The best restaurants in Wellingborough East Midlands

Rating is for enormously unprofessional door/security stuff, needed to call police, to stop the violence against me.

I took my son to this Starbucks for a catch up on his birthday and drinks were served in plastic and disposable cups, no plates so it kinda felt like a cheap coffee shop but Starbucks prices. Will avoid this one

Great food and service. As vegans we don’t hold out high expectations of take away food but domino’s delivered. Definitely will be ordering again

Would help if this place was open. Been closed a few years now.

Overpriced, but aside from that the staff were all rude children - they didn't smile, didn't say hello or anything and just ignored us when we were waiting to be seen. These kids need some adult supervision and some training.

Visited the store for a quick meeting and drink. The staff was quick enough to take order and good atmosphere around. Will surely visit again. Happy faces.

Not good at all they put onions in my burger when i said no onicons very disappointed. Never ever happened at another mcdonals that i have been to im never coming back to this restaurant

Just picked up KFC for my families dinner. Paid £24.99 for my bucket and immediately upon paying at the kiosk I went straight to the counter. I requested mixed pieces of chicken and explained my house have preferences so mixed pieces will satisfy everyone. Today for the first time I am extremely disappointed in KFC Wellingborough staff, especially that young Asian man behind packing the chicken. He totally ignored my request and instead placed what he wanted into the bucket. As a representative of KFC this insolent individual with no respect for the customer wishes, failed the company with this disrespectful attitude. If the pieces I had requested where not available than I should have been informed so I can make an informed chioce weather to cancel my order. Instead this unprofessional man representing KFC not himself, has forced my children now to eat pieces they do not like. We treasure our meal time together and you have spoilt tonights dinner. I paid for this meal with my hard earn money and no one especially the KFC worker who packed my chicken should take it upon himself to do want he wants within the company. I expect to get what I paid and requested. I am so annoyed but as it is a 10 minutes drive from home I'm letting this go and writing this review on the poor service provided by your staff. To the man who packed the chicken, do your job in the same manner you wished to be served and nothing more cause I'm sure KFC do not pay you for anything more; and I sure they do not pay you to disappoint their customers. This was truly a waste of my money. Will definitely not be do this again any time soon.

Terrible service by the sever, extremely rude… ruined the whole meal … salad bar most empty and took ages to refill after asking numerous times .

Had problems with their service 2 times now, orders come incorrect and when you confront them they’re customer service is very poor as I was spoke to horribly. Wouldn’t even rate it 1 star if it were an option.

We held our Wedding Anniversary party at La Luna on 16th Dec and everything that was promised did not come to fruition! When we booked it we were told children could stay until 10pm - which we put on the invites - to then have them ushered out the door at 9pm, including my own, caused a lot of upset among people especially the ones who had travelled hours to be with us! We were promised a DJ on the night, again I was told while setting up during the day that this wasn't happening - hardly giving me a chance to sort anything out! Luckily the band stepped in and filled the gaps! I was told early on the day of the party that it would finish at 2am then at 11.45pm told us it was closing in 15mins!!! The lights went on at midnight and we're all told to leave. We were allowed to have food then when that appeared it supposedly wasn't allowed to be eaten out of the side room - again, nothing had ever been said on that. There should have been a doorman on from 6pm - we were asked for a Guestlist for this...maybe 8/8.30 they appeared, people were let in that were not invited to the party and he was happily chomping on his McD's while on the door or on his phone! And the drinks were diabolical, the draught beer & soft drinks were completely flat making people buy everything in bottles which I'm sure was great for profit but not so much for the guests! And with only Donna serving it took a while to even get that! It was just a complete embarrassment for us on what was supposed to be a really nice party! Thank god we had the band as that was the only positive I can pull from it, and we went back to the hotel and drank until the early hours so the party didn't end at midnight. I will say Donna (manager) was great, I really felt for her but she did everything she could for us. But everything else was such a huge disappointment, we couldn't have been more gutted with the venue!
