Pizza Hut in Broxbourne

Great experience! Great team and the food was the best I've ever had from Pizza Hut. Thank you guys, well done!

This was actually a delivery service I haven't visited the restaurant but I can tell you that the food arrived perfectly still quite hot and the ingredients didn't seem to move a lot in the box which is always a good thing. The delivery driver Vivek was polite and smiley. Will order again from this Pizza Hut Branch in the future.

Great service, ordered online and realised I had done collection instead of delivery call the shop and they sorted it for me asap. Yeah who delivered was very friendly. Food was delicious as always

I am so incredibly upset with the delivery Service I received last night. The driver first knocked on our window in the living room, making us jump rather than using the doorbell, so I came straight to the door. Expecting him to be at least 3m back and to have left the pizza on the floor (like the website says they will!), he proceeded to walk towards me and as I tried to back off he shouted shut the door! He then shoved his delivery heatproof bag in my face to hold had to take the pizzas out myself!! All of this conversation happened without him wearing a mask and him being within 1 m from me! I am so upset as it all happened so quickly I wasn’t really left with the choice and I feel as though he has put me in my family in danger by acting this way and not following the contact free delivery that we are assured as customers will be provided. I tried to call Pizza Hut to report this however was unable to get through. My food was great and I am a regular customer however this delivery service really upset me and you need to make sure your drivers follow social distancing and do not put families at risk! Not to mention how rude he spoke to me!
