I used this kebab shop for the first time, I regret not going there until now and I found the real address, the kebabs are very delicious and I am still very happy, I am glad I tried it, I will buy my kebabs and pizzas from here from now on, the smiling staff, see you again
Popped in during a walk along the river. Lovely coffee and really friendly service. Recommend, perfect if your walking along the river and need a stop off!
This was our third visit. Another excellent breakfast in a friendly and welcoming environment. Food and service excellent and reasonably price. This is now our go to place for breakfast when we visit Southend. Would highly recommend.
This place is amazing!!! Such friendly staff and excellent food. The atmosphere was really cozy and welcoming. Such a shame they are shutting. One of the best cafes I’ve ever been to. I like to pop in as much as i can as i know i will never get let down coming to this place! It is perfect for anyone as there is a lovely big garden with a playground for the kids, In side and outside seating, good decorations and excellent coffees.
Just ordered a delivery to Highfield caravan park, the food was delicious and plentiful, delivery was trouble free, they phoned me when he was 5 mins away and met him in the main entrance car park. No too expensive for what you get, I’ll definitely order again when I’m down this way next time.
Went there Christmas Eve with friends, 10 of us, including one in a wheelchair. Landlady watched us come thru the door, struggling with wheelchair in the process, and once we got in there bluntly told us there were no tables vacant and we couldn’t stand anywhere either. We asked how about out the back and were rudely told “no, it’s laid up for tomorrow”. So we had to turn round and leave without getting g served. Her attitude was appalling and extremely rude - there certainly would have been a more polite way of turning us away. Will never go there again till it’s sold to new owners. Luckily we have another extremely friendly and welcoming pub in the village so Christmas Eve was still great for us.
As a Coeliac this place is amazing! It’s a bit of journey for us but worth it every time to have the freedom to eat completely safely. Nothing is too much trouble.
