awful food, tasted terrible chicken was pink and uncooked made me and others sick don't eat from here

I placed an order on New Years Eve to the total of £50. The food was all inedible, I had never tasted duck like they delivered .. it was already ‘shredded’ with just bones and fat delivered. I took the food back to the restaurant’ the following day. ‘They do not issue refunds due to taste or dislikes’. Appalling, dirty restaurant, AVOID.

Full of regret for an impulse Just Eat order. Order had things missing. Crispy chilli beef was just that...with no sauce at all. A few sad carrot strips. Even the seaweed starter was mainly just salt. The rice was ok

Food arrived after an hour and 20 minutes and was stone cold, all the set meal was thrown into one round foil tray not separate, rice was inedible no flavour, duck spring rolls were awful lacked filling or flavour, honestly the worst Chinese I’ve had, wish I’d looked on here before ordering.

The food was cold they delivered only some of the order and tasted disgusting I advised other people to stay way clear from this Chinese (Vile)

Don't bother...ordered takeaway and food was on time but rice was missing. Rang restaurant and told they was sending one out but it never turned up...food went cold...useless

Just had a delivery with a dish missing slightly annoyed I called was told to hold on whilst they viewed their CCTV footage and the chef!!!!!!!!! Told them to keep the dish and loose a valued and regular customer. No apology nothing,.

I’ve previously enjoyed this restaurant but latest takeaway was disgusting. The pancake roll was filled with bean sprouts only and tasted weird. The duck for the pancakes was full of bone splinters. Completely inedible.

Too be honest I wouldn’t even give this restaurant one star it was horrendous. I wished I had read the reviews before my son ordered. I telephoned to complain and they said that they couldn’t refund as how could they be sure that the reason Munson was sick was due to their food. The chilli beef was a greenish colour instead of orange and the fact that my son was sick 10 minutes later is all the confirmation needed. They said that they would send a driver out to collect the meal I said that was fine as it wasn’t eaten. Guess what? They didn’t show up. When I called them for the 5th time they said that I should throw the food away. Apparently they have very high food standards. Please, please avoid. I hardly ever do reviews but needed to warn people 🤢

Ordered from here with my family, curry sauce was really lumpy, they forgot the egg fried rice so I called to ask for them to bring it, they said they would bring it and it never turned up, chicken dish was awful, looked so pale, would never recommend this chinese, such a shame as always used to order from here, barely edible

We ordered through JustEat at around 6 o’clock this evening for delivery at 8.30. We’re still waiting for our food to arrive! The app says it’s been delivered, but, despite several hopeful glances at the doorstep, it indeed is not there. Maybe some pesky foxes have stolen the whole lot? We are of course expecting a full refund.
