Delivered the food with sauces and salad on it despite no information stating that it would be, there was no option to remove salad nor sauces so it's reasonable to assume it would be a plain cheeseburger.

simple in the notes section asked NO MAYO on both donors what arrived MAYO on both donors no ain't eating them and no DEFINITE DEFINITELY won't order from here again!!!!!!!!!!!! enjoy the £25 dixy while the crows enjoy the donors in the morning 🌄🌄🌄🌄🌄🌄🌄🌄🌄🌄

I pre ordered this 3 hours prior to being delivered was supposed to come at 18.05 never turned up until 16.40 . Food was cold and chicken had no flavour not like it usually does ended up throwing £35 worth in the bin called the shop very unhelpful

chicken wings tasted like they had been cooked last night. chips tasted stale!

the burgers were soggy and dripping juices with soft soggy lettuce, and the chips were cold and stale, drinks were nice and cold and the chicken pieces were decent

pleasant driver great delivery , its hard sometimes to find actual building so the few mins late is ok

More like a teenage youth club than a food shop.... didn't even bother going in as they had taken over the whole of one side of the shop and stood congregating outside the door...

Nice friendly owner Fresh chips with lots of peri salt on. Very nice ! Didn’t have to wait long either There was a chicken inside the box. Standard fried chicken Decent value for money Tbh I would just come back for the chips Keep up the good work

Orde by phone some food. 2x chicken burger and 6 piri piri wings. Took 1 hour to arrive where the journey is just 5 min, the burger bun was parts burn like was in the toaster. The piri piri wings the taste was old, like was cooked yesterday and served today. I am sorry but this service for one hour delivery time in one place where is not so busy I think they could do much better, shows no interest on food service. The only good part of all that was the fries , was cooked fresh.

Food was cold. Items missing off order 45 minutes later than expected so wasted food as children where asleep

Today was a disappointing experience with the food. Unfortunately, after a few bites, I had to discard both mine and the kids' meals as they tasted stale and overcooked. Even the chips seemed to be not freshly prepared. The color of the food indicated that the oil used might have been old. We are still hungry and a bit disheartened about spending money on food that didn't meet our expectations.

Was 45 mins late, chips were just warm, corn on cob was under done and very very watery, fried chicken no taste to it and batter was soggy, chicken nuggets where sort and taste less and rubbery, best bit was bone less chicken next time KFC sorry

missing can of drink, corn hubs were cold, no dips. When I rang to restaurant with complain about missing drink I been told delivery driver is going back with it. He never came. This is what I paid for.

I’ve resisted Dixy for a long time , preferring the other chicken place , thought i’d finally give Dixy a chance - price convinced me . However , the coating is unappetising and an odd taste - as if the oil is not the freshest , and the potato wedges also tasted of old oil and , verging on minimum overcooked , and at worse a little burnt . Oh and the corn was cold . You get what you pay for , I guess . Can’t say I wouldn’t recommend to be fair - but I won’t be using again .

The baked beans were ice cold, and I couldn't eat the 4 pieces of chicken because the coating was too salty. Far too salty. Spoiled good chicken.

Wedges and corn on the cob were fine. Chicken was spicy hot, which was totally unexpected and unwanted - had to remove coating to make it edible for half the order.

Received the wrong chicken and no kebab and it was late, then half an hour later after phoning them I got my kebab, never got the chicken. Food was warm at best.

The order was not right. We ordered a variety bucket but it didn’t have the strips in it. The delivery time was really late too and when I called I was cut off and told it was on the way but it still took another 15 minutes. The food itself was not enjoyable either!

Amazing sizzler wings! Straight forward fried chicken takeaway shop, always go there if we fancy fried wings. Big, great flavour and reasonable price. Always get 30 wings bucket which comes 4 fries and 1.5ltr bottle of drink for 18.99. This place smashes kfc wings which are rubbish nowadays.

Chicken was dry and tough, ordered at 19:30 for Delivery at 20:40 final got my slightly warm food at 21:15

They will try to charge you extra, if you spot them, they will apologise and return it back, apart from that they won’t give you everything you have ordered and paid for. Remember to check your receipt carefully.

Picked up a meal for lunch here , meal was freshly cooked and tasted nice would buy a meal from here again.

Food was late missing items then when they tried to drop off the missing food delivery driver through food on floor then slammed my outa door which sounded like my door was getting kicked in so was the only reason how I knew my missing food turned up plus they kept hanging up on me when I was trying to explain about driver and missing food took a hour for missing food to turn up

The peri peri chicken was disgusting, why would you serve someone food that doesn’t even taste nice? tasted like nail varnish remover. The mini filets were cold. The only nice thing about this place is their chips. wouldn’t recommend

Terrible chicken was pink and black. When it came it was cold and weak. Chips weren’t nice. Delivery took way too long.
