I’ve had lots of great food from fountain cafe, the managers and staff are so nice and the food is very good, eating in or taking away!!

Did not deliver Apple juice to standard of what I ordered

My first time at this cafe today and I want to say what an outstanding experience... The waitress greeted me right away and gave me the opportunity to choose where I wanted to sit. Came back 5 mins later and I placed my order, the food came 8 mins later really quick and was absolutely beautiful!!! Service 10/10 Food 10/10 Portion size 10/10 Price 10/10 Atmosphere 10/10 See you again very soon and thank-you it's been a pleasure LB Best cafe in the local area!!!

Ribena £2 was missing on order

First time ordering from here - won't be the last. Food was rally nice, good portion. Nice to be able to have something different - I had the Eggs Benedictine.

Really disappointed the burgers where burnt. Ended up throwing them in the bin.. normally order quite a bit from fountain..

Never read the notes second time they’ve messed up because they don’t read the notes that have been requested as easy as “no fat”

The food is always lovely and the people that run it are lovely too! One of my favourite places to eat and get takeaway. I always think the food tastes like it was made with love.

ordered food at 12:30pm ,after an hour tried to cancel with restaurant twice and still at 2:03pm food had arrived at address, I was basically lied to saying food had left ages ago when all of a sudden at 150pm food was marked as with delivery driver on way, I'm absolutely gutted especially due to being lied to and say to restaurant I have to be somewhere very important!!!

Fountain Cafe, always welcome you,staff and Bosses treat us like old friends ,,we eat there regularly.. many of my friends any family use the Fountain on our recommendation. Well done to the best cafe around the Pond

First time going there all the staff very nice and friendly couldn’t complain about a thing even asked how I liked my egg I always forget to say well done so glad he asked me !! Highly recommended

Since I been buying D's foad from the start I gt a bit sickly tasre frmnit ibdont no eat but the portions was OK

Delivery was a bit later but worth it the food was lovely, my tea was still piping hot pancakes beautiful

The foad was OK I tasted domino jar sauce D's is wat I use in my foad not all time pani lok OK could been more cheese I prefer it cold not toasted avent try it yet I try pudding later everything in order OK

Although delivery time was an hour after I requested, it was well worth the wait and the portions were huge! I had the roast lamb which was so tender it just fell apart. So much veg!! Was delicious. Hubby had full English and said it was lush. He had cherry pie & cream and I had apple pie and custard - 👌🏻 this will now be our new monthly treat. Just delicious 😋

I come here regularly. The food is always amazing. The girls that work here are always smiling very friendly and very efficient. Everyone here is wonderful. Very kind and make you want to come back. Recommend great meals and they all taste amazing. Cannot fault this place!!!

forgot half a meal, ordered the scrambled egg on toast with salmon. only received scrambled egg... no salmon. not even the toast

Very stressful. Difficult to understand why the man would not deliver to us having given him the order number. He wanted a four digit number which I wasn’t aware of? Never happened before, just left st the door!!

the food was excellent and hot. unfortunately it arrived with the spaghetti bolognise sauce escaping and covering rest of the order leaving the bolognise dry which did spoiled it. it was a mess.

I've been pleased all 3 times ive ordered. The bacon omelette with generous salad portions is delicious. I enjoyed the salmon with rice too. Food is always on time and hot.

Absolutely disgusting ordered a delivery for myself and my 80 year old mum and my husband and daughter costing 40 pounds for over cooked scampi and frozen batter fish that you could buy four of these for £1.99 in iceland soggy chips and no salad for colour bland and looked anaemic will not be ordering again disgusting price for awful food

Ordered 3 roast pork dinners, the pork was so chewy and tough non of us could eat it, shame as we did like the roast lamb one before.

Great cafe with nice staff and good food.

Came in from a long day of travelling and had even though the staff were unaware they stayed open a bit longer so we could have our dinner. That meant so much to us. The food was terrific as well and the service was very polite.

Delivered incredibly fast. I still have no idea how how two full English breakfasts with Teas could possibly be delivered piping hot, just ten minutes after the order was placed. The food itself and the Tea were both excellent. They were of the same quality as if they had been served in the cafe itself. We always use this cafe when in town, so I can highly recommend it.

Food was nice. Although shepards pie meat didn’t taste like mince meat, definitely related like mashed doner meat.

Food very tasty as usual. Delivered a little early which caught me a little on the hop but everything good apart from that. Possibly not often you would see this but I would like an option to choose chips or salad rather than have both automatically, with a price reduction perhaps, or switch for extra fillings, as all of it is a bit too much.

What happened? Your food is always normally so good! But unfortunately today, it turned up cold, the poached eggs very over poached, the hash brown's under cooked and soggy, black pudding barely cooked at all and the pancakes where tiny, cold and hardly any maple syrup.... I honestly can't get over how bad everything was as I've never had a bad exsperiance like this before. Hope this was just an off day x

Impressive jackets but unfortunately lots of hard spots and soggy skin like they had been microwaved.... food portion wise absolutely amazing, plenty of everything but the jackets where a bit of a let down. Overall 8/10 will still order again as have had other meals from here but just not the jackets xx

I lived near Cheshunt back in 1989 and came back (from New Zealand) recently for a visit and a wander around beside the Lee River. The Fountain Cafe is just superb. Great service and really friendly staff. I had eggs on toast and a cup 'o tea at a table out on the pavement. Set me up for the day. Love this place!
