Very expensive. Very poor quality. We had visited here based on other Google Reviews but hadn’t read the lower rated ones. Visiting from London and was looking forward to good fish and chips while visiting the coast. Decided to stop here on the way back to our accommodation. Extremely disappointed. The chips are cooked in beef tripping so they have a different taint. The fish was over battered, hardly any fish inside and over cooked. Such a disappointment for the price.

Had a meal on Sunday. Long wait for mediocre food. Had an all day breakfast, black pudding tasted strange, undercooked sausage yuk all in all poor.the four of us ordered a desert, three arrived,two being cold after a 25 min wait and still the fourth didn't arrive. All in all very poorly organised. Won't be back.

First time visit. Quiet as off season. Service was excellent, polite and fast. The staff are lovely and friendly. There was a lovely well behaved dog inside, which was nice to see they welcome . The food was delicious. Will go again.prices are fair too. Lovely atmosphere.

On a 2 for 1 deal it is good value for money. However, the food is constructed with cheap ingredients not justifying the prices outside of the 2 for 1 deal.

If you want a quiet drink this is the place to go.

After spending the day at pleasure beach we wanted to eat outside of the park. And Lou’s is directly opposite. We live in Norwich but hadn’t had food from here before. Well we go the family deal and we were not disappointed. At £24.99 it’s an absolute steal. The batter on the fish is just perfect, which is hard to find nowadays. The chips were lovely and the kids ate all of theirs. The only thing I didn’t like was that the skin was left on the cod. But that’s a personal preference and it didn’t go to waste as the husband ate it. Being on a restricted diet this was the perfect cheat meal. Thank you and we will be back.

Nit quite what I expected and advertised the food and service was good but a pub / club cafe atmosphere I expected a quiet meal but the wedding music could ge heard all through the restaurants I probably would only resist for a lunch or drink when in the area

Friendly helpful staff nice feel about the place

First time visit here,thank you to the pleasant and friendly staff, ordered jumbo battered sausage, spam fritter, chips, curry sauce, well priced in comparison with other chippys in the area (5 mile’s radius) Everything was cooked fresh and tasted great, I don’t believe some of the previous reviews I’ll be back

Wasn't the best experience, had two kids with us who were hungry, ordered, ½ later still no food, ( only 4 tables occupied)a table came in 20 mins behind us and got there food within 10 mins, then I saw the cook put her elbows on work top as if she had nothing else to do, so up I get and ask Where's our food as the table just served was 20 mins behind us, only for the cook to say she didn't have any more orders, the order taker then asks what did we order ( there's only 4 tables occupied and she didn't know 🤷) they said the order must of been thrown away by mistake, then said we will do that now, upon me saying no don't bother, refund me and we will go elsewhere as the kids were now playing up, Being a ex chef I knew the food we ordered wouldn't of taken me 10 mins to cook, wasn't even offered a drink as a sorry,but at least the kids had thier drinks that were Inc in the non showing meal deals they were having, hence this is why I've left feedback , should of qued next door for fish and chips, but we did go round the corner and ordered fish and chips and had it in front of us in 5 mins
