Service was brilliant, the food was excellent, one of the best lamb vindaloo we have eaten in ages, we were 7 people. All we could talk about how tasty the food was. We had to personally meet the chef to compliment his quality of food. Once again thank you, we will be returning for the Lamb vindaloo, all the dishes were delicious. Thank you to all staff in the restaurant making it beautiful evening.

New management i left my glasses at the pub. Phone and website dont work... How we suppose to get in contact with pub?

I eat here regularly. Food is always good and the staff are always very friendly. I honestly can't fault it.

Ordered 3 garlic nans but only received 2, trying to get refund for 1 but there is no help at all. Only edible things were daal and rice, everything else lacked flavour and was overly too sweet

The Italian is okay but the Japanese is very mixed. Some of the rolls are okay but I ordered a chicken and veg ramen and was totally tasteless. It tasted like water with some chicken and frozen vegetables thrown in and they were all English veg not Asian ones. Very strange. Would be good if they learnt how to make some Japanese dishes properly

It never turned up and tried to tell me they called me numerous times. I tried calling them numerous times and all I got was user busy. Massively over booked and tried to blame me

Wow! The share plates were amazing. The baked Brie with cranberry and onion chutneys, walnuts and breads was delicious. The chateaubriand with dauphinois potatoes, mushrooms and tomatoes, absolutely gorgeous. I was hoping to try the tart tartan, but no room, will definitely look forward to this another time. The service was lovely and attentive.

Far too slow and food is poor. Serving staff are pleasant but lack experince. 25 mins to bring coffees. Far too long when you have a limited lunch break. Jacket potato has that old taste like it had been in the fridge for a few days. Expensive and left as all underwhelmed. Such a shame as it used to be great.

Delicious homemade Sunday roast at this locals family run pub. Very generous meat portions and the giant roast pudding was delicious! Ordered extra meat (chicken) for £2.50 to share with my dog and it was deliciously tender and succulent and so much of it. Fabulous gravy too. 5 stars from me kind service too and I'll def be back to this dog friendly pub.
