Absolutely shocking experience with KFC through Uber Eats! Paid for priority delivery, yet our food arrived freezing cold ❄️ and completely missing items we paid for! For the price we paid, this is unacceptable. KFC needs to check that their ovens are actually working and ensure orders are packed correctly before sending them out. Complete waste of money and a huge disappointment. We will never be ordering again!

Had to update my review of this place, use to order from here every fortnight as a treat, and it was always 10/10, nothing to fault. But my last few orders over the last few weeks have all been cold, delivered really late (nearly 2 hours) shame really because it was amazing here. Hopefully will good again soon

I couldn't be more frustrated. I went today just to get a pizza dips. As I do absolutely love special garlic dips. I made my own pizza and genuinely wanted a dips, it's on a menu so means I can buy them on their own. I went to the shop and I requested them, lady told me I got to wait 7 minutes for her to get a dip for me and disappeared!! I couldnt wait a 7minutes for a dip so I left but it's so frustrating !!!

just received after being a hour late food is soggy and unedible two meals in the bin will not order again !
