the food was OK.IM not a fan of overcooked bacon.

I came for lunch with my partner and three children. We waited for sometime at the counter whilst the sever continuously walked back and forth from the back pretending we weren’t there or hoping we would just leave. Eventually, we were reluctantly served. Food was good. Customer service is shocking!

Ordered a sausage and egg roll nearly every day this time no egg in it

the food was cold, some items was stale unfortunately wouldn’t use again i always come in for breakfast and never had a issue but would never have for delivery again ! paid extra for avacado didn’t received it and overall food was poor

Popped in to cafe for a quick brunch. Meal deal or coffee with bacon roll is a good deal. Service was slowed as the kitchen had to go in to the store to get some Brie. You can select a variety of cakes at self service ordering but check what is actually there first. Servers were polite and for the price all was fine. Decent bacon rolls.

Ordered two breakfasts. one with no beans and an extra hash brown. when the food came. neither had a hash brown and the one with no beans came with beans. my girlfriend is allergic to beans so obviously annoyed us. the bacon was more fat than bacon and all the food was so greasy it was basically wet. the food took about twenty minutes to be delivered to the table as well. in which time we had drank our coffees. when i asked the woman if i was allowed a refill, i was instructed to pay an additional £4. in total, i paid £21 for the worst breakfast i’ve ever had. i would strongly avoid

Ordered a breakfast with 2 mushrooms, some Herbert wrote no mushrooms. Not very happy.

Ordered via Uber eats. They completely ignored my allergies and food sensitivities when I clearly stated not to include something in my order. They are lucky not to have a death on their hands.

All the food was cold wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone toast was rock solid both cheese and ham toast was cold along with the breakfast I ordered. It was like eating something that left on a side for 6 hours then served. Absolutely appalling, food definitely gone down hill.

How should I start... Well the waiting time was alright I guess But everything else was low quality to be honest. Me and friends wanted to try out the english breakfast but in the end we wished we wouldn't. Between the 4 dishes, all 4 had something missing. None of us had tomatoes on it, after we mentioned it they offered us something else but if we wouldn't say anything then they wouldn't offer. Some of my friends got only one egg or black pudding. The toast was literally drenched into oil. The service was, well they were kind people but their age made a difference... Only the coffee was good which was made by me and the machine. But I would like to mention that after I ordered my meal on the screen no one mentioned that I have to take a cup, go to the machine and make it myself. About 2 years back this place was so much better and the English breakfast was one of the best in the town, sadly not anymore...

Frraking joke it is. Ultimate breakfast: The black pudding was dry as a brick, the toast was literally drenched in oil, we've only got half the eggs and the pudding. We've got no tomatoes. I guess the shop is too far to get some... The waitresses are as clueless as they come, maybe because of their elder age? And the wait time was also painstaking while the place was actually empty. As a good person, I always eat what I order, I've never sent back food, but this was a first for me. It was not edible at all

Terribly slow service not what I expected from a supermarket cafe. I ordered using the QR code at the table for convenience. Only once the order was placed did it say proceed to the counter for the hot drink. Now at the counter there's no cups/mugs/paper cups. Asked the lady at till who asks me to queue up. I queue up despite placing my order at the table. already. I could hear the lady at the till stating food orders will take 40 minutes. 16 minutes later I get to the front the same lady advises me that they are out of cups as they need to be washed so gives me a paper cup. Within this farce my food has arrived at table 29 however I was in the queue and was taken back to the kitchen. I ask another lady who politely and promptly brings out the food. Food was great and what I expected and the latte was milky smooth and creamy just how I like it. It's half term you need to get in more staff which will lead to a pleasant visit. These customers will then shop before or after there dine-in experience and purchase more product from increased brand loyalty. See photos of dirty tables. The fire alarm has now gone off 6 times whilst I've been sitting at the cafe table. No announcement for its testing, accidental trigger or a real fire scenario. No sighting of of any fire wardens/marshal or any haste to evacuate the building. Stick to doing your shop only for a better cafe experience try Wetherspoons up the road same price point however better reviews.

Tea was cold.. coffee was cold . Black pudding was taste less. Sausages were terrible..gone down hill..no choice I could see for toast rather than fried bread..won't be coming again.back to weatherspoons we go

I like what I like for breakfast which doesn’t include bacon, sausage, toast, beans, hash brownies. So all I want is two poached egg, black pudding, tomatoes and mushrooms. Every tome, again and again. Boring old me! And that is exactly what you can order with their pick-n-mix ordering option for £5.00. That is good but better is the poached eggs are just how I like them, generous black pud portion, a big field mushroom and it would be nice to have a big beef tomato but good enough. A pot of tea for £1.80 and it is a handy option to have a quick breakfast (since I live almost next door)! Good value. Clean. Friendly service. Moaning hard to please customers abound is my only grimace. I guess it is their big day out.

Awful Breakfast! Greasy, poor quality, toast already buttered was soggy, nothing nice about it, staff disorganised, both hot drinks machines not working!don't waste money to eat here.

I am truly disgusted with the service or lack of should I say in being able to talk to someone when you have a problem that way it doesn't cost you the earth for breakfast. Never again

Beautiful crispy batter on the fish and really good chips. Only problem was I ordered mushy peas and they sent garden ones which I cannot eat so they were wasted.

Absolutely disgusting as when we arrived it looked OK but we ordered and half of the items were out of stock so we had another dish only to be told that was out of stock too with one of our drinks and dessert, it took ages for the food and arrived cold and wasn't cooked correctly, thanks for this experience we will never be coming back again

Arrived early on sunday morning for breakfast. No coffee beans or milk in machine.Had to wait for it to be filled. Tables could do with a wipe down, as to mugs being dirty also. Long wait. Ordered brown bread got white. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. Arrived cold. Did not have time to return them as we were in a hurry by the time we received it.Will not be going back. Changed days for morrisons. Breakie used to be lovely. Big let down Morrisons. SHAME

Went with my friend yesterday fof lunch just after 12 ordered one fish and chips and one southern chicken withcoleslaw. All paid so at table Lady came over and said all fish is out so choose something else . Lunch arrived with the smallest piece of chicken we ever saw , I asked where the coleslaw was and was told none left!! This lady had come from tge kitchen and had no mask on The lady from the till came over she was wearing a mask and asked if all was OK I said not really she offered me a portion if peas of which I accepted..this alone with two coffees cost £17.00 and we will deffo not be eating there again . We are both pensioners and do not get out much, and the cakes on show were not covered at all either so we didn't even look at them

I was at the supermarket shopping snd decided to have a cuppa and all day breakfast at the cafe. The self serve computer was broken so I got a pot of tea and cup. Went to checkout, asked where the milk was, tge oldish lady behind till roller her eyes walked over to where the stirrers were and said it's here. Came back I said I'll have a small breakfast, she said what table are you on, I said I hadn't picked yet, she then sarcastically said I'll just make a number up then. I said there is no need to be sarcastic, she muttered something u der her breath so I left without bothering to have a cuppa etc so they lost my business. As I remember a few years ago they used to give you a table number. Clearly I didn't heed this and as such won't go back in a hurry!!!! Bad bad customer services Morrisons

Had an impromptu fried breakfast this morning with my wife, after getting some early Xmas shopping - was done to a surprisingly high standard. Well done Morrisons!

A Most Forgettable experience whilst waiting for our lift home during bad weather. Tables were not cleared and piled high with plates cups Etc..

Ordering system not working, long wait for service at till, tables dirty. Food was nice once we found a clean tables. Plus you can't be sniffy about half price breakfast!

We have the fish and chips every week as they have always been very good, today we were served with the worst fat ridden chips I've ever tasted,we sent them a member of management brought the replacement and said they are the same as always, in fact they were worse , the peas were past their best the only saving grace was the fish

Went for breakfast, as I'd been there before and really enjoyed it. Not brilliant this time unfortunately. I'd ordered a cooked breakfast which consisted of a large mushroom, two streaks of bacon, two sausages, half a fried tomato, a fried egg and a hash brown. It was accompanied by a slice of toast. Apart from the toast it was dripping in grease, and looked like it had been cooked in a rush. It was also pretty tasteless. I wish now I'd just had a muffin with my coffee, as the greasy breakfast has left me feeling unwell for most of the day whilst I've been at work. I don't think I'll visit again for a while.

Just having my lunch and the service I received at the till was absolutely outstanding. Lady named Jacqueline served me and she was so helpful, patient and very very very kind. I hope she gets rewarded for her outstanding customer service's skills.

Decent price but not the best quality. Had chicken tikka, bland and too much sauce, naan not great either. Lots of tables, all with dividers. Not very busy at 1 pm on a Wednesday

Breakfasts are great excellent value for money however main meal not so good they didn't have half of the menu and the staff had to check every time I tried to order to see if they had it

Once again the drinks machines were not working properly. One was only dispensing decaf black/white coffees, the other was dispensing coffees without coffee in it and hot chocolate without the chocolate. Food ok

Service not the best but more to do with staffing levels than enthusiasm. Need to sort the hot drinks machines, unreliable.

It's ok. But lacks staff/investment but good value for many people. Underground car park a benefit especially in bad weather.

Half term lunchtime treat for, myself, husband and 2 grandchildren, wish we hadn't bothered, only 2 members of staff who were doing everything, chaotic ordering system, dirty tables and floors, no cups, the list goes on, when the food eventually arrived, (breakfasts), mostly cold, bacon hard, fried eggs, yolks hard and slimey! Disappointed, would have asked for a refund, but no staff available, Please employ more staff and someone who can cook!!

Why do I keep going back? I am really not sure. I think I must have the memory of a goldfish. The chips tasted like they had been kept warm for hours and the peas were cold. The fish itself was ok once I had done demolition work on the thick greasy batter I would like to say I won't be back but I will probably forget and will

On the whole they cope very well, but it is noticable that they are short of staff at most times of the day.

Understaffed overworked, needs better equipment that works and quality of food has fallen greatly, staff are dispirited

The meal was not good the only thing that was freshly cooked were the eggs, everything else was warm up. The cafe was chilly due to the Air Con which made the food go cold quickly The staff were also quite rude. Shall not be eating here again soon

Visited the cafe with my mum, I was appalled how dirty it was, and the food wasn’t fit enough for a dog, my mum’s peas were like grey bullets chips were hard scampi was ok has for mine I couldn’t eat it. I thought the coffee machine was broke cause the cappuccino was rank. I was so disappointed, I had to ask for a refund. All I can say is get your act together and replace your cook and poor quality food.

went to try breakfast two weeks ago and it was different.ordering is quite straight forward especially when you are paying on your card ,but there seems to be a problem if you are paying cash.its very good value for money ,two fried breakfasts and unlimited tea for well under a tenner for two of us.when we got to getting teaspoons and sugar that was not so good.there wasn't any so we called to the ladies in the kitchen for a very curt reply:wait a minute I heard you:and they carried on chatting.shame really as the meal was good when it came and we've been back and it was still good and everything was filled up

This place was good, they have a nice bog seating area next to the shop but there are walls so people dont see in. You have an ordering screen and a menu at the opposite side of the entrance but this was out of order so we went to the till but they dont have a menu there so you have to know what you want and if they dont have anything you will need to go back. I had a breakfast item in the afternoon and they used to check if it was ok, they were accommodating and made it for me, i was unaware they only do breakfast items to a certain time as i just had a scrambled egg sandwich due to eating light due to a reflux issue. They didn't have much cutlery only forks, i did get the last knife but there were no teaspoons, my girlfriend had to use a fork to stir her tea.

Can't go wrong with a Morrison's fry up. Apparently it's a supermarket too? Who knew?

Love morrisons breakfast. Really needs black pudding putting on it though.

Not the best place for a coffee

Order machine did not have all choices no cups no knives freezing cold venue that we felt we were sitting in the car park. Waited 20 minutes for our second course. Will not be returning as it has still not arrived.

Waited 45mins and food was cold. No appologies either. 2nd time morrisons have let me down with their service

We regularly use Morrison , todays visit to the Cafe was terrible, It was really cold and the service was very poor, the 30 mins waiting for the food is beyond a joke. It will be s long time before we return the Café again.
