Considering I very much like salty food, I found the dishes I ordered way way too salty! Couldn't eat one of them dur to this!

Truly great fish & chips, great value for money & loved the friendly banter with the owner & staff. Annoyed immensely by the FOUR one star reviews left by one party of disgruntled customers who's telephone order they collected was wrong which they failed to check before leaving, Good food & service deserve far better.

Got treated by the parents to fish and chips and we always use pjs, as friendly staff always have a laugh with them aswell, food is excellent quick service and Paige l( think that was her name lol) can wrap battered sausages beautifully!!! Andy you have such a wonderful team well done.

Lovely food and excellent service. The food was freshly cooked and tasted great. Would recommend a visit if in the area. We did not have long to wait for a lovely evening meal. Tasted good and not greasy.

The Gathering, a friendly gathering of magicians promoted a magic show in the main restaurant of the casino which included a buffet for us, a total of 60 guests. It was more like a Banquet than a Buffet it was amazing hot and cold food, it was Gastronomic! The waiter service with drinks, food and topping up the buffet was unwavering. We would recommend anyone considering booking an event requiring a buffet to contact the Grosvener Casino. Gemma, The General Manager was visible and attentive to every detail, as were the staff. We ordered a big box kebab. When I gave instructions on how I wanted it, it arrived cold no cheese melted and the box was dripping in grease. The delivery was to long for 5mins round the corner delivery. When they offered a discount, the discount wasn't given after 3 times asking!? This isn't the 1st time. We've had issue apon issue and the prices are more expensive than any other kebab establishment

Should have known when I walked in and a full English was left on a table. Glad I ordered the small one as once I spotted the hair on the toast plate I was done.without the hair the food was terrible. They forgot the tea. Went to the shop over the road for the bread, the guy mentioned earlier still has that dirty hoody on with the Hole in it. Was without doubt the worst breakfast I've ever had anywhere,and I've had some bad uns. Absolutely avoid at all costs. I did tell them about the hair, met with a shrug of shoulders and an OK,sorry.never ever again for me. I'd give zero if I could. Went back to the digs and had some cereal and hair free toast.

Fish and chips by the seaside. Cooked fresh and chips were lovely. Traditional place. Very friendly staff would go back if in the area

We visited tonight at 6.55 just as we sat down a group of 4 came in behind us and was told it was closed which made us feel a bit awkward and rushed. We ordered burger and fries, jacket potato and curry and 2 pepsi max. The pepsi max came in 2 glass bottles no glass, no straw so we had to drink it from the bottle. The jacket potato was servied on a twa plate which made it very hard to manouver, the burgee was running in grease all over the fries in the plastic basket. The place was quite grubby, and lack of atmosphere, to be honest it was dirty and expensive The only positive in the place was the girl who seved us was spit on and friendly.

Good value for a quick bite, food cooked was very tasty, and filling comes in 3 options small noodle/rice with 1 choice chicken, medium 2 choice chicken, large 3 choice chicken. Their is a good selection of chicken my partner enjoyed large with BBQ- Chicken absolutely loved it and was a big enough portion for lunch. My teenage son liked the garlic large but was too much for him and brought home to finish it, I preferred caramel sweet and tasty. Reasonable price very good portion size hygiene rating was 5 we went back a different day same quality. Has some sitting area and toilets. Staff is very polite and friendly

The food is so good and the staff are friendly apart from one who doesnt speak english which is quite annoying but apart from that this place is seriously good

Totally dead on a Saturday evening in August holiday season says it all. Firstly, the ale had run out. ( never a good start) The starters arrived but no cutlery and serviettes.. had to ask. When the mains came ( that were staggered) meaning some of us had to start eating otherwise they would have gone cold. We had no cutlery again for the second time. The girl serving, only had us and one other table to serve and it seemed impossible for her. God help them if they were actually busy. We asked for coffees and the reply was ( coffees are not my speciality) Two of us still ordered them but we're directly returned as undrinkable. On a good note, the food was nice but the service was appalling.

They made my favorite nacho chicken sub! Despite it being taken off the menu. Staff were kind and amazing and made my sub perfectly. 100% go here for a takeaway.

We’ll booked in for a Sunday roast dinner for 12.30pm on 11/10/2020 food was on time and very nice thanks to jimmy and the kitchen for such a lovely dinner really enjoyed it highly recommend looking forward to next one on 18/10/2020 book your table via Facebook page or walk in and speak to jim for availability such a brilliant place to come and enjoy yourself 👍
