The best restaurants in Toddbrook Harlow East of England

Mar 2025 update The last few visits have been met with the most miserable, uncommunicative and sombre staff members at the counter. The manager seems to be the most welcoming, along with the 'red-haired' girl. Not too sure what's going on as we are always polite and respectful to them. Maybe there are other concerns going on behind the scenes or maybe a simple pay rise is required. Nevertheless, a clean and pleasant place to sit. Chin up folks! Oct 2024. I still think this branch has one of the best and most friendly teams in any Costa. Always met with a smile. The drink quality is always consistent. It can get a little too warm there but otherwise a good place to sit and have a coffee. Previously: Amazing, friendly service by the team yet again. Drinks were perfect. The team behind the counter all communicating well together. Good energy. Happy Costa ‘addict’!

Shocking to say the least… ordered a chicken supreme, didn’t look like a chicken supreme n had a load of olives on top, the peppers were dry, the food was cold, didn’t receive the dip that was supposed to come with the onion rings, the food was 30/35 mins later than estimated. Honestly don’t know how the service can be so rubbish for the amount of money you pay, didn’t enjoy my food at all and won’t be bothering to order again.

Easy place for people to .wet up have a drink and some food.. can't be too loud of security start walking around near you as if your about to start a brawl well that was from my last experience.. can see staff are under pressure sometimes.. service with a smile never goes a miss.. oh and should highlight what side is the smoking side outside for people that do not know

Had a lovely meal here over the weekend. Service was great & food was spot on. Flick was our server. She was attentive & helpful. It was very busy but she made time for our table & was helpful with suggestions for food.

Coffee was tasteless, despite asking for the drink to be made again it came out the same. toilets were a filth hole and it is over priced and dirty. I have been a frequent visitor for the many years this place has been open but today’s visit was my last.

Great menu selection. Lovely helpful staff who knew exactly what we needed. Didn’t feel pressured to leave. Recommend the spaghetti and the caesar wrap.

Came in for a quick bite on my way to a meeting, the lady who served me named Kelly was really helpful! Food very good too

We had a take away from here it was absolutely disgusting a load of slop. No taste and bland Chinese we have ever had. There is better in Harlow Pak loc, golden dragon at the stow and wings try these firstly. Update tonight both feel unwell after eating the food. Do not order from here sorry but this is the truth.

It's a shame, I love Wimpy Harlow one is very unwelcoming. Don't even put ketchup out anymore. They give you a little pot to taste from. They should visit Wimpy in Loughton or Cheshunt to see how that is run.

Worst food ever seen, LOW QUALITY, SMALL PORTIONS, LOUD RUDE STAFF, REFRIGERATED FOOD +. MICROWAVE. NOTHING IS FRESH.

I have ordered from this restaurant and wrong items were delivered restaurant is not picking the calls.even the drinks were different

Do NOT go here if you want your food within 10 minutes of ordering, so slow every time I come very overpriced and staff do not make any effort to speed up, even when goods been ready for ages they take too long to bag it and hand it out and they call out orders 5 numbers ahead of yours
