Best Costa out there! Staff are lovely and always smiling, laughing and will always have a chat and ask how your days going no matter how busy they are. This is my daily treat after a long day at work so i’m always looking forward to it and i’ve never been disappointed!

Awful do not go here! Neither my husband or i ate our food & only given 25% off bill. Fish not cooked & risotto like soup. Ended up in kebab shop. Poor food & customer service!

Didn't like it at all , order for me and the wife over price for what I got noodles ok , rice with prawns had some skins in them , chilli beef OK bit chew, I ask duck with the pancakes got duck with some wierd sauce and only 5 bits most of it fat horrible , bbq sauce nearly a fiver shocking , never again , all together nearly 40 pounds rip off big time .if you want crap food and expensive don't look any further 🤢🤮🤮

Went there for new year to watch a family friend DJ, I was met by a Peter stringfellow wanna be who claimed he was the landlord and refused us entry claiming it was full to capacity. This male was not polite and virtually pushed me of the step by puffing up his chest and putting his hand up. I get it if it was full to capacity, however we were sat down the road and he let others in, so obviously he was showing off to other outside by bullying four females. Would never return.

Really disappointed with the service at this pub. I went for lunch with my family on a Sunday. We couldn't order the roast that was advertised very big on the blackboard near entrance. It has to be pre-booked apparently. We decided to ordered from the menu but the guy from the bar said that half of what's on the menu is not available. So we left to choose from 4 options. After ordering whatever was available it took more than 1 hour to have fish and chips served (and a tablespoon of peas floating in tiny bowl half full of water - disgusting) pub was mostly empty, duhh. It is unbelievable how bad the food and service was in this place.

Hongs place has excellent service, we had an issue with our order an she went above and beyond to sort everything out promptly I highly recommend the crispy Mongolian lamb 🐑

What a quality.... So delicious the authentic taste of sweets, piajoo, Jilapee..... We took 4 kg for my place Devon. We will come again to have meal at Banoful. A. Sohel

We always choos zizzi whenever we want to have Italian food. I took my friend to celebrate her birthday, but it was disappointing this time. Pasta was delicious but pizza was cold(not even lukewarm). I was going to tell the staff about it when they come to check the dishes, but the staff came to our table when we finished the pasta and just said "sorry about that". We both weren't impressed with this experience and I'm not sure if I will go back to this restaurant 😔

We've been using this restaurant for a long time now. Mainly for takeaways, and I have to say we have NEVER been disappointed. This food is out of this world !!! Always fresh, absolutely delicious , packed with flavour just divine. Honestly if you want consistently amazing food this is the place. Hats off to the chef's, this food is worth every penny. Thank you and stay amazing.
