Danielle and Albert were lovely and worked arse off to make our visit satisfactory

Our breakfast food came straight out. It was hot and tasted good

that little delivery guy had eaten some of our order and gave it to us anyway, went to dixy told them and got fresh

Great coffee and staff were pleasant.

The vegetables were in the box still in the plastic on top of cooked food very un sanitary.

The worst kebab in Wellingborough! No care taken at all. All thrown in the box, chips were mush and cold and the cheese half melted and in a clump. So much mayo on the kebab it's in edible! To top it off when I called to complain. I spoke to a very rude man who at first tried to make out it wasn't his shop that l had ordered from, when he finally found my order he then proceeded to tell me he'd never had a complaint in 20 years and that it's the 'best kebab in Wellingborough' Gave it to my dog... she didn't even wanna know!

Another in the chain but the premises are a tad disappointing/ The service, and coffee are great . Priced as usual for Costa

Absolutely shocking service. Missing a pizza and so rude and apparently we have to re pay if we want this delivered!!! No customer service whatsoever Never will use again- made me feel.like it was my own fault- now struggling to get a refund. Don't use.

I was in the area looking for a blacksmith and I all of a sudden came over terribly hungry. I really fancied a full engine (perhaps English) breakfast and I walked up to the ordering counter and before I even opened my mouth,the man/lady said that my breakfast was ready??” YOU WHAT???” I said. And he/she grabbed my dangling bits and led me over to a table where a full English breakfast was sitting waiting for me. I managed to eat the food on my own ( no help from mummy) and it was drizzling (delicious maybe). Even the tea was delicious… WOW ! I’m planning on booking the place out for my 50 th birthday party,all my 3 friends will be very excited!

I have ordered, 30 menus for £10 each We got them 30 min later, The food was not as described Not freshly cooked as some were moldy Overcharged £50 Three days later they used my card to charge me again for the full order No reply or answers on the phone

Only used this place due to Golden harvest closed for holidays. This should have been an opportunity for Jumbo to take some business, but the food was really bad. We had family over who agreed with us. To top it off the lady who served us was far from friendly.

We have ordered from this Takeaway several times and always found the found excellent. We always order earlier in the day to get delivered in the evening and the food has always arrived on time, piping hot and excellent. Last night was not the same I noticed the food was definitely not of the usual standard very oily Madras and my Sag was dry didn't taste right so I only ate a small portion, which it turns out was lucky for me because at 03.00 this morning I became very 'ill'...... Not happy 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Ordered a sirloin steak, and two mixed grills, when reading back the order kebabs was not mentioned!!! received sirloin steak and two mixed grill kebabs! Caught the delivery driver and called the shop, was told miscommunication refused to correct the order and apps issued a refund! Yet to receive this will never go here again train your staff correctly lost a valued customer
