Domino's Pizza in Wellingborough

Great food and service. As vegans we don’t hold out high expectations of take away food but domino’s delivered. Definitely will be ordering again

Walked in the store, placed my order only to be refused to pay because I only had Cash. Legal tender being refused. Absurd. Will not visit again.

I will never order from dominos again. Hanging up on customers is not ok! Being rude to customers is not acceptable. Much better service from Papa Johns last night as they got my order and not you 😊

The pizza is hit and miss, wrong orders, pizzas must be left standing a while before they deliver. An absolute waste of hard earned money. I will never order from here ever again. The quality for the price is abyssmal.

I have ordered and collected from here a few times and with every single time I have ordered there hasn't been a single issue and they have had quick service. The food was up to a good standard and was exactly what I expected. Ordering pizza for collection there was no issues and the staff are happy to help. For price it isn't too bad. Domino's always have deals going on that will always give you a good value for money.

\i love peperoni and this pizza place can put it on a pizz for all to enjoy. they can even stuff it in the crusts which make it nice, they give you free extra dipping sauce as well and always look after us when we pop in to collect.

Pizza burnt black inedible! Said we'll give you free next time!! Are you kidding me Wellingborough store we'll never order here again!!!

Just ordered a dominoes. How hard is it to cook a pizza. Pizza was sloppy undercooked and the crust was just like eating raw dough! It's poor!! Leave them in longer instead of rushing it to try and cook more orders.... so annoying. Much prefer Morrisons pizza anyway. Waste of money. Yuk!

It was my fault that I ordered from the wrong town but after several calls to the management, I was assured that I would get my £15.76 refund. I'm still waiting. It looks like I will go to the small claims court to sort it out. If they're not to be trusted to do a simple refund then they will not be trusted in other areas of dealing with food - that's my thoughts and I'm sticking with it.

Excellent customer service tonight and tasty hot food. I had the pix n mix deal which is good value for money. Haven’t ordered for a while but definitely will do again.

I ordered a collection by phone & was told be ready in 15 minutes. I requested if they could hold back & have it ready in 30 as I was still some way from getting there & they said "that's fine". (I already had a strange feeling as the guy on the phone appeared distracted so I even asked him to run through my order which he did). I turn up exactly 30 minutes later & there were no pizzas in my name. I asked why & they advised me that literally 5 minutes after my initial call somebody called to cancel the order! Really?!? Guys if you messed up that's cool - it happens but just don't lie about it. Hence I had to wait another 20 minutes whilst they got the order ready. I mentioned this to a friend & he said it's an old trick when they've messed up. The pizzas were nice & hot though.

Great selection on website, easy to order. Delivered in good time and arrived nice and hot only downside was the small portion of wedges for the cost. Very tasty and exactly as ordered.

Very good pizza although rather expensive. I always order on line and get delivery, normally hassle free and on time

I've been to this Dominos pitzza a number of times, it says they accept American Express cards, NOT SO. I've tried to use my card there quiet a few times they still do not accept it. They said there must be a fault on their machine or my card must be faulty, but they JUST DONT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS. Also my debit card they say it's contactless, and I could not use that too even if the amount came to less then £30. The pizza is not made properly either as the toppings are not spread evenly.

Used this pizza take away now for several years but it has gone down hill, food takes to long to arrive, can be between a hour to hour and half which is to long especially when not at a peak time, the last few times they have forgotten parts of the order to and whilst they go back for them you want everything together think now it's time to try someone else shame as other Dominos are quick and good.

Sometimes they're awful with forgetting to add the extra sauces to the meal with their delivery service. Other times the pizza is stone cold and absolutely revolting! Other times the food I standard. If you want to try your luck with the food then go ahead! But I rarely order from you now. At one time I was waiting for my PHONE ORDER in the shop (which I had ordered 20mins prior to waiting) and still had to wait a further half and hour for my pizza. No thanks

He tenido muchos dominos en llevar mi tiempo, todos desde esta ubicación, y sin ser honesto, fiabilidad no es su especialidad. La comida, en mi opinión, es delicioso cuando hace bien, ideal para un poco de indulgencia codicioso directamente a usted. Sin embargo, en nuestra última entrega, hubo algunas cuestiones. La pizza era un desastre. La corte rodajas no correctamente, y a través de las coberturas parecía muy sueltos, por lo que era increíblemente difícil comer limpiamente. El seguimiento, sin embargo, es siempre fantástico, mientras que los conductores de la entrega y no siempre son amables, son raramente grosero (con algunas excepciones). En conjunto, recomendaría pedir comida desde aquí, pero ten en cuenta que lo que se pide, no siempre es lo que te dan...

Sometimes I find this meal can be perfect in every way, but of late events this is simply not the case. Had one yesterday the base was so sloppy, and greasy! Funnily enough I don't get a meat pizza because of the grease on it but yesterday was ridiculous. Customer service is extremely disgraceful from phone order to delivery driver, they seriously need to work on that!! Also most of the time the Pizza is bare never no toppings even when you have paid for double. Just make sure you know what your paying for as they don't like giving refunds as that would be good customer service aye dominos!! Hygiene:4/5 Customer Service:1/5 Food:3/5

Sólo ha recibido mi pedido 30 minutos más tarde. tercera vez frío helado en una fila eso ha sucedido. El peor Domino jamás por el servicio de atención al cliente lo que discutir para las edades para un reembolso como director quería dar crédito. Sólo usamos este lugar, si no te importa comida fría y mal servicio

Went to the store on Tuesday , buy one get one free always best , guy name Sabtain served me was polite friendly and gentle , it took 10minute food was ready and they hand it to me , quality and service 10/10 usually I don't expect that sort of service from food chains well done dominos

I went to dominos pizza last week. We didn't order before like we have done, the service upon arrival was friendly and polite. They served us straight away and there was no delay in waiting for our food. We could even watch the food being made which was very interesting and you could see how it was all cooked. I have had a delivery from there before and the delivery took the expected time, I could pay on delivery by cash and pay by card via phone. The food is exquisite and definitely worth the money!! You can't go wrong with dominos pizza.

Have not had a takeaway pizza for some time. Tried unsuccessfully to find a menu on line so gave up and phoned them. Staff very pleasant and helpful, slightly surprised how expensive they were. Pizzas were ready for collection at the time I requested and were steaming hot. Staff apologized as the web site was down and gave me extra dips. Pizzas were nice but not something I would want regularly - dread to think of the calories.

I have ordered a pizza it came was not cooked i rang up ll i asked was it to be changed and a cooked one to be sent out lovley lady said soorry ill send u one but then the awfull no customer service and manners came on blamed me said i ordered wrong how is a uncooked pizza my fault was cold in middle and looking at it u knew.he laughed at me down phone i told him i was going toomplain go ahead was reply .then afte 10 more mins h decides to send me another pizza.and tellm next time i order do it pproperly. What joke .rude man harris go get some maners and customer service skills.

Food late and not hot, lied to by staff, how not to get repeat custom.Not impressed at all with this place and complaints were shrugged off.

Dominos Pizza - plenty of choice, regular deals, almost always open. Delivery or collection. Service is good, quicker than most other deliveries in the town. Easy to order from, whether in person, online or via the telephone. Never had a bad or cold pizza from them, and always a good service. Great pizzas. Cannot fault them.

What a joke!!!! Dominoes at Wellingborough are Should be renamed DOMINOES NO SERVICE Time of order 19.25Time of delivery 20.55Notification that the pizza had been delivered 19.50 1 hour after notifcation that my order HAD been delivered it had still not arrived and when it finally arrived at 8.55 was stone cold and the cheese had congealed on the top This depot is an absolute shambles - its not a one off this is the 3rd occassion it has happened to us Management a joke just dont care
