The best restaurants in Broxbourne East of England

Food order was taken quickly and the woman was very pleasant. Fish and chips were ready very quickly. Good size piece of fish with lovely chips. Highly recommended.

ordered food at 12:30pm ,after an hour tried to cancel with restaurant twice and still at 2:03pm food had arrived at address, I was basically lied to saying food had left ages ago when all of a sudden at 150pm food was marked as with delivery driver on way, I'm absolutely gutted especially due to being lied to and say to restaurant I have to be somewhere very important!!!

Took a while to get through on the phone to place an order for delivery but pleased we persisted. The website is very poor but luckily we had a flyer so knew what they offered. Told the price and how long before it would be delivered. Arrived a little early. The food was obviously freshly cooked, very adequate portions and excellent. Different fish not labelled so differentiating between the cod and haddock was guesswork. Surprised they only accept cash-could lose the business as not everyone has cash in the house. Wish them well and will be back.

Anniversary Meal - Visited Limone on the 10th August to celebrate parents 65th Wedding Anniversary. The food was superb, great menu with lots of choices, very generous portions and excellent all round followed by moreish desserts. The staff had put a banner and balloons up and then came out with a cake that I had taken over earlier to lively music, tambourines, singing and clapping....Mum and Dad were overwhelmed and we want to thank the absolutely amazing team at Limone for their kindness, attentiveness and being the perfect venue for our family celebration, thank you all....

One of the best Lasagne I have had and at a reasonable cost

Have had to add to this review!! I had the potato and leek. OMG beautiful as good as a top restaurant Had to write this review! As it was a freezing cold day thought I’d go to my favourite place for lunch, and was surprised to see there was SOUP Butternut Squash with chicken feta and roasted red peppers. IT WAS AMAZING taste was out of this world!

Wrong night to visit as there was a birthday party and the noise was staggering. But everything else was spot on.

Really tasty food, samosas were particularly good - well filled and crispy. I had the anarkoli chicken which was nice and garlicky! Big thumbs up from me ☺️

Went here for a work meal and most of the food was lovely, however falafel was quite dry, second time I've had these here and they were the same as last time which was disappointing. A few of us had passion fruit mojitos for drinks, but they were super sweet from too much syrup being added, even after requesting for them not to be too sweet. Overall the food was good and our waitress was attentitive without being overbearing. Would visit again but avoid the falafel and mojitos.

Why do you have to play the music so loud into the morning ??? You could atleast turn it down out of respect for residents, have asked multiple times to turn music down but dont bother

Always order my breakfast from here - Breakfast wrap/Sausage, egg and bacon baguette. Always good food!
