The manager divyank was very nice and polite.And the pizza taste is excellent.

Had a great time with Pizzahut cheshunt , charan is very good at the service as he helped me in finding the best deal and served food on time , highly recommended and hygiene.

The was godd and atmosphere too. Abdul Sammad Is very good worker , polite and helpful

Walked in, waited for 15 mins to be served, no one came to the till, avoid at all costs

Order confirmation at 17.08 said delivery eta 36 minutes which changed to 56 minutes a couple of seconds later 🙁. No pizza at 18.30, checked progress. It was delivered allegedly at 18.05, had it gone to a wrong address? Reported it as a late delivery, was told I'd get a text within next 5 minutes but didn't. Food arrived 18.40 the driver said no Pepsi max and gave Pepsi original. Food had cooled down.

the delivery guy was really rude to me telling me that I have to write the door number when I'm living in a hostel and told him he wouldn't be able to as there's no buzzers and still insisted with a very rude attitude. Although I left a simple note while ordering that said "call me when you arrive thanks". I will never order again!

2 and a half hours late, when rang to find out what was going on was told my delivery would arrive in 20 mins, finally arrived an hour later

DO NOT order from Pizza Hut they will not refund you your money even if you get poisoned from undercooked food. On 23rd Nov at 6.30pm I ordered 2 pizzas -one with cheesy bites. Estimated delivery time was 25-35mins but I waited 1hr. It arrived with no cheesy bites so I called & was told they will replace in 20mins. The other pizza had a long black hair in it! Still no replacement after 45mins so called again. Was told it will come in half hour... After another hour it still wasn't delivered so called again to be told it will be another half hour! I was so angry I told them to forget it and just refund me & was told I will receive it in a few days. I also complained to pizza hut customer care & got a response from Elizabeth who said it will be investigated. It is now the 7th of December and I still haven't had my money back or a further response from Elizabeth. I don't want any freebies or vouchers, just my money back! If you want Pizza in Cheshunt choose Dominos or Pizza Gogo... And ignore the clearly fake 5star reviews!!

Ordered two pizzas and one of them had the incorrect toppings. Disappointing they couldn’t get this small order correct.

Pizza was delayed, but delivered by Ash who was lovely, I apologised as I didn’t have any cash to tip and he was so sweet saying he didn’t want any tip, and that he was just sorry it was a bit late. Lovely staff.
