Have had to add to this review!! I had the potato and leek. OMG beautiful as good as a top restaurant Had to write this review! As it was a freezing cold day thought I’d go to my favourite place for lunch, and was surprised to see there was SOUP Butternut Squash with chicken feta and roasted red peppers. IT WAS AMAZING taste was out of this world!

Used to buy gyros from here when I lived in Cheshunt, then they closed down one day and we were gutted. Only just noticed they are now back, and deliver out here to Nazeing - which is great because the food tonight was as good as used to be! The best take-out I've had in years.

Pork box...chicken wrap... very poor. No meat. Veg only. Wasn't warm even. I'm very disappointed .

Normally this place is lovely and fresh but tonight was so so poor. Got the naked box and mixing the cold salad in with the hot food made everything cold. Wasn’t a nice experience tonight.

Food was nice, but delivered cold & without our sides. They apologised, but said they can’t do anything & to request a refund.

My family is from Athens. We all had the souvlaki. Every one really enjoyed it. The meat was very well cooked and not dry at all. Would go back.

2 out of 3 meals were incorrect (wrong meat). Nice food but got it wrong.

I ordered the mixed special box through Uber eats, included grilled halloumi, chicken and lamb gyros and pourgouri. Was lovely, arrived warm and bread tasted fresh too. Will defo order again.

AmaIng service, had some great conversations as we were waiting for pur food, second time I've eaten at this restaurant and you can tell the love and care that goes in to the food so defiantly recommend

The worst place in the area. The portions are extremely small for the amount of money he ask. When I tried to mentions this matter, I've been encountered with a rude behavior from the owner. Not recomend

Halloumi burger or greek chicken box always good, and quick service.

Found Greek Street after missing my train at Theobalds Grove Overground and looking for somewhere to eat. Super friendly and had a vegan option too. Jackfruit Gyros Box was delicious and affordable, the dream! Will definitely go back next time I'm going home from Lee Valley Whitewater centre!

Are you a serious shop now? I drive 25 minutes to come, Tuesday afternoon at 5 o'clock and you are closed. At least Google that it's closed.

My first time (and hopefully not the last) visiting Greek Street whilst staying at a nearby campsite for a work trip. Chosen based on previous reviews and not disappointed! Arrived just before closing time but very warmly greeted and welcomed by Ricky and another colleague from Greek heritage (a clue it’s going to be good!) Had the mixed Special Greek Box with Oregano Fries and separate salad (plus cold coffee for the morning). Honestly haven’t tasted anything as delicious and authentic as this since my last visit to Greece. Everything was fresh, hot and full of flavour, and extremely generous portions. My only complaint is not having any room left in my belly for dessert!

Order from this place before and it was really good. However this time the gyro box was really bad burned meat and just the left overs, very small amount of meat very disappointing.

Made a special trip to try Greek Street after seeing it on social media and we weren’t disappointed. Really lovely guy who owns it and knows his stuff when it comes to Greek food. The chicken gyros was absolutely incredible, one of the best I’ve eaten, even in Greece! The Greek salad was also spot on. If you like Greek food, give it a go. We will be back ☺️

The guy who worked there was friendly but the veggie wrap gave me instant food poisoning unfortunately. I felt that the salad had been contaminated. I called and he said thanks for letting me know which is a good sign but I was just really disappointed as it was just a halloumi wrap ..

I was really looking forward to my delivery but the chicken was dry and the chips were soggy. Salad was nice and fresh as was the bread

First time ordering. Won’t be ordering again. Food was far too salty. Too oregano heavy. Only way to describe is the lid fell off the pot and everything was tipped in. Food was inedible.

First time ordering from here and I’m very impressed! Other gyros I’ve had have been more on the bland side, but the chicken gyros from Greek street has been the best one I’ve had yet. Really great flavour, and I asked them to make it spicy which they did and it really hit the spot :) great food and great flavour, will definitely order again! Thank you

Fantastic food. Super tasty. Halumi fries where over done this time. But are normally a great treat. Some of the best chicken you can get to your door. Try it. You won't be disappointed

Simply the best Gyros' we have had in the UK!

Having recently returned from Greece 🇬🇷 where I tried a chicken gyros for the first time, I was over the moon when my daughter told me about this little gem 💎 that said I didn’t expect it to taste as good as the one I had in Greece, how wrong was I 😍 The food was amazing, full of flavour, fully loaded, with a great menu choice, it completely exceeded my expectations. There was a lovely atmosphere in the shop created by Ricky and I was made to feel very welcome. After having a gyros at Greek Street, I could never eat an ordinary kebab. When I visit my daughter in Cheshunt, we often have a take away and being as I have not had a takeaway which is anywhere near comparable, this will be our go to place. Thank you Ricky for the wonderful food, restoring my faith that incredible takeaways do exist and for your fantastic service. I am already looking forward to my next one 😊

We have used Greek street many times and have always enjoyed the food. This time was very disappointing. The lamb gyros contained 5 small slices of meat and 6 French fries (not the Cypriot chips that used to be served) in fact overall the entire gyros was considerably smaller. It really doesn’t warrant the £9.50 paid. Which is also a lot more expensive than the last time we bought food here. We will not be buying again.

First time ordering from here. Food was warm when it arrived however that's to be expected with a delivery. The food itself was absolutely delicious I had the chicken gyro box. The chicken was well seasoned and cooked to perfection they removed the tomatoes for me as requested. The chips again were delicious extremely well seasoned (maybe abit to much, but that's just me) came in a nice little lunch box style packaging with the gyro wrapped up inside with the chips. The portion size could be slightly bigger but for lunch it's was very filling. My new favourite place to order. Will recommend. Thank you

Really small wraps.. More bread then meet.. Also Ididn't like the way is done, cooked before, then in a fridge container, then warmed again.. Don't teste fresh this way..

Fantastic Greek Food! My ex was Cypriot and I’ve eaten family Greek food for 15 years and the food from here is super tasty and you can see it comes from a family’s touch. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely order again!
