Please be careful when eating here guys. They lied and laughed at me when I had a problem with my kids pizza. Caused me a massive problem only to have been taken for a fool.. the people working here are the problem... DO NOT EAT HERE GUYS customer service is a massive issue

For the second time, Churchill has forgotten an item in my order. When I called the shop to let them know, they clearly didn’t care. They told me I had to come back to collect it, even after I explained that I didn’t live close by. No effort was made to fix their mistake, so I had to drive back myself. By the time I got home, my fish and chips were stone cold. This has happened twice now, and I’m done giving them chances. As for the food, it’s gone downhill. Once upon a time, the quality was decent. But last time, the portions were smaller, and the food was soggy. This time, it was even worse—greasy fish with oil dripping everywhere and soggy chips. For what they charge, the quality of the food and service is unacceptable. I won’t be going back. Very poor overall.

I have I ordered two large pizzas, two portions of potatoes and a bottle of cola and the courier lied that he delivered it to me, I called the office 4 times to ask where my order was and the totally unprofessional people at the office instead of solving my problem kept asking me while waiting, he told me to go out of the house to look for the courier outside and the courier still didn't arrive, they took the payment from the card, l paid for something I didn't receive. I think this was actually the worst doner kebab I've had. It was rock hard and was unedable. I called to complain and got offered a free kebab next time but dont live in the area and only staying for one night so not very helpful.

Food is great but that is not enough to give higher review. When you pick up a takeaway fish and chips you expect to have what you paid for. EVERY TIME, and I mean EVERY TIME there is item missing from the order. That is simply not good enough. And it’s impossible to check there and then so you always end up disappointed when you get home. So either avoid or check in the chop if they actually packed your order properly

Useless. Only person in here and the gentleman ignored me. Standing for 5 minutes. A Deliveroo guy came in. He started making that and told me it would be a 10 minute wait. Backwards staff. Dirty shop. Probably for the best

Food was okay, Ive obviously had a lot better. The owner is unreliable likes to mess people around such as taxis etc. not good.

Using the provided tongs to select a Danish pastry trying to get into the bag they supplied it dropped onto the floor. I chose another and took it to the cashier and ordered a coffee and explained the issue. I was told just to put it in the food bin. What I didn’t know until I saw the receipt, that I had been charged for it. In hindsight what I should have done e is left it on the floor. I suppose that’s what you get for being honest.

Decent subway, good food, nice friendly service

Wakehurst place dining in the mansion,table booked food reasonable but not all as the menu,no crackling with the pork. No side plates until we asked for them, extremely good agency waitress,service from the kitchen very slow Overal a disappointment,even the room very bland and for£35 a head we feel well overpriced ,

As F C said, some branches are best avoided. After a busy week, my family and I thought we would treat ourselves to a domino’s on a Friday night. Big mistake, pizzas were dry and inedible. We were really surprised as usually, the pizzas are moist, hot and full of cheese. I never complain, but the pizzas were dreadful, and I asked for my money back. Seemingly, according to customer services, it was my fault for not picking the pizzas up in time. However, I was in the Tesco shop next door, and did not leave the whole area after ordering. I had stood in the shop waiting. I felt I had been accused of lying, so emailed customer services again to let them know. I have been completely ignored.

Amazing really generous kind me and my friend went and had a amazing time great fun I love the wall chargers and great food well prepared and right next to a BP as well

Worst chicken chow mein I’ve ever seen. Small broken pieces of noodle which are just mush. Absolutely vile. Going straight in the bin. Wish I’d read reviews first….
