Don't order delivery after 11pm. They don't answer their phones even know it says they are open till 3:45am on a Saturday night. I had placed an order at night, waited 3 hours for my delivery to show up, nothing showed up. I paid £14.25 and didnt recieve my food at all and they aren't getting in contact with me at all. Useless

Dixy chicken is always hit and miss, this time it was a miss! The lettuce in the chicken burgers was old and brown and the hot wings and fries were dry as!

Avoid like the plague, after a wait of nearly 2 hours and 4 phone calls with a very rude man , the food turned up cold and had little taste . Very disappointing and won’t be using them again

Delivered the food with sauces and salad on it despite no information stating that it would be, there was no option to remove salad nor sauces so it's reasonable to assume it would be a plain cheeseburger.

Food was terrible, I normally go to the dixys in northampton so I expected this food to be the same quality but I was mistaken. I was also given a broken piece of a chicken instead of a whole piece. Also the floor is very slippery. Another customer almost fell due to the floor. If you want dixys, I suggest going to the northampton one but if you can't then save your money l.

Over cooked chicken. Rice dry. Cheese on chips not great

The food was absolutely terrible , delivered 40 minutes late and Luke warm , will never be returning to this place , surprised it even reopened , the food was tasteless aswell , ended up throwing the food away and ordering from somewhere else

I pre ordered this 3 hours prior to being delivered was supposed to come at 18.05 never turned up until 16.40 . Food was cold and chicken had no flavour not like it usually does ended up throwing £35 worth in the bin called the shop very unhelpful

More like a teenage youth club than a food shop.... didn't even bother going in as they had taken over the whole of one side of the shop and stood congregating outside the door...

Nice friendly owner Fresh chips with lots of peri salt on. Very nice ! Didn’t have to wait long either There was a chicken inside the box. Standard fried chicken Decent value for money Tbh I would just come back for the chips Keep up the good work

Orde by phone some food. 2x chicken burger and 6 piri piri wings. Took 1 hour to arrive where the journey is just 5 min, the burger bun was parts burn like was in the toaster. The piri piri wings the taste was old, like was cooked yesterday and served today. I am sorry but this service for one hour delivery time in one place where is not so busy I think they could do much better, shows no interest on food service. The only good part of all that was the fries , was cooked fresh.

Today was a disappointing experience with the food. Unfortunately, after a few bites, I had to discard both mine and the kids' meals as they tasted stale and overcooked. Even the chips seemed to be not freshly prepared. The color of the food indicated that the oil used might have been old. We are still hungry and a bit disheartened about spending money on food that didn't meet our expectations.

Was 45 mins late, chips were just warm, corn on cob was under done and very very watery, fried chicken no taste to it and batter was soggy, chicken nuggets where sort and taste less and rubbery, best bit was bone less chicken next time KFC sorry

missing can of drink, corn hubs were cold, no dips. When I rang to restaurant with complain about missing drink I been told delivery driver is going back with it. He never came. This is what I paid for.

I’ve resisted Dixy for a long time , preferring the other chicken place , thought i’d finally give Dixy a chance - price convinced me . However , the coating is unappetising and an odd taste - as if the oil is not the freshest , and the potato wedges also tasted of old oil and , verging on minimum overcooked , and at worse a little burnt . Oh and the corn was cold . You get what you pay for , I guess . Can’t say I wouldn’t recommend to be fair - but I won’t be using again .

The baked beans were ice cold, and I couldn't eat the 4 pieces of chicken because the coating was too salty. Far too salty. Spoiled good chicken.

Wedges and corn on the cob were fine. Chicken was spicy hot, which was totally unexpected and unwanted - had to remove coating to make it edible for half the order.
