The best restaurants in East of England

We always stop here after visiting the seals. Never lets us down. Today the food was fantastic, as was the service. Some of the best pub grub you’ll get anywhere.

Well …. ! 4 of us went in and came out so happy ! We all were banging on about how good our food was ! I opted for the , highly recommended according to the menu , fish pie ….. if there is a better fish pie in the country than this I want to try it as the fish pie I just had was absolutely gorgeous! 10 out of 10 !

We had a lovely evening at Bang in Wells. There were 8 of us; 4 adults and 4 kids. Everyone had a great time and clean plates all round. Not only was the food excellent but the welcome was warm and the service really friendly throughout. Highly recommend.

The staff here are excellent!! So friendly and inviting. They made sure to let us know what the specials were of the day and anything they could do to help. Would highly recommend this restaurant for some traditional, good quality, italian food ❤️

I recently visited Zaza Bushey for a family dinner. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, my Salmon & Prawn Fettuccini was too salty, which was disappointing. Overall, great atmosphere and service.

Great food and reasonable service but for 2 adults and 2 young children the bill was around £600 and at that price point it just lacked the wow factor for us. The headline prices seem ok but by the time you add wine pairing service charge, mocktail for kids etc it felt we were paying London Michelin prices for an experience that fell a little short of that. It was a shame as we had come several times but were put off going back with prices having gone up.

Such a lovely, friendly restaurant. Service was excellent even though it was full when we visited. We weren’t rushed at all, and the food was delicious. Great for kids.

Overall, dining at this restaurant was a delight from start to finish. The delicious food, impeccable service, and charming ambiance made for a memorable experience. Thank you!

I have allergies but every singe member of staff i spoke with ensured i could be catered for. Friendly & welcoming. Joshua was very polite & attentive.

Very good! Popped in for a takeaway snack at lunchtime. Staff were friendly, food was very good, chips weren’t greasy, fish was a good size, battered sausage was well cooked & flavourful. All the food was very hot when served! Price was reasonable for adult meal & kids meal.

One of my favourite places to go for a quick lunch. A wide menu choice. Friendly team. Loyalty rewards.

We have our annual Christmas drinks here. This year we had a spot of food too. Not a good time to eat for me personally, but I took a soup of the day, the tomato chilli soup and it was very good. They also welcome dogs on leads here, although I didn't have my dog with me on this occasion he has plenty of space to lay down and have a bowl of water.

Sensational Christmas Party and Cambridge’s finest venue. 20 of us from The Three Tuns in Abington wined and dined at this incredible restaurant. I’ve been before a couple of times and each time it’s been fantastic. If you love an Espresso Martini and a top class Steak then you can’t go wrong. Thank you to your brilliant staff for making our Afternoon. If I could it would be 6 stars. 😁
