Shocking service, 1 hour and 30 mins later, still no food nor do they answer the phone

Terrible service. The waiters were indifferent. The food took too long. A lot of money for such bad service...

Ordered at 6pm and didn’t get my order till after 8:30. My pizzas were freezing cold and wedges were inedible

Absolutely shocking. We have been customers for some time . But lately we have been waiting over an hour for delivery. Tonight we ordered at 7pm expected delivery between 19:25- 19:40. It's now 20:20 and still no pizza delivery. I have tried 4 times to call and they are not answering the phone. They have lost our custom now

I had a fantastic experience at Pizza Hut today! Ali, our server, was incredibly friendly and attentive. He made sure we were well taken care of and provided excellent service throughout our meal. It’s always great to have someone like Ali who goes above and beyond to make the dining experience enjoyable. Highly recommend coming here and asking for Ali! Thank you much Ali :))

Horrible food, tasted very bland. There were little toppings, and way to much dough. If you thought that dominos was bad, this gives them a run for their money. Even though it is supposed to be a fair prizing, it is to expensive for the food that they serve. The staff seemed unsure of what they were selling and/or offering, looked unsanitary and borderline rude.

I frequently order online for collection and it's usually ready when I get there, the staff are friendly, and the food is great. UPDATE: Changing the score to 4/5 because they removed the wedges from the My Box lunchtime deal leaving you with just a small pizza with limited options for toppings. UPDATE 2: Bringing it back up to 5/5 as they've brought back the side to the lunchtime deal and even added more options to choose from. 👍✨

Pizza cold and not the right pizza onion rings stone cold as was the pizza no sauce totally forgot it and wedges covered in so much sauce no attention to detail won’t ever darken this door again absolutely shocking and when I called to complain no one answered so it all went in the bin, Pizza Hut is definitely on the decline please avoid there are much better pizza take aways

Took over an hour to be delivered and All the food was cold so I had to reheat it all. Not impressed.

I just called to add garlic crust and, after waiting what I would consider too long for someone to answer the phone, the guy is arguing with me and being patronising. Trying to tell me how it works when I’m trying to explain the app didn’t give me the option to add or remove garlic on the crust. His service was poor. Also given the fact his English was also poor, it was hard to understand what he was even saying? Which is fine, but just say “yes, sure, no problem. There will be garlic on the crust” rather than lecturing me how to do it in a way that was neither helpful or clear. Edit to add: he also disconnected the phone in a rude manner Train your staff better, we all work in customer service / on the phones, it’s not hard to be polite Thanks

At the moment. This pizza hut is like the ones 20 years ago. The food is absolutely lovely, plenty of toppings and cook perfectly. Hopefully, it will remain this way and not go like all the rest. As i understand it, it wasn't very good only 18 months ago. I've had 4 visits in the last 3 months, and they've been lovely

Cold and late and missing items

I don’t even want to rate this delivery 1 star. Food was stone cold, restaurant worker was rude, delivery driver number was incorrect. Took ages to arrive and the excuse I was given was ‘my pedal bike broke’ - unacceptable

Original time was 20.10 arrived 20.36 and it was stone cold

My pizza was squashed in side of the box and was basically stone cold I would like a refund

Said it was coming down our road so I injected insulin (type 1 diabetic) and now it’s saying it’s delivered… there is no pizza here and now I’m in trouble ……….

Over an hour late, stone cold when it arrived, tried to call to find out what was going on, number didn't work. Not happy, will be requesting a refund

They sent me the wrong item and missing items

Dreadful. A sign on the door well above head height; informing that only one oven worked. Door was opened for me by a customer so I MISSED the sign. Waited 15mins for a table; when plenty were free. Asked about allergies and pay by card, but no reference re: note on the door. Placed order online (Never will again) and waited half an hour. Asked Manager how much longer. Told half an hour more to wait. Demanded refund. Partial refund given. Deducted £10 for drinks and the non existent salad bar offerings. Plenty of staff, but inefficient. Many disgruntled customers around us- wrong order, little salad, very late food.
