Beanstalk Cafe in Broxbourne

We were ordering from here during lockdown for delivery, popped in at the weekend service was great and food hot, extensive menu.

Unfortunately I am having to update my review from 5 years ago due to recent experiences. This cafe has changed management in recent months & as a result the food & service just isn't what it used to be sadly. The food quality has taken a down hill turn and the lack of English with the waitress left me with food I didn't order. I miss the previous owners. I won't be returning unfortunately. Shame.

We went here on a warm Saturday lunchtime. Relative quite. We had tuna panini, omlete and prawn salad All made to order and milkshakes are made to order

In the area and dropped in by chase, good menu, everything cooked to order, and tasty. Great omelettes, prawn salad was large and plenty of prawns(not always the case elsewhere). Tuna melt panini was very good.

Great breakfast this morning, quick service, everything cooked perfect to my satisfaction... I ordered the BS Special. Recommend a visit 👌

I highly recommend Beanstalk cafe. The staff are friendly and the service is great. Over the past two years, I have eaten many items off the menu, which I found to be tasty, well cooked, well presented and the portions are generous. Even the side-salad is crisp, clean and tasty. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. Dine in or takeaway, you will not be disappointed.

I eat there regularly, great food, service and price. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my breakfast 🙂

Very good customer service and always make me feel welcome. The coffee is very tasty and my favorite is the vanilla latte !!!

Was recommended by a local, burger was as overpriced as it was over cooked. Definitely not gourmet... fed most of it to the clients dog, however he quite enjoyed it 🤣

Got a take away coffee, coffee was nice and staff friendly.

Average food for an average price, plenty of seating and a couple of tables outside, clean toilets, parking within 5 minutes walk, servers are a bit disorganised but guys behind the counter make it work, would probably use again when in area

Absolutely disgusted with the service. Ordered food nearly 2 hours ago. So rang up and the manager told me it's not he's problem they have no drivers. Very rude and then put the phone down on me. Worst service ever. And refused to give refund

Sloppy wraps. More like folded. Hardly any salad in the wraps either. Want overly impressed if I'm honest.

Lovely cafe that I go to every Wednesday afternoon. Food is tasty, plentiful and good value. Everyone is friendly and it is spotlessly clean. Highly recommended

Good coffee, though a lot of caramel in the latte (which I like, but I think most people would say is too much). Nice touch of the screen with movie trailers on. Will probably return for breakfast.

I love going to this cafe! the owner is friendly, the fry up is lovely and my children love the homemade milkshake they make.

You can sit outside, eat nice food at a decent price & be served by lovely people. What more could you want?

I visited this friendly cafe with my 5 year old.The staff were very friendly and made my son feel very special offering him a lovely Babycino on the house. Highly recommend as the food was tasty , service could not be faulted and it was very clean.

I have been going to this coffee shop every 2 days with my partner and child and really enjoy the service. They are friendly and very professional. I would like to say that anyone who doesn't visit will miss out on good food.
