I had a fantastic experience at Pizza Hut, thanks to Sammad! I came in for a collection, and he was incredibly polite, efficient, and professional. He made sure my order was ready on time and even double-checked everything before handing it over. His friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. I GOT FOOD POISONING from a chicken supreme pizza ordered on Friday 13/12/24 and have been ill for 4 days. DO NOT order from Pizza Hut they will not refund you your money even if you get poisoned from undercooked food. Contacted management via Pizza Hut online and will take no responsibility for the pizza that they have poisoned me with. AVOID

On 23rd Nov at 6.30pm I ordered 2 pizzas -one with cheesy bites. Estimated delivery time was 25-35mins but I waited 1hr. It arrived with no cheesy bites so I called & was told they will replace in 20mins. The other pizza had a long black hair in it! Still no replacement after 45mins so called again. Was told it will come in half hour... After another hour it still wasn't delivered so called again to be told it will be another half hour! I was so angry I told them to forget it and just refund me & was told I will receive it in a few days. I also complained to pizza hut customer care & got a response from Elizabeth who said it will be investigated. It is now the 7th of December and I still haven't had my money back or a further response from Elizabeth. I don't want any freebies or vouchers, just my money back! If you want Pizza in Cheshunt choose Dominos or Pizza Gogo... And ignore the clearly fake 5star reviews!!

Ordered two pizzas and one of them had the incorrect toppings. Disappointing they couldn’t get this small order correct.

Pizza was delayed, but delivered by Ash who was lovely, I apologised as I didn’t have any cash to tip and he was so sweet saying he didn’t want any tip, and that he was just sorry it was a bit late. Lovely staff.

Fast delivery and correct order from Ashraf. Great place for getting collection. Romy was helpful to sort out a wrong order fast by making pizza him self. Ordered medium through app by mistake on the deal. Some time a wait for 5min is there but do t forget to ring the bell on the left wall near counter to get attention.

Worst pizzahut I've been to, they've always been slow but this time I've called up 7 times once I've got through, the person on the desk said hello how can I help and told me to wait a minute whil having me on hold for 5 minutes. I've walked in and called an see the person work standing next to the phone and not answering it. Won't be coming back. As a local in cheshunt I'd rather go elsewhere moving forward.

Was a difficult take away night. Imagine finding a great deal online, ordering and having to get 3 visits before the order was complete. First time my cookie dough and ice cream weren’t delivered, second time I got the cookie doughy but no ice cream and the final time, I’m so happy we got Zain! Once Zain came (he came to drop the cookie dough) and realised the whole order wasn’t there he was so apologetic, called th shop to find out what happened and said he’d be back in a flash. When he came back as an apology he didn’t give 1 but 3 ice creams and an extra drink for the inconvenience. Asked if was okay if I needed anything else and was so pleasant. Honestly I was annoyed but that level of customer service is why you keep going back to places!!
