Gave me food poisoning. Felt like there was something off with the taste and I really paid for it last night - constant vomiting and diarrhoea

Useless. Only person in here and the gentleman ignored me. Standing for 5 minutes. A Deliveroo guy came in. He started making that and told me it would be a 10 minute wait. Backwards staff. Dirty shop. Probably for the best

Food is great but that is not enough to give higher review. When you pick up a takeaway fish and chips you expect to have what you paid for. EVERY TIME, and I mean EVERY TIME there is item missing from the order. That is simply not good enough. And it’s impossible to check there and then so you always end up disappointed when you get home. So either avoid or check in the chop if they actually packed your order properly

We always stop here for coffee and cake after a look round the garden centre. Always plenty of choice. Their bread and butter pudding is legendary! . Last time (12th Oct) we were greeted by a lovely guy called Bobby who served us. He was really friendly and helped our little girl choose her cake… anything with chocolate was always going to be a winner. It was so nice to be greeted by someone with such a lovely personality, service with a smile. Thank you Bobby! We’ll be back!

This was the first time I'd had churchills for about a year, and I'll definitely be returning! Delivery on time, cod was piping hot, fresh, crispy, absolutely delicious...as were the chips! Left me yearning for more! Yum!

I have I ordered two large pizzas, two portions of potatoes and a bottle of cola and the courier lied that he delivered it to me, I called the office 4 times to ask where my order was and the totally unprofessional people at the office instead of solving my problem kept asking me while waiting, he told me to go out of the house to look for the courier outside and the courier still didn't arrive, they took the payment from the card, l paid for something I didn't receive. SCAM SERVICES

Avoid!! Bullied and shouted at by the 80 year old owner! My order was late and the owner bullied me to the point that I walked out the shop and cried! I was left to go hungry and was told that I wasn't allowed to have a refund even though I didn't get any food. He told me that he has run the shop for 10 years and never makes mistakes and the reason I wasn't going to be given my food was because I had already received it - which I hadn't. I've never been made to feel so small so I asked for my money back if I wasn't going to receive my food and he screamed at me, saying I was rude. When I asked how I was being rude, he refused to answer and told me he knows best because he runs the shop. He refused to give me my money back and told me to leave his shop, whilst screaming at me, telling me I wasn't welcomed back because I was bullying him. Avoid at all costs!

Food was okay, Ive obviously had a lot better. The owner is unreliable likes to mess people around such as taxis etc. not good.

Absolutely awfully and disgusting food. Ordered 2 bacon and cheese pastries that were absolutely appalling and repulsive. Very salty and gooey, oily. The coffee awful, milk burnet and very very hot. They also dont take cash. Isnt this England where the national currency is still £? Overpriced also, 2 Pastries and a coffee £11. Dont bother!!! Go around the corner where you can find costa and other shops.

Decent subway, good food, nice friendly service

Wakehurst place dining in the mansion,table booked food reasonable but not all as the menu,no crackling with the pork. No side plates until we asked for them, extremely good agency waitress,service from the kitchen very slow Overal a disappointment,even the room very bland and for£35 a head we feel well overpriced ,

Good service for correcting my order. I orderred 3 wraps and 2 wings and one individual pizza which i swap 2 toppings. Delivery on time which is no hot sauces set aside with wings and the toppings I swap are all missing. Me and my wife were not at home by the time of delivery, my daughter took them and ate some part of order and put 2 wraps into microwave to keep warm and left home. When We were home hour later ，we saw the pizza was wrong and didn’t know 2 wraps hiding somewhere. So I called out the branch and complained about the wrong order and missing 2 wraps. (Please accept my apologies for this, )but the young lad in reception is very kind, explained that he prepared those 3 warps for me and the driver did confirmed with my daughter all the items. I insisted I only seen one empty box of vegi wrap which my daughter ate. He checked with mananger and come back to me to offer the whole order remake and re delivery for me which is really kind. But I still wanted to show him what I am saying is true, so I brought back all the things left over to the branch to show. On site , all the staffs are very polite , did not show any sign of rude or fed up with my appearance and nicely they made my all order fresh again and even try to offer me a free drink. When I got home , my daughter just back and told me she kept 2 wraps warm for me in microwave, I felt guilty if I am not telling these. So I think they are very good at customer service and very kind attitude as well. Thanks and I would give them 5 stars service😀.

Food was almost 2 hours late and when it did turn up it was inedible there was no customer service and the driver got lost on the way to the house. Several phone calls later they finally answered and told us they were two minutes away that in fact took another 35 minutes to get here. Food so bad wouldn’t feed it to the foxes or the cat never go here disgrace to China as a whole
