Amazing really generous kind me and my friend went and had a amazing time great fun I love the wall chargers and great food well prepared and right next to a BP as well

Called in today for lunch, place was just starting to fill up as it was lunch time. Ordered on the machine but was a bit confusing as there was no table service numbers, went up and was told just put a number in. Anyway after about 5 minutes they called out our order and we collected it with out any issues. Order was correct and all tasted lovely nothing not to like. One last thing they don’t do tea or coffee for some reason so had to wait till I got home for a drink.

Its not until you have bad service that you realise how much you appreciate and take for granted good service with a smile. It is very clear to me after 3 recent visits there is a terrible culture in this branch of KFC and I no longer enjoy going there. I walk in to order and there are no smiles, no hellos, and a clear feeling the people serving are unhappy. On one occasion the tiller needed to reset my order, the manager was called, didnt look up didnt say hello and looked completely irritated with the server for not being able to do it herself. Extremely rude without having to say a word. Another occasion we saw the takeaway order packed and sitting on the collection point for more than 10 minutes. Why rush an order out when the delivery driver is no where to be seen. We dont go to fast food restaurants for good service, but we certainly dont go there to pay for something and support a restaurant to be served by someone who cant even say hello when greeted. Bad service stems from the top and the management here must be shocking to create such an atmosphere.

Waited just under two hours for delivery and the main part of the order was missing. I gave it 1 because zero was not an option. How can you get this so wrong.

Hi I got kfc and I had a long wait and I am not going her a gen it was so hot in ther and me and my sis and mum was waiting for 26 min i am not happy 😡🤬

If you like some really tasty chicken then make your way to this place. The staff there are very friendly, it is very easy to order your food & it is beautifully cooked & all for a very reasonable price.

Poor customer service. Received the incorrect items. Extremely long wait despite very few customers waiting. Not impressed at all.

After forgetting part of our food for the third time (ironically customer in front of me on last visit had same issue ) I won’t be going back there 🤬🤬
