BUNTY'S in Broxbourne

There is no option for 0 stars so i had to give a 1. I have ordered food from buntys several times over the last few years however this one occasion my food according to just eat app was delivered but it was not delivered at all. I called buntys explaining the situation and they did not care and told me i had to get in touch with the courier. 2 hours after the delivery after doing a 15 hour shift at work i have no food and no one wants to help to get a refund. I will not use buntys or just eat ever again. I hope the delivery driver enjoyed the meal at my expense.....absolutely disgusting.

Freshly cooked grilled fried food and salad. Crispy fresh fries. Well cooked grilled beef. Fresh bun patty. Freshly made salad.👌👍 💯

Tried the smash burger for the first time. Ordered the cheeseburger with extra patty and fries….. absolutely delicious. Will definitely be ordering again.

It’s still not here and the order is already 15 minutes late. This is just not acceptable as they already gave me an hours time to expect the delivery.

order was supposed to arrive 20.00 latest .. restaurant had marked delivered before eta, when queried where my order was, they updated that my order would be late. food was cold when arrived

The order came to early- the chips doesn’t seems fresh and crispy as it used to be. The burgers doesn’t taste fresh like always. Food is always so fresh and chips always so fresh and crispy and burgers always so fresh BUT this time around it’s not so next time pls make sure that food are fresh and hot and crispy meat well cooked. Ive had much better smash burgers, dry, lack of cheese & sauce, disappointing. The loaded bbq mayo fries were something else though, very tasty, the fries saved the day.

These guys do the best burgers in town fries too! Better than the Guys that are over priced and most definitely better than the Donald’s too !

Good garlic burgers and nice Wings (maybe a bit salty, but good). slightly dry strips but still full of flavour. Generous portions, great deals. definitely try them again. there are a few other burgers do want to try 😁

Orederd delivery a few times and always had good burgers & fries (loaded fries a speciality!) If they only had bacon as an option it would be 5 stars accross the board but would still v much recommend.

Ordered well over a dozen times. Never had less than EXCEPTIONAL EVERY TIME. Always comes hot, fresh, crispy and fast. Hands down it’s consistently the best chicken shop. Good price and very generous portions. Best hot winged around. You’re crazy if you ordered a kfc instead.

Found my new favorite takeaway, proper chicken burgers unlike the processed rubbish you get from others, these do a proper grilled burger. Love it!

Order came late…then it was the wrong order. Phoned and owner sent original order saying we could keep the wrong one (nice enough). Order finally arrived but one burger incorrect. Food was amazing but shame about the delivery.

Always a worry when you try somewhere new but one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time in a light tasty bun. Ordered some spicy wings to see what else was on offer & they were excellent

right , I'm a big guy and I eat alot of food. this was the best chicken I've had in recent years in this area , and the burger was well done also. chips are ever so slightly too salty but not enough to ruin them. delivered on time and even read my delivery note and took it into account for my order. great first time experience and will definitely order again !

Food was great as always well cooked and delicious and very fresh but the chickens still pink inside needs to be well cooked and crispy and rice looks fresh but a little bit more spicy and spice would be perfect and rice lacks a-bit of salt herbs Maggi and pepper. Not only was the order late it was incorrectly prepared. I requested no ketchup and the burger was smothered in it!! Because of this I had to chuck it!! The chips were disgusting and the mac n cheese bites were lukewarm. I will not be ordering again!!!!!!!!!

Made an order online via justeat for the first time tonight and let’s just say will definitely be coming back again. Burgers were very tasty and fresh , fresh salad and nice buns. Chips were spot on. And my popcorn was really nice my son said which is amazing as he is a very fussy eater. Thank you so much for lovely food.

I order Buntys more than I should but it’s sooo good. No matter what you order it is always hot, tasty and on time. Their southern fried chicken isn’t swimming in fat and their peri chicken is always juicy. 🙌🏼

The beef and chicken was well cooked To my taste. The chips is well crispy and tasty and food was freshly cooked.

Great food, burger was exceptionally juicy. everything was lovely except one wing was pink inside, seemed cooked but that part of chicken which tends to be more pink sometimes.

Your chicken burger buns are different now. We order from you nearly every Friday or weekend , but disappointed in the new buns they smell and taste so buttery it just doesn’t go well with the chicken

Go to Bunty’s if you like bland food and if you like being ignored. Food is bad enough but the addition of offensive and argumentative staff is a not acceptable!

Very nice food, clean, and polite men. The only thing I would say is they could improve the wings they are to sloppy and oily and overall not nice but the food here other than that is good 👍

tried it for the first time I got an order from them It was amazing and fresh as well as very tasty. It didn't take long for the order I would highly recommend it.

Ordered a spicy chicken Baguette and 10 wings. Honest ate half the Baguette and 2 wings and threw it away. 2 small strips of chicken in Baguette so it was mostly bread with not a lot of sauce and wings were so oily I had a little puddle of oil in the bottom of the box. Some of the batter on the wings was crispy and on others it was soggy. They must have had an old batch of wings mixed with new batch. Pretty disappointing because it's on the dearer side of chicken shop prices but with a lower quality than expected. Hopefully they turn it around.

The only good thing was the delivery. The quality of the food was sub-par. Spicy wings should of been called 'salty wings', pop corn chicken was undercooked. The spicy fillet burger was lame and the fries laden with oil. Yuck. Total rip off.
