Chopstix Noodle Bar in Great Yarmouth

Visited here on saturday 22nd sept 2020I have visited other chopstix outlets before and have always had a standard size box..2 toppings for £4.50 but this chopstix in yarmouth was appalling..the size of the box was so small i was shocked..only about a tablespoon of rice and some sloppy sauce no chicken it was tasteless,just awful...if I had been in the area after I had opened it I would of taken it back..It must of cost about 50p to put it together and I was charged £4.50!Complete rip off.. def wont return

Wow 100% would recommend its lovely fresh and very filling I went with my family for an early lunch 11am and it filled me up till about 7pm and didn't even finish it all very clean will be visiting again when I'm back in the area.

Visited Chopstix in marketgates shopping mall. I like the choice of noodles or rice with the different selections of food. Great if you want something quick and good value for money. Staff are very friendly and helpful will be back.

We went to this restaurant as we had used other chopstix outlets on service stations but on this occasion the food was very sloppy and not heated properly. Also food labels with descriptions of food on offer were very worn and illegible. Very disappointing overall.

Well, the lady that was there on Thursday 15th Aug was rushing the customers so much so I got in a fluster and pointed to the wrong stuff, But the meal was still alright but had better before at this place.It looked like she was going over her lunch break, as soon as she finished with me and boyfriend she was gone for 15 mins and the guy was doing everything and at a better pace not rushing the customers, so need extra staff as there was only two.

Great food, excellent friendly staff and superb value for money. It was my first Chopstix and I enjoyed it so much that I always look out for them now.

Enjoyed a quick meal at Chopstix Noodle Bar which was our first visit. Good value for £5 or less depending on appetite. Good choice of chicken dishes too. Ideal if you are in a hurry because service is quick for the meal in a box. Good venue.

If your after something quick then visit Chopstix in market gates. I've used this place many times over the years. Either eat in or takeaway great value for money.

I don’t know why the negative reviews, me and wifey went here for lunch as we fancied something different, they didn’t have any Carmel chicken so I ask if they were making anymore and within mins it was made wow it was fresh and lush, polite and friendly, and the food was gorgeous couldn’t fault it. 10/10 be back for more for sure.

I used to love chop sticks best but It seems like they have new owners But the last few times I have been the noodles has been over cooked, A the portion size used to be great but now Its very poor. I bought a medium caramel chicken and salt & pepper chicken I got 7 small pieces of chicken , the salt and pepper chicken is not the same it does not taste great leaves a awful taste in your mouthLast time i went the salt and pepper chicken was undercooked won't be going again bring back the old people. Staff is very rude aswell REALLY NEED TO BRING THE OTHER PEOPLE BACK

Use to love chop sticks best fast food outlet but I don't know if there are new owners or when But the last few times I have been the rice has been over cooked, plus food has differed ingredients in it now like onions in the egg fried rice. Also the portion size use to be great but now I think they are trying to rashion the food I bought a medium caramel chicken I got 7 small pieces of chicken the lady even counted them and took 2 pieces off. My girlfriend had a small and got 5 pieces won't be going again bring back the old people.

Me and my wife were gutted today are favourite restaurant in Yarmouth has lost its lushness. Changed owners and the luxury gorgeous Thai curry has gone we nearly cried. It's has gone to a very poor , no taste,bland ,basic ,no kick , no spice ,mild , Chinese chicken curry. The freshness has gone the noodles you could tell been left along time with out sauce on we're not nice . The sweat sour chicken and spicy chicken were still nice but not as nice as before..But you need that Thai curry back it blended so nice with any other flavour of food you ever picked the new curry is poor . And also bring back all cardboard containers it's not right given out those metal ones witch my wife had with a medium size meal .the old sizes were better !! I always said the last couple years my favourite restaurant in Yarmouth by miles but not as nice today. Wish people used this restaurant more so it didn't have to change hands gutted. Also a hello from the chef on arrival would be nice. Hopefully it gets back it's excellent taste it had over the last few years ,and it's the reason we say let's go shopping in Yarmouth just to eat that food. We still ate the food but was not on the same level as before please read this Chopstix we are regular customers to this restaurant!!!

The food is perfect could eat this everyday, We used to go to the one on the market however found this one better, the are different type of flavours, I love the Carmel chicken not good for ya as it’s full off sugar but wow it soooo nice worth trying it if you haven’t yet. I have Carmel chicken and chicken rice with curry I mean I think it’s good to mix the food and it’s cheap £4:50 with 2 topping. See pictures defo 10/10 would defo return. My wifey have just the noodles and Carmel chicken shame they don’t deliver.......

Me and my wife love it every time we pop to Yarmouth lately we eat there. Every time just go for the this noodles bar .. love it lush flavour brilliant portion couldn't recommend enough best noodle bar I've ever been to .. knocked a point of before for the price of a can but the food is perfect . Roll on next time we pop Yarmouth and will be definitely eating there can't wait!!!!

Huge fan of chopstix, not so much a fan of this store!

We used to love having chips on the market every time we visited Great Yarmouth. This noodle bar has changed what used to be a tradition. Never one to branch out from the usual, I tried the caramel chicken here and decided that it’s out with the old and in with the new. My partner loves coming here and it fills him up all day as does my eldest daughter. We are yet to convert my youngest, but she will still try what we have.

Really nice food Thai curry sweet sour chicken salt pepper chicken all excellent some of the best a lot better that most Chinese restaurants. Probably best noodle bar I have tried only down side is expensive for drinks but will always eat there

Loved the food in here ,very tasty. Lunch hour and not too full. Nice and clean. Pleasant staff. Ideal place if your in a hurry.

The food is delicious. The service is very good. The place is always clean. The food is cheap. What more can you ask for?

I used to live very close to this place so was great to get nice spicy noodles with various choices of chicken in different sauces you pick what you want either you can eat in or takeaway great value.

A tasty change to the normal fast food chains. Service was good and the venue was clean and tidy. Tasty noodles and rice with chicken toppings. Value for money.

When I first walked into the restaurant there was a man standing near the till on his phone , I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for him to get off his phone , after 10 minutes I said to him excuse me his reply what's what?

Loved this little noodle bar in Great Yarmouth.It's inside the shopping centre.You buy a small,medium or large box (the boxes are all the same size I discovered but its the amount of fillings you're actually buying) My husband and I had a large box at £5.00 each.You get a choice of noodles,like a chow mein or rice,which is a mixed veg rice.Then you get every type of chicken you can imagine in different sauces,so not ideal for a vegetarian beyond the noodles.I had bbq chicken,sweet and spicy chicken and caramel chicken.All very good.You get either a fork or chopsticks.You then grab a table,eat and then throw the remains in the bins.Very fast food,very Subway.Great for a lunch.

This is our 2nd visit this year. Would definitely recommend it for a light snack for lunch. Definitely be back in a few weeks

A nice little place to eat. Fair amount of choice & good service too. The caramel chicken can be a little hard at times, but is usually lovely.

Vine aquí con mi madre y mi hermana y nos encanta la comida aquí pero nos quedamos un poco sorprendidos porque fideos en su propio costo £4! Para un pequeño fuerte conseguir UR dinero vale la pena y conseguir una medianas o grandes fuerte! También fuimos y pequeño bar llevar en los asociados de Norwich con palillos y fue £1

Seguro de que éste no es el lugar para un gran almuerzo o la cena, pero te mantendrá llenado por un par de horas y la comida es genial.

Had passed the Chopstix Noodle place lots of times whilst shopping in Market Gates and had always thought it smelt yum. After some Christmas shopping we thought "let's give it a go!" We all went for the large option which gave 3 toppings with noodles or rice or once ordering an option of half and half which me and hubby opted for whilst our son just went for rice. Now once started we were going mmmmm about the Thai Caramel chicken and the peppered chicken and mini samosas and then we got to the noodles and chicken and that was the problem - no taste and weird rice not your normal basmati. Such a disappointment after a promising start. All in all with a can of drink each it cost £18.00. All we can say is at least we tried it but doubt if we would go back which is a shame!

No hay mucho para lo que se paga, pero las opciones son bastante sabrosa. Los fideos y arroz son un poco seca en textura y sabor falta así que es una buena manera para encubrir esto sería que elegir un o que contiene una salsa. El restaurante que está limpio y el servicio es amable.

Great little fast food restaurant, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Given such generous portions that I had to take half away to finish at home. Enjoyed the food and quite a good choice of dishes...well worth a visit.

Habíamos pasado, "Chopstix" en numerosas ocasiones durante nuestras visitas a Great Yarmouth y el mercado puertas centro comercial, pero nunca nos aventuramos por dentro. Finalmente, sin embargo, la semana pasada, y como consecuencia, nunca pedir de nuestro representante chino para llevar nuevamente - sí, nos quedamos muy impresionados y era tan bueno!

Este lugar es más moderno café de restaurante. Los platos son ya cocinados y se muestran en el mostrador. Está dirigido a dar un paseo por ti mismo y base de orden.
