We had high hopes for a nice Mother’s Day breakfast, but unfortunately, the experience was far from enjoyable. We waited 30 minutes just to place our order, then were told there would be a 45-minute wait for food. In reality, we ended up waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes.
To make matters worse, some of the items we ordered—pancakes and sausages—were unavailable. When the first breakfast finally arrived, it was cold and underwhelming, and by the time the other three dishes came out, it had already been eaten.
The most disappointing part was the avocado on toast with bacon, which felt like a complete rip-off at £8.50. The avocado was spread so thinly it might as well have been butter, and the “bacon” was barely a sprinkle—definitely not even a full rasher.
Overall, the slow service, missing items, and poor value for money left us extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning for food or recommending it to others.
I have been eating at fireaway pizza in the Marlowes Hemel Hempstead for a while now and I have to say they are the best pizza restaurant that I have tried in the town. The pizzas are amazing and aunthic always piping hot. The staff are very friendly and great to chat too. Other pizza restaurants that I have tried before change so much more and put on deals that make you want to go back yet are overpriced to start with so you are not actually making any saving. Fireaway charge you a good price for great service and great food. Thank you Fireaway.
Whilst on holiday we thought we'd give them a try. Food was tasty and value for money. I would recommend giving it a try. Would love to have tried more.

My wife and I ate there today, what an experience. The coffee and sandwiches were excellent and worth every penny. I would fully recommend this cafe to anybody visiting the Vancouver shopping centre. To the lady host - thanks again and enjoy your holiday in Portugal.
I've tasted sourdough bread in a number of places e.g. France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, NZ and USA, but, hand on heart, this IS the best: evenly risen crumb; ideal moisture; deliciously wheaten, delicately tangy flavour and a toothsome crust. Fresh or toasted (two very different but equally delectable experiences!), topped with just butter, comté cheese or honey will leave you culinarily smitten. Congratulations Dozen Artisan Bakery!
Venue was amazing, sadly the food was not! We ordered quite alot, the goat didn't have much curry flavour, was pretty tasteless to be honest, the colour ect was spot on just lacked seasoning, the rice and peas again lacked seasoning and I do prefer long grain easy cook rice than basmati for rice n peas.
The jerk chicken was way to salty and the seasoning was only skin deep, not fully in the chicken, the gravy that was with the jerk chicken and jerk pork was just black tar like no love in it at all! No onions no garlic no chilli pieces ect the coleslaw was amazing and toned down the saltyness of the chicken. The fried plantain was really good. The mac cheese again looked good lacked flavour! Dumplings where OK. The jerk pork 🙈 can't really comment on that never ate it. Maybe chef was having a off day but felt soulless no love in the food! The staff were all absolutely lovely the venue was very pretty, service was great.
I do fully understand that obviously the chef has to cater for multiple tastes, and everyone's tastes are different, so not sure what happened the gravy to be honest was like the juice from the chicken then just thickened, but had a salty bitter taste rather than heat and flavour.
Best part of an hour waiting for a breakfast!
The vegi breakfast seems very much an after thought with burgers?
Not impressed at all, won't bother going back
I find this place very relaxing. The building obviously has some history, as you might expect given the name over the door, but it has stayed true to its past life by not being overly fussy. A neatly folded serviette would be totally out of place here. Instead, it has an informal and casual feel. That said, I’m not generally a great fan of plastic table cloths, but I accept the practicality they bring.
I love the way this place appears small from the outside but stretches over several rooms, indoors and out. It also doubles up as a small scale general store selling anything from kids toys to crafty items, which adds to the village feel. In all, a great asset to the local area.
Just left the Rajputh after the most amazing meal. The food was absolutely stunning. The service was attentive without being intrusive. Halesworth are fortunate to have such a good Indian restaurant.
Next time in Suffolk we will be back
We tried a takeaway from here and was extremely impressed. The portions of food were huge and really good quality and taste. We had the chicken katsu curry, teriyaki beef and Thai crackers. All of it was delicious, looking forward to trying more things on the menu.
Amazing.
Travelled up to Yarmouth for work.
I always trip advise everything before I attend due to bad experiences.
But this is the best Indian I’ve had in a very long time. Piping hot. Very fresh. Very quick. Amazing service. Highly highly recommend!
We had the absolute pleasure of enjoying an intimate dining experience at the Chef’s table before Christmas. The level of service was superb and made for an unforgettable lunch. Thank you to all the staff for taking the time to sit with us and explain dishes and describes wines and basically answer all our obscure questions. Driving through the Woburn estate sets the tone for a wonderful event and being taken down into the kitchen was really a special experience. Thank you to all the amazing staff members, you really are ambassadors for a stand out venue.
