Domino's Pizza in Chelmsford

I have I ordered two large pizzas, two portions of potatoes and a bottle of cola and the courier lied that he delivered it to me, I called the office 4 times to ask where my order was and the totally unprofessional people at the office instead of solving my problem kept asking me while waiting, he told me to go out of the house to look for the courier outside and the courier still didn't arrive, they took the payment from the card, l paid for something I didn't receive. Disappointed with cheese and tomato pizza had hardly any cheese or tomato topping was dry and tasteless. Not value for money. Usually get from Beaulieu which was much better

Same experience in Dec after customer services reported that the area manager would pick the store manager up on this. In the process of getting our account deleted. Ordered vegan pizza, vegan side but sent non vegan stuff. If you have any regious or ethical requirements, you can't trust them.

I love it because it’s so much better than McDonald’s and I enjoy domino’s pizza So I don’t like McDonald’s
