Pizza Hut Delivery in Harlow

Shocking to say the least… ordered a chicken supreme, didn’t look like a chicken supreme n had a load of olives on top, the peppers were dry, the food was cold, didn’t receive the dip that was supposed to come with the onion rings, the food was 30/35 mins later than estimated. Honestly don’t know how the service can be so rubbish for the amount of money you pay, didn’t enjoy my food at all and won’t be bothering to order again.

Went here dinner before going to the cinema, we were sat next to something that had spilt and we were there for about an hour and this blue paper towel pile was there the WHOLE time. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting as well. Not to mention the service took us about half an hour to get some drinks to our table and the food was nothing more than OK. will not be going back.

The box was damaged, food was cold. Would noteat it as it poses a hygiene risk. Not a happy guy as i Wanted to eat and go to bed for work. This is not on. The delivery driver delivered it in a shopping bag. He didn’t speak a word to me.

Was delivered on time however was missing the drink driver said he would go get it but never come back… food was hot and really tasty though

Can’t place orders anymore. Constant error messages while using the app/website and the support people on the live chat are unable to solve it.

Thoroughly enjoyed it there were 6 of us and the waitress didn't hesitate to fit us in separate tables but was not an issue 😊 great experience the kids loved it 😀

Absolutely shocking. We have been customers for some time . But lately we have been waiting over an hour for delivery. Tonight we ordered at 7pm expected delivery between 19:25- 19:40. It's now 20:20 and still no pizza delivery. I have tried 4 times to call and they are not answering the phone. They have lost our custom now

I had a fantastic experience at Pizza Hut today! Ali, our server, was incredibly friendly and attentive. He made sure we were well taken care of and provided excellent service throughout our meal. Horrible food, tasted very bland. There were little toppings, and way to much dough. If you thought that dominos was bad, this gives them a run for their money. Even though it is supposed to be a fair prizing, it is to expensive for the food that they serve. The staff seemed unsure of what they were selling and/or offering, looked unsanitary and borderline rude.

Pizza cold and not the right pizza onion rings stone cold as was the pizza no sauce totally forgot it and wedges covered in so much sauce no attention to detail won’t ever darken this door again absolutely shocking and when I called to complain no one answered so it all went in the bin, Pizza Hut is definitely on the decline please avoid there are much better pizza take aways
