloumi sticks) so i decided then to ask where our starters where after nearly finishing our mains and then another lady came over to say the grill is broken So unfortunately we wont be returning to this nandos :(

So for the first time ever i about a dozen visits up and down the country, (Most of them at this location to be fair), I finally had a good Nando's, food wise it was all freshly cooked and piping hot. I had, and shared, about 5 or 6 things and all but one was very nice, the only thing that let the food down was the veggie burger, the bun and dressing worked well, although some of the dressing was too acidic, but the "Burger" patty itself pretty much crumbled into a few pieces once I pick it up, and continued to further breakdown while I was eating it, which made it very messy, and half of it landed in the box to pick out later. If it wasn't for that rather tricky burger I would have given the food a very rare 10 from me..... However. As the rating on here is an "Overall" rating, for me, the thing that let it down was the customer service, or lack of it. We ordered for a 1-pm collection, I rolled up 5 minutes early and was asked to take a seat in the waiting area and it would be a few minutes, which is fair enough because I was a tad early. It turned out 1pm was a poor target for them because it was served up about, well, I stopped looking at my watch after 15 minutes had gone by, to be fair the seating was full when I walked in, but by the time I left it was half empty. But the main thing I'm marking this visit down on is the Customer Service, not the food or waiting time. So while I was seated I decided to get some drinks which I hadn’t ordered online, so I got up and stood by the take away till, which is the right one I needed to be at, after a few minutes of me waiting to be served, I don't think there was any member of staff that didn't make eye contact with me, then a woman walked up to a sit down till and was served right away, then shortly after that someone came up to the other till and again was served promptly, then yet another woman walked up to the other side of the till I was waiting at, literally 3 feet away from me, and got served right away!!! After there was no one left to serve I was finally asked if I was ok? NO! was my reply, I've been waiting here being looked at and ignored while THREE other people have come and gone, all while I’ve been standing here waiting to be served! I wasn't mean and didn't bark it at her, I politely and informatively made her aware of what had happened. She didn't flinch one bit, just completely ignored everything I’d just said, and stared at me waiting to give an order, so I explained I was already waiting for an order but I'd like to order a couple of drinks with it, so her "Auto Pilot" kicked in there and leaving me while 3 other people were served, even a woman that literally walked up beside me and got served right away, there's no confusion that I was waiting to be served, I was standing right up at the till, this was never acknowledged, let alone addressed. So, for that experience, and been left out to dry like it was my fault, I've marked this down on the service, but luckily I wasn't there for that, and this time the food was pretty much spot on, which based on my past experiences, it'll be another 10 years before that happens.

Dropped in yesterday. All the staff we met were fine. The young lady manager was brilliant, having been called in by the initial staff member when I asked about egg allergy and checking the food. Fast effective service was sorted out by this lady with a big smile and delightful. She is obviously moving up quickly and deservedly so. Full marks. The food was very good too!

Easy online ordering and collection was straight forward. Friendly staff. Food was goodish - but expensive. Let's face it it's a bit of chicken in a bun. 2 burgers, 2 drinks, 2 sides £26. Just for comparison a Whopper medium meal deal with drink and fries £7. So for 2 people £14. Anyway, this is just my opinion nothing more, but for me I won't go again.

1. QR code for virtual queueing was ridiculous. There was a crowd of people outside unable to socially distance all trying to work out what needed to be done before giving up and getting an employee to manually book them in. I'm 32 and work in IT and couldn't get it to work....how would somebody from an older generation or someone less technical hope to work it out? 2. Once your in and seated another QR code to order your food. Staff spent more time trying to help people out than they should have, before nearly all gave up and went to the till anyway. Again not inclusive to all and generally frustrating! 3. No Kids menu....I mean really? Are you so out of touch that I can order tender stem broccoli, but cant offer a limited childrens menu? The manager looked genuinely distraught at having to tell me, like its something she has to regularly do. Do you not want children in your restaurants? Or is this simply a way of increasing revenue by having to order a full adults meal for a child? 4. Dont offer unlimited refills, and then say you cant help yourself, if your staff arnt going to be attentive enough to actuall refill them for you! I can understand that you are trying to make changes to be "covid secure", but you have got it wrong, completely wrong. Covid isnt an excuse for poor service. Look at how wagamama are doing it, they have it spot on! People dont mind queueing outside as long as you manage their expectations. Ditch the app, offer actually table service and add a limited childrens menu. Improve. Immediately!

Went in solo, was immediately greeted by the very friendly Samuel and sat down. Ladies on the till were vibrant and funny. Food was great, the chocolate cake dessert was sickly as expected but the added on ice cream was delicious. Very pricey for what you get if I'm honest but I can't say a single negative thing about the service.

I've been to probably a dozen Nando's in a 100 mile radius, they are all the same, on the menu it says "Succulent" chicken, Never have I ever had anything other than DRY chicken at any Nando's, butterfly, wings or other, all have been over cooked, dry and tasteless, this was no exception, only the coatings had any flavour, you'd think they would at least marinade fresh chicken for flavour and moisture, nothing special about the frozen fries, salad was pitiful, the sauces are over rated and over salted, the hottest of the hot sauce I would call a medium, the drinks were a bit on the flat side and the mix a lot on the weak side, all about the profit and nothing about the food should be the nando's motto, I could do much better at home for a fraction of the cost, not worth going again, I don't see what all the fuss is about Nando's, if you think this is good, your in for a surprise when you taste actual fresh food cooked with care and attention.

Customer service is awful. Tried getting a birthday cake for my mate as a surprise and I told them to bring it out and for them to sing. They came out and asks “who’s is it” they’re actually stupid, they’re donuts fam. I don’t recommend this place coz it’s full of paigons. Tbf cheesecake was kinda peng.

Visited Nando’s this evening with my family, customers order after us and got there food before us. This is the 2nd time at this Nando’s and the same has happened again tonight, very disappointing, Food came out and they had missed things off. I appreciate they are busy but it’s a Sunday night or just apologise and I would of been happy. Just very blasay.

This is the 5th time and location I've had a Nando's, it doesn't seem to matter what town you're in, what you get served will be either missing something or it's wrong, you get served overcooked dry chewy chicken, and the fizzy drinks are very weak.I can't think of a single reason why people rave positively about this brand?it's overpriced, and no one cares about customer service or serving succulent chicken how it's meant to be served, or even having a decent amount of mix in your drink so you can actually tell what your drinking, for me, this brand is a joke, I won't be going back to try it again, enough is enough.

Dropped friend off nearby to shop at Euro Retail Park. Wanted a quick bite to eat 2:30 PM on a Saturday. Picked Nando’s next to retail park since I had not eaten there before. Greeted & seated immediately since I was a solo diner. The grilled chicken wrap with medium spice was perfect not too hot .. not too tame. Enjoyed several great light IPA beers .. a Sagres and a Freedom Pilsner Lager. Both were light and enjoyable. Preferred the Freedom Pilsner with it finish similar to a light guinness with no bitters on finish.Kerim and Maddie were brilliant in seating me quickly, very friendly and quick in taking my order. Give their manager & team high marks!

We went as a family to celebrate a special occasion and unfortunately left very disgruntled!! The food was not up to usual Nandos standards and having been a loyal Nandos customer for over 25 years in South Africa,the home of Nandos, Zimbabwe and the U.K. this is the first time I’ve had an overall bad experience We all had different dishes which included mixed olives, my favourite, followed byCaesar salad and 1/2 chicken, very dry chicken and the new sauce had no flavour the others had butterfly burger, chicken & chips, House salad with chicken breast The house salad was sent back Butterfly burger left half as it was cold and dry!!!Chicken and chips ummmm dry as the Kalahari. oh and the house salad was loaded with olives more than we had in our starter bowl. Why???Waitress had halitosis which we suffered from and was not really interested in serving us in fact if she had had her way she would have frisbeed our food to us from the counterThe manager, very nice lady, was apologetic but by this time the evening was spoiltThat is our last visit to that outlet of Nandos So they get from us.

Firstly 99% of the staff we spoke to and met were great but unfortunately there’s always the odd one but hey ho?.... restaurant itself use to be a Pizza Hut (y didn’t they just leave it) up till recently or 6 months or so it was quite busy with a child’s Birthday and couples and groups of people so queues up (as u do) paid 1st and wasn’t offered a receipt but told where the free water machine sauces etc were to be found very sparse cutlery and only several napkins on offer with the station not looking to great well not to me it wasn’t so I got what was required and sat back down and cracked my knee on the metal up stand to the fixed table & chairs (large people be aware) and glanced our surroundings whilst watching the busy cooking station I seen our food under the hot lamp in a queue waiting to be served to us and other customers upon delivery the corn was lovely and hot same as the garlic bread But the Chicken Segments (Not the 4 deboned Chicken Breast) not what we were both expecting were COLD so I called over a member of staff to explain which in my own personal opinion was received like the sinking of the Titanic or in my own words not in the slightest bit interested as in her own words “NOTHING CAN GO COLD UNDER THAT LIGHT”..... so unfortunately I/we Will not be going back to or will we ever recommend that branch of Nando’s......... which is a shame..... by the way the car park is an other story all for itself.

I really don't want to leave this review but I have to... I love nandos literally order a take away once a week but the last 3 times it has been awful. So last week I phoned up as usual gave my order and got told it will be ready in 20 minutes, my partner got there half a hour later paid and waited for 10 minutes. He asked where is the food as it's been 40 minutes to only get told it hasn't been put on yet. Well he asked for the money back and left. We thought we would try again with some friends. Ordered over the phone got told will be ready in half a hour, got there in 30 minutes, paid, waited, 10 minutes later the chef comes over to tell us he has no whole chicken left. We had ordered 2. So it's now 40 minutes our food hasn't been put on and we are only now being told you have no whole chicken. There was around 4 tables in the restaurant and 3 staff were sitting down eating food so surely someone could of phoned us to tell us about this before we had arrived within the 30 minutes. I'm afraid we will be going to the town one in future.

Came for my birthday with a few friends after work, nothing too big, food came out late which was disappointing as we were all hungry. I went up just to politely ask where my food was and I was told it was now coming. The manager came over, as rude as ever, and said they lost our order and can he have my reciept! Blamed it all on the poor staff. He went over and 10 minutes later he came back with all our food. Saw him roll his eyes as he walked away!! The staff were brilliant nether the less, very polite unlike the managers, someone else must’ve trained them!

My 15 year old son chose to eat here for his birthday. This is the 2nd Nando’s we’ve visited, & I have to say, we all thought the food was pretty decent. The staff were friendly & helpful, despite being really busy the food came out in good time. I can only think maybe the bad reviews were possibly due to teething problems when this branch opened. My only slight criticism is that the roulette chicken we couldn’t actually tell which was the hot one. We ordered 2, and neither of them seemed to have a particularly hot chicken wing on them.

The experience my partner and myself received today at this restaurant was amazing greeted at the door by a smiling bubbly young lady who showed us to our table the place is spotlessly clean, the food delivered quickly and was lovely as you come to expect from Nando’s, all the staff were friendly and cant criticise anything about our experience.

Upon arrival, waited over 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us at the door. We were glared at by multiple staff members as they walked around. It wasn’t until the chef/manager shouted at them that one came over. Took over 10mins to get served. Table next to us waited 45 MINS FOR PITTA. High volume of staff, no result. Not very busy in the restaurant. Waited 45 mins for our mains, wasn’t until we complained that it turned up 2 minutes later, ahead of a table who ordered before us? The chef/manager was the only one working, shouting to motivate his useless staff, all milling around like sheep chewing gum and phones in pockets, acting like they don’t have a care in the world. Abysmal service, will never be coming back and highly recommend no one else goes.

So it all began with a nice sit down and a chat, really friendly waitress called Emily who politely helped me decide on my meal. The meal was lovely, burger was just how Emily explained it! With hot sauce of course! Big thank you to the young waitress Emily as she was very helpful and polite right up until we left with a nice enthusiastic goodnight!

First time at this branch. Massively worse than the Cardinal Park restaurant. Staff were clueless and obviously weren’t bothered that four tables including ours waited over an hour for food and when it came it was either cold or the chicken was cremated/dry. If you fancy a Nando’s drive to town and swerve this one.

We hadn't been to a Nando's before but had been shopping in the retail park so thought we would give it a try. Not an overly friendly welcome and we were not asked if we had been before or told that we would need to order at the counter. We sat for at least 10 mins wondering why nobody came to take our order. The menus didn't state how to order and there were no signs mounted on walls. Although the restaurant was pretty quiet we had to wait sometime in a small queue to place an order. We were underwhelmed with the food when it arrived. If you are going to offer a limited menu and specialise in something, i.e. chicken, then you need to do it really well. I ordered butterfly chicken breast with mango and lime seasoning. It was quite a small portion and fairly dry and tough. Parts of the breast took quite some sawing to cut. The chips were fine and the coleslaw was clearly a very inexpensive mass ready made tasteless coleslaw with some herbs on top. The sun was beaming in through the glass fronted restaurant and my husband wbo was facing that way had to squint all the way through dinner. The floor was filthy with bits of food etc and there seemed to be quite a few staff not really working effectively. We were very hungry and ate the offerings but none of us wish to return. There are many chain restaurants to choose from that provide good service and food, this is not one of them.

Fantastic new restaurant. Parking is free which is a bonus. Staff were really helpful and friendly esp if you have to wait as you cannot book. Food came quickly and looked and tasted fantastic. Would definitely recommend!!!

Had to repeat myself 3 times to the cashier because the music & talking was so loudly reverberating. Tables quite close together so lack of privacy toward the far wall. Our Chicken breast with salads was quite small that's we'd ordered as a main. The staff are friendly but neglected to tell me I had to order at the bar. Sat there for 10 minutes until I realised. Can't book tables you have to walk in & wait. Not a long wait though, was told 20 minutes (weirdly) but got seated within 5. One kitchen staff member had a pen in her mouth the whole time, put me off being a food hygiene level 3 certificate holder! Good if you want ta no frills self-service type place.
